優點： Crew was really good, polite, efficient. The aircraft was relatively new and clean (rare for an airline to provide a new craft on an Africa segment). Food was good, seats comfortable. Will definitely make them my airline of choice to the extent that I can cost wise.

缺點： There was no entertainment and there was a lot of annoyed passengers and flight attendants

優點： Punctual

缺點： They forced me to ceck my trolley because i had a suit with me!!! And the airplane wasn’t even full. Even worst they allowed some pieces of “hand luggage” that were double the maximum allowed size

缺點： I was treated like I am not supposed to ask for food and they had one choice of meal for me while they had 2 for the rest.

缺點： i understand that is a Korean airlines, but you are flying in international route, please prepare some English material，such as if you don't let people use our own pillow, the explanation material cannot be in Korean Only.

優點： 한식 기내식이 좋음

缺點： 낡은 기체, 엔터테이먼트 종류가 다양하지 않음

缺點： Plane was far too old. No in-flight entertainment. food mediocre. no battery charger USB plug

缺點： Flight on time would have been good when you have a late evening arrival. Long wait for luggage at Birmingham airport.

優點： Staff were professional and polite.

缺點： Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

優點： Just as I expected. And I made my last connection easily.

優點： Airbus 330 from Manchester to SFO was new, spacious and very comfortable. One of the best flights we’ve had across the pond.

缺點： Transiting at Manchester between our Frankfurt to SFO flights was dreadful. They made us go through security and the inspectors were so incompetent they caused a huge back-up. Took an hour to get through. Avoid Manchester. Then they lost my luggage...still missing after a week.

缺點： Better boarding and entertainment

優點： Pilot kept us informed throughout the flight.

缺點： Onboard services.

優點： Seat and crew were amazing but obviously struggled to be proud and confident of their job, can’t blame them if the company cuts expenses all over.

缺點： When you fly business class, you expect a different product than economy, because you pay almost double the price. All we got is the same lousy sandwich as in economy, neither are alcoholic or hot beverages available due to ‘shortage of staff’ as the crew announces. A flight far behind LH standards.

優點： Crew were good, apart from forgetting at breakfast time that I had ordered gluten free food. Food was OK but not memorable.

缺點： Business class is not as roomy as other airlines. My partner had to climb over me to reach the aisle, there is very little storage space and seat size is quite small. Choice of movies is limited.

缺點： Haven’t got there yet!!

優點： Nice Aircraft, nice crew

優點： A nice crew n my seat next to me was empty so I can sleep well...

缺點： Maybe give every passenger a bottle of water...

缺點： Very quick through immigration and customs. Then a short cab ride to city.

缺點： The food was seriously too small in portion! Had to go hungry on a full service 14hr flight!

優點： did not get the flight,because of no not given correct notice

優點： Nice smooth flight. Also lovely to be offered a drink and food. Although the quiche is not great. Wasn’t nicer last year

缺點： Maybe just change the quiche. Very dry
