7 seater rental
優點： I was collecyed promptly by a very friendly member of staff who ran through everything personally I felt very taken care of. The car was superb and fitted my needs perfectly.
缺點： I wasn't aware of the extra charges for roadside assistance and this could have been explained more thoroughly. It would have been great to have been offered a drop off service after the rental too.

Total disappointment
優點： Nothing
缺點： Booked online and confirmed. Arrived to pick up the car and was told the car was not available. It upset all our plans being a saturday.
