缺點： Seats in economy were very uncomfortable, almost no cushion in any of the seats or the seat backs. Would not recommend Lufthansa for long haul.

優點： There was almost a two hour delay, there wasn’t any information communicated, everybody was just asked to take seats in the waiting area. The entire process wasn’t very well organised.

優點： Overall good.

優點： Great seat with extra legroom, very attentive cabin crew.

缺點： Boarding

優點： The Cabin crew was amazing, the ICE entertainment has many options of movies and programs, the flight was smooth to Singapore.

缺點： Keep the good work.

缺點： Excellent service by good mood personal and cabine crew. I enjoyed the short flight.

優點： We were sat in the middle rows for this flight. But only flew for 50minutes so not a big problem

優點： Good food, excellent lounge in Istanbul and super comfy seats in the longer leg

缺點： Boarding crew did not have the required knowledge of visa process and made us wait 40 mins

優點： Plane was awesome and comfortable

缺點： Delayed without updates for hours

優點： Very Organised and punctual

優點： Not and horrible waited for 10hour before we board the last journey

缺點： Is horrible will not use kayak again we want to change the flight we were told not changeable

缺點： One cookie with tea is not enough at this time of day! Boarding was organised terribly and was the main reason for the delay.

優點： Cabin staff were cheerful and helpfully

缺點： We had 4 luthansa flights in a week I appreciate that we were given a drink one up on BA ! However I am trying not to be picky every snack was chocolate 26 grames per 100g not great for a diabetic !!!! It would be lovely to have a savoury option

優點： Didn’t like anything. Mediocre all round.

缺點： Disembarkation took 40 mins due to which most passengers struggled to catch connecting flights. Very poor service by Lufthansa to help delayed passengers.

優點： Flight departed on time. Crew were friendly and efficient

缺點： Boarding seem to be chaotic, no boarding by group or seat number.

優點： New-ish aircraft

缺點： Prompt departure; better food/snacks.

優點： Seat and crew were amazing but obviously struggled to be proud and confident of their job, can’t blame them if the company cuts expenses all over.

缺點： When you fly business class, you expect a different product than economy, because you pay almost double the price. All we got is the same lousy sandwich as in economy, neither are alcoholic or hot beverages available due to ‘shortage of staff’ as the crew announces. A flight far behind LH standards.

缺點： I could not make it for the 1st part of my journey due to personal circumstances. There was no notification from Lufthansa that my return journey would be been cancelled as well. I found out 1 hour before the actual flight. Was offered a replacement ticket for over £900. Bought a new one with BA.
