優點: RECEPTION and CONSIERGE staff very efficient and pleasant

缺點: Breakfast facilities very poor. Had to eat off coffee table in bar as insufficient space in restaurant. Food constantly running out and not replaced quickly enough. I requested marmalade and waited 10 minutes only to be given jam!!! Staff seemed stressed and overworked. Not a good experience overall.

優點: Staff is incredibly helpful and genuinely positive. Place is modern and clean; full marks for a modern well-tech'ed hotel. Restaurant was very workable and even took a date there...

缺點: the location is VERY FAR from anything tourist or business in London. Low-rates on room/night is swallowed in higher taxi (ridiculous), better-but-still-exorbitant Uber (could live with and did) or complicated-time-consuming options (uber or taxi to canary-wharf station, go to this line, change, go to that line, etc). Hotel Advice: Have pro-active information (like email) warning customers of extreme prices to get-anywhere, and suggest mediating ways to get a better "total cost of ownership" to the customer. Having a hotel-guard stop all traffic in seems an unnecessary step...too.

優點: Staff were all pleasant and helpful, large comfortable room, convenient location, relaxing atmosphere, good towels and complementary toiletries.

缺點: Small window made it a bit dark in the room, housekeeping slightly inconsistent, loud whistling noise when running bath/shower, no cutlery in room, no space for cold storage of personal items

缺點: 沒有冷氣很熱

優點: 寬敞舒適，服務友善

優點: 房間大小一個人住是可以的，床也可以，離地鐵站也不遠。

缺點: 幾乎沒有隔音，聽得到房外的聊天聲，吵鬧聲，聽得到窗戶外的車聲。

優點: 面橋的河景很美

缺點: 房間有點小

優點: Excellent location

缺點: Uncomfortable ironing board

優點: Staff friendly

缺點: Noise from wedding music way after midnight. Slow check in and check out

缺點: Significant amount of outside noise, at second floor level. Beds very uncomfortable.

優點: It was my birthday . There was birthday cake in my room on arrival, we d also asked for a room with a view, our room was over looking the Shard. This was great as my birthday treat was diner at the Shard. Pool and gym was great. Being able to leave our bags before and after check in was great.

缺點: There was nt anything I did my like.
