優點： All good, just perfect and friendly crew. Great aircraft (B777)

缺點： Long lines ( about 40 min) to get into transfer zone at the airport. I guess this is not aircompanu fault, but airport.

缺點： Plane dirty toilets disgusting, much to warm in cabin, very tight seats and Turkish doesn’t enforce their carryon luggage regulations do boarding takes ages

優點： We were sat in the middle rows for this flight. But only flew for 50minutes so not a big problem

優點： As previously stated hated having to go through security again

優點： The crew were very professional. There was a very difficult passenger who was very rude to the stewards and I thought they coped really well. I was sorry to see them treated in this way.

優點： Great airline! Would love to fly with them again! :) Polite and friendly staff which is a standard that has slipped with many airlines in recent years! Good tasting wine for airline wine. Frankfurt airport need a shuttle of service for transferring passengers. Keep it up Lufthansa :)

缺點： One cookie with tea is not enough at this time of day! Especially if there had no chance to eat dinner before the flight.

缺點： The main meal was ok but that was it. If you can't do food to a standard them dint do it at all. A piece of fruit would have been better

優點： Main meal (Singapore noodles) was actually ok.

缺點： The cabin crew had a very difficult time dealing with the annoying passengers, who were mainly tourists returning from Abu Dhabi. They had a tough job, but it was all very negative and stressful.

缺點： Very quick through immigration and customs. Then a short cab ride to city.

優點： The crew were pleasant and visible.

缺點： Food quality was pretty poor. It used to be so good. I had sea bass which was so dry. There were a group of 30 people travelling together. They monopolised the lobby bar and were rowdy and noisy despite requests from the crew. The flat bed is so hard, it needs a mattress.

優點： The flight entertainment system was fantastic.

缺點： The flight had onboard wifi which was awesome to be able to be online during the flight but it did lack the level of service expected. Everything on the flight was fantastic except the wifi which kept dropping out

缺點： My wife had a drunk passenger sitting next to her and the crew did nothing to stop the man from misbehaving.....what can I say to this inefficiency ??? I choose to not travel with ETIHAD ever again.

缺點： - Very noisy and old airplane - Since it's old, the legroom in economy was poor and the business class was looking like it was built in the 80s. It was really cramped even in the business class - If you bring your own headphones, make sure they're noise cancelling since it's noisy on the plane - And if you bring your own headphones, you need those old 2 pin style connectors as well. The ones that Ethiad give you are super low quality. - Screen resolution on those screens is really bad, you can view every pixel on the screen and brightness doesn't go all the way up either.

優點： Good news, the checking in process was so delayed as there were so many people, they made sure all who checked in, got on the plane, no hitches on the lugguages either. I got my lugguage in Singapore.

缺點： JFK to Singapore through Abu Dhabi. The checking in process at JFK was a mess, it was a full flight. There were many people, trying checking in. Two lines, (1) checking in. (2) checked in, dropping off bags. Some of us who had checked in online was trying to drop off bags only. After waiting 1.5 hours, this line isn't moving at all, while the checking in line was moving. Tried telling the gentlemen in charge who worked there that the checked in line dropping off bagguage was not moving, he didn't really care, they made all kinds of excuses saying other people were waiting, so they were completely clueless as to what was going on. I have never experienced this ever and I fly massively each year. First and last time in Etihad. JFK to Abu Dhabi is a good 13 hour flight. NO SNACKS. SG/BA, or any other airline really has nice sandwishes, ramen, chocolate, cookies, chips. Etihad has NOTHING. Not that I snack but still with a 13 to 14 hour flight, airlines should have something to eat during long flights. Really. Etihad who brands and advertises brilliantly, was extremely disppointing to actually be on the flight.
