They cancel the booking for false reasons
優點： NOTHING
缺點： The attitude they say that the name of the driver is not as the credit card, but this was not in the booking, and the card was on possession of the driver BUT OF COURSE THEY HAVE A SOLUTION IN THIS CASE the solution to cancel and retake a car for more of twice the price issue is solvable if we cancel the booking and take a new booking with higher price just a BUNCH of ROBBERS that just create problems to people...

Well done Eurocar
優點： All we need in life is for things to do what they say they will, and Eurocar did that in spades.
缺點： Why was I charged €300 when I thought I had already paid through Kayak?

優點： Car was as described, a seven seater
缺點： Being kept waiting 75 min at pick up as car wasn't ready despite booking it weeks in advance. Very poor customer care or service .

CDG supervisor lady is a joke
優點： The poor team working for her must be very brave
缺點： the supervisor! she wasn't polite, not helpful and treat customers like dogs!

Very convenient
優點： New car provided. Good customer service and the conveince factor was good given the pick up in CDG. I would certainly use this again.
缺點： Has to pay extra for unlimited mileage.
