The team had give us a good room as I requested .
The jets in the bath could do with a service , bed could have been more comfortable and it seems the bedsheets needed a better clean .

Poor service
View and location was great.
I didn't like the service. Asked twice for the air conditioning to be regulated down. As it was blowing at 28 degrees. First time was in the morning so they had all day to fix it. 2nd time was that night.. The resolution was they could open a small window for us. There was no smile and no service mind. The person behind the desk was just annoyed that there was something for him to fix. I asked for another room of that was or another fan.. But no...

Hot and Smoky Room
Location
Couldn't get the temperature below 25.5C so the thermostat or heating was broken. I ended up in a smoking room which I didn't even think existed anymore, so if you really want to stay here check up on this.
