優點： Cabin staff were cheerful and helpfully

缺點： We had 4 luthansa flights in a week I appreciate that we were given a drink one up on BA ! However I am trying not to be picky every snack was chocolate 26 grames per 100g not great for a diabetic !!!! It would be lovely to have a savoury option

優點： everything from the boarding and check-in process to in flight comfort.

優點： The seating arrangements and baggage drop off were excellent, staff at check ins both sides were so helpful, especially at Heathrow airport, the young Asian man couldn't do enough for us, well pleased.

缺點： Unfortunately we experienced a drop in standards when on board the first return flight , my daughter is autistic and would only have vegetarian meals, I made sure I requested this online well in advance, when I asked for vegetarian meal the flight attenda abruptly said that's all we have.

優點： Crew was great, plane was nice

缺點： delayed again, almost missed connection

優點： Even though we flew through turbulances the crew was able to manage their tasks. Plus beautiful stewardess.

缺點： The screens would freeze for all the people around. The connecting flight had 50 minutes, however there was another security check and gate was quite far, everything had to be done in a hassle and we were nervous throughout regarding missing the flight.

缺點： My wife had a drunk passenger sitting next to her and the crew did nothing to stop the man from misbehaving.....what can I say to this inefficiency ??? I choose to not travel with ETIHAD ever again.

優點： KLM are our airline of choice. A great full-service carrier with impecable standards.

優點： Usual faultless KLM experience

優點： The pilot and the crews were helpful about the transit. Pilot make up a lot of time.

缺點： Flight was delayed, had to run to my next connection flight.

優點： Seat was good

缺點： Depart on time (1 hour late), hostess put a laptop in the overhead, which fell out and hit me when the bin was opened

優點： Great crew, confortable seats, free complimentary internet service

缺點： Even though the same plane was used, the Cuban authorities asked passengers bound to Caracas to deboard the plane, pass to transit, to have us waiting an hour to re board. Boarding was a complete chaos. We were not handed headsets, so could not listen to inflight entertainment. Food was not good

優點： It is always better when this flight is operated by wide body aircraft, as was the case with A330 this time

優點： We were sat in the middle rows for this flight. But only flew for 50minutes so not a big problem

優點： Amazing crew, confortable seats, great complimentary internet service

缺點： Food was not up to standards, the inflight entertainment does not offer enough film or TV shows, enough variety or latest films

優點： Great attentive service, good food and in-flight entertainment

優點： Most of it was of a reasonable standard.

缺點： Plane was full

缺點： Lack of business class seats and no premium economy seats on this flight
