The location was great with rooms overlooking the garonne and just above a great brasserie. not really
The hotel was very comfortable and stylish.
When my husband was ill the receptionist was extremely helpful, contacting a doctor etc and allowing us to stay in our room late on the day we were leaving. The hotel is difficult to get to because of the narrow streets and one-way system in Toulouse.
Marie was fantastic in answering all my questions. The hotel is very charmous Car parking - I have been in hotel were the hotel has an agreement with the car parking so the final charge is less
Great location on river & friendly helpful staff bathtub/shower challenging for older person
It was warm, cosy and charming, I`ll definitely be back!
Therre too short a time to appreciate
Central location, aspect overlooking river, staff responsive when asked. safety a concern, eg no safety features to bath - no hand rail or anti slip mat/surface, poor corridor/stair lighting and access to breakfast room. Difficult for guests with less mobility. Communication to guests could be more proactive - one has to find out, rather than have services offered.
Quiet room, very helpful staff, excellent breakfast
We liked the atmosphere produced by the welcome of the staff, the decoration, the location (so close to the centre of the city), the view and the simple comfort of the room itself The bistro opposite is frequented by the young generation, who are not prone to going to bed early and on hot night with windows open they tend to keep one awake until closing time at 0200 hrs. Parking is naturally at a premium and a bit of a walk away.
Clean, comfortable rooms, very helpful staff. Great location and was quiet even though on a main street. Had the best meal of our trip in their restaurant.
Very nice and generous breakfast. Free wifi access.
The location was great. Very close to the city center and close to the river. The room was spacious, clean, and had very nice style. The shower was handheld and connected to the bathtub faucet. Its hose was not long enough to use standing up. There also was no shower curtain. I stayed in another hotel in Toulouse with a similar arrangement, so maybe it is just local custom not to shower standing.
The location, its right in the center. The rooms looking out on the small street are extremely noisy at night because of all the bars in the area. Make sure you ask for a superior room, they are a bit more expensive (eventhough they are the same size as the standard rooms) but look out on a courtyard/parking and are quiet.
