優點: The location, opposite Penn Central, easy access from the JFK airport

缺點: The room was not clean, the bathroom was in a very poor condition, the room was noisy. The breakfast which had been excellent is now a candy store and all that was available was a"continental" breakfast of a pastry, a coffee and a juice!!!, served from a cupboard, almost no seating to eat the poor fare. I was charged $30 for Facilities which was not shown on the web site nor could the desk staff explain what it was for. I queued for over an hour to check in, this is not good after a long journey. The hotel has deteriorated in the last twelve months.

優點: Nothing

缺點: Everything, poor service, not clean, there was hair in the bath, a mouse in my room, rooms need updating. Cues to check in are rediculous. I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and will never go again or recommend to anyone. The only positive is the location, and to be honest I would rather stay further out and get a taxi into the city than stay here again

優點: 位置、服務、性價比 洗手間很乾淨！

缺點: 部分房間設施比較舊一些（暖氣，電燈，電話，吹風機等），窗戶不能開，我的窗外是廢棄的巨大排水管/煙囪？

優點: I loved the position of the hotel and the comfort of the bed. That's all you needed really , it wasn't a big room but you knew That going in , the water was hot for such a big hotel and Whenever l needed help from reception etc it was not a problem.

缺點: Didn't find the wifi coverage very good.

優點: 地點在紐約中間 適合走路逛附近景點 離時代廣場非常近 晚上很適合去逛逛

優點: 地點很好，離時代廣場很近，飯店對面就有CVS很方便，自助check-in方便且快速。

缺點: 1. 索洛間(Solo)真的非常小，小到絕對沒空間開行李箱(還好我背背包)。 2. 唯一一個可以放包包的空間是床尾有櫃子，但根本就壞了，櫃子整個斜斜的，像是原本好好的黏在牆壁與床之間的空間，卻被拔起來然後塞不回去的感覺。 3. 浴室設計很差，拉門關上門上還是有空間，因此整個房間的寢具、毛巾都有潮濕的感覺，摸毛巾以為房務人員給了我沒乾的毛巾。 4. 設備維持很差，浴室拉門桿子整個生鏽、窗簾邊緣剝落、牆壁不少髒污、淋浴的地板有瑕疵。 5. 枕頭偏硬不好睡，且因房間設計，可明顯感覺床凹向其中一側(房間沒椅子，正常人要坐只能坐床邊，而床的一邊靠牆與窗戶，因此只能坐另一側)。 6. 房間一開始連被子都忘記鋪，還是我打給飯店人員要毯子。 7. 吹風機壞掉，只有弱風可使用。 8. 空間設計很差，洗手台就在床的旁邊。

優點: Location

缺點: Luggage storage

優點: 員工服務態度很好。地點很方便，離地鐵站、中央公園、時代廣場都很近

缺點: 飯店沒有附早餐，房間隔音有點差 早上時電梯十分繁忙，住在7樓下樓退房等了20分鐘。實在太久了....

缺點: 沒有飲水機

優點: 房間大小不錯、乾淨舒適、地點方便

優點: 市區很方便 交通便利 晚一點回家也不用怕

缺點: 實際收到帳單跟預期有點落差 有房間費用 設施費用 各有各的稅 若對價格敏感的房客 要特別注意 及好好算一下

缺點: Tiny, tiny, tiny box rooms. Hardly enough room to swing an arm, let alone a cat!

缺點: Tired décor, no basics, such as make your own tea or coffee in your room. Lost a day waiting for lifts

優點: Views from the room... just stunning. Entrance / court yard is a gorgeous outdoor space to take in the atmosphere of New York.

缺點: Bar prices are very expensive.

優點: Location is great for all the Midtown attractions. Just a block from 5th Ave and the Rockefeller Centre. Hotel was beautifully decorated for the festive season.

缺點: Beds quite small in standard rooms, and extras are expensive.

優點: 旅社地點離地鐵站很近 訂的房型衛浴雖然是公用,還算整潔可接受

缺點: 如網友所分享,網路訊號較弱
