缺點: 因為抵達住宿時，係週六晚上9時，除地鐵站外，其實街道上都比較寧靜，如可安排接待人員陪同到住宿，會更倍感安心。 因為週末的英國街道晚上特別靜，而且初到英國，不熟悉路況，當晚我感到有點害怕。

I love my Luna bag I purchased as a memory of our stay. It is a great location for the tubes. If your a coffee lover you will like the machine in the room and reception area. Great hotel for the techie minded generation. Rooms fitted with tablets and smart phones for your use

缺點: 這不關酒店問題，只是有客人不守規，在房間吸煙，結果弄響了火警鐘，連累全酒店客人下大堂。幸好酒店員工很快便處理好問題。

缺點: We did really love this place for a one/two night stay but if we were coming to the city for longer would like a lounge area to hang out in. The rooms are lovely but we missed a common area to people watch and socialise.

缺點: The room had a separate shower ( with wardrobe!) a separate toilet and the sink was in the room , across from the bed - just put everything together!

缺點: 不喜歡它的電梯 根本沒有電梯...只是貨梯改裝的 上下樓還要走樓梯 希望你們對每個飯店要標示清楚 若無法打開兩個大行李箱的房間要讓旅客知道以免踩地雷

優點: 推薦18人房(床有窗簾，有獨立浴室，空間非常大，住客素質很好，房間很安靜/但是樓下BAR很大聲，怕吵的人不建議) 與四樓的女生房 (四樓只有女生，安靜又有自己的浴廁/沒電梯很麻煩)

缺點: 每間房間門的設計不佳，導致門自動闔上時發出巨大聲響，小小的迴廊滿滿的房間，入住房客使用房外共用廁所衛浴和廚房，造成巨大的關門聲和說話回聲此起彼落，導致無法入睡且睡眠品質低落。共用衛浴內部無任何置物或掛衣空間使用困難。廚房無任何鍋具或餐具。
