優點： Group boarding

缺點： Not have to have cabin bags taken off us when we were literally first on, loads of people after us putting cases above our seats

優點： Staff were very busy as flight was full but still managed to be upbeat, funny and polite which always makes things nicer.

缺點： Really frustrating that the passenger behind me spent most of the night waking me up jabbing the screen on the back of my chair- not much sleep was had . Not directly BA's fault but it would help if use of the REMOTE CONTROL was actively promoted to people- or get rid of the touch screen???. Being typical British I didn't complain there and then :/

缺點： Hi, Pliz sort out the menu,the food was rubbish.

缺點： Seats are very tight and are short on comfort. The "occupied" toilet signs not working causing queues. On meals, forget the things that are impossible to to sustain in a fresh/tasty state, like melon, Tomatoes fried, certain types of sandwich where the bread absorbs any liquid/juice, overuse of rolls. The meals are tested under almost clinical conditions, who ever travels Economy and tastes the food in situ. Put more of the edible foood in. People prefer a single course meal as against a 3 course with dead ends on each side of the main.

缺點： Well,my whole trip was an adventure! I booked it online but in reality, it wasn't what was advertised. There was a problem with my checked in bag, so i had to pay 22 pounds extra to fit it in a connection flight and now i have to send receipt to get the refund. On my way back, there was a delay, so

缺點： A delay to unload then reload bags, followed by no in-flight communication of connecting flights, led to a missed connection and an overnight hotel stay.

優點： The crew was great with kids. Very friendly and helpful.

優點： Great airline! Would love to fly with them again! :) Polite and friendly staff which is a standard that has slipped with many airlines in recent years! Good tasting wine for airline wine. Frankfurt airport need a shuttle of service for transferring passengers. Keep it up Lufthansa :)

優點： The crew were outstanding. They fulfil my needs when I need it and they were very polite and professional. Smooth boarding and flight.

優點： I thought my out flight with Lufthansa would be good but it was surpassed by the return flight with Swiss Based on my experience I believe Swiss should be a 5 star airline as well

缺點： My luggage was left in Athens due to late arrivals in Athens to Munich. My son received his I didn’t, huge inconvenience

缺點： Long lines ( about 40 min) to get into transfer zone at the airport. I guess this is not aircompanu fault, but airport.

缺點： Food may become better. Not twice meat, especially not late at night. Give an option for an omelet for example

優點： We arrived in Athens eventually

缺點： People were made to wait outside in the cold airport bus for half an hour. The ground crew gave no explanation for the delay. After heavy protests, they let the waiting passengers back into the terminal. Supposedly the pilot was sick, but there was no communication at all from the airline about the cause of the delay or how long it would last.

優點： Brand new A350 business class was excellent - far better than tired old BA planes. Great IFE and food and beverage service. Excellent cabin crew aervice. Overall, thoroughly good from start to finish (Finnish?).

缺點： Amenity kit was a little basic.

缺點： No entertainment system on a 3 hour flight...

優點： Flight and crew were nice. Entertainment was ok, but hard to use screen functions. Flight was on time.

缺點： Food was terrible.

優點： New plane, good food choices.

缺點： Plane could use a deep clean. Entertainment choices were limited in terms of latest blockbusters.

優點： Even though we flew through turbulances the crew was able to manage their tasks. Plus beautiful stewardess.

缺點： Vueling is a stupid ass imcompetent company that is either delayed, loses the luggage or is cancelled.

缺點： terrible food - poor entertaiment system with limited choice and old movies - crew always on the pa

缺點： food and inflight entertaitment with very few choices are very poor - flight attendant always on the PA for meaningless message in 3 languages

優點： Will if you didnt know yet it was horrible. because of the reschedulling i miss my flight from paris to venice and all this flight is boon through you but i couldnt contact cheapflights because you dont handle it. So what do you think??

缺點： Well at least you could at least know what happened but instead i still got message from you that my flight was still on for 1235 really are you guys that really dumb??

缺點： Food was not up to standards, the inflight entertainment does not offer enough film or TV shows, enough variety or latest films

優點： Full meal and entertainment system even for a shorthaul flight.

缺點： 3 of our 5 suitcases were out of luck to make it.. they damaged our 2 new luggages and the third one.. we only realized at home... now I have to deal with that too so I will be with Swiss on my mind for a while.. never again!!!

缺點： Such a quick flight, everything was appropriate for that. Unsure exactly what would make it better

缺點： suddnely delay of 30 Minutes , then waiting in the plane all in all 60 Minutes - thats a long time for a long distance flight

優點： New-ish aircraft

優點： Not and horrible waited for 10hour before we board the last journey
