缺點： Car inspection before and after all done in darkness. We ended up paying for tyre damage which we didn’t do. When they inspected vehicle st the end of the hire they ignored all the dents and bashes shown at pick up but went straight to one of the tyres and pointed out where it had been kerbed!!!!

Extras that were not advised in advance
優點： Return service employee was very good.
缺點： The extras not advised in advance was annoying. When the car was collected the employee tried to hard sell to upgrade the car.

Excellent Choice. Friendly Staff. Poor Drop Off Experience
優點： Friendly, professional and efficient pick up. New car that worked well and was clean.
缺點： The drop off was a bit of a mess. I was sent to one office, then another where there was a queue but initially told I should go back to the first office before being told to join the second office with the long queue ... hope you’re still following. After that I’d to wait a further ten minutes before they realised that most of us in the queue were dropping off so they gave us priority as we had flights to catch. Other than that everything went well.

Quick and Easy Processing
優點： Staff were quick and friendly. Although the wait in line was a little long. Car itself was in very good condition. Hyundai i30. Only issue I had with it was the parcel shelf in the back had been broken by a previous user and it made noises whilst driving so I had to remove it

缺點： Decided to go with these guys as the booking option indicated airport Pickup for car rather than shuttle. When we arrived there was a shuttle to their office which although close by Was not in the airport.

Excellent value. No problems picking up or dropping off
優點： No problems with the car or it’s condition. At £28 for 5 days, it was a bargain.
缺點： There was a queue for the transfer bus, took about 10 mins as we had to wait for the bus to do two trips before we could get a seat on it. Then another queue that took 10 mins at the check in desk.

優點： Pickup and dropoff easy, friendly customer service
缺點： Price was higher than estimated due to tolls, toll activation and level of excess recommended for using in the Algarve
