優點： Luck of information about baggage which cost me about more than the ticket and more than $100. In my point of view, all of the traveller should get laggage allowances for international. I have never experienced laggage allowances for international flights. Very very disappointed!!!

優點： Not only was the service to of the line with a clean airplane, but all of the stewardess literally look like supermodels. That was the most beautifully staffed airplane I've ever been on!

缺點： Boarding - Two last minute changes to departure gates, which confused the hell out of everyone. No announcement, just one staff shouting out to passengers.

優點： Inflight service was pleasant and efficient for business class. Enjoy the little touch of offering traditional Jordanian food and fresh Jordanian coffee made with cardimom as soon as passengers boarded. That said it is nowhere near the better airlines like Cathay.

缺點： Check in counters has no clear signs for Business class if you come from the other side. I checked in at economy counter, wasn't given invitation to lounge or any priority landing immigration pass. There were no communication at the lounge about the delay and can hear nothing of the announcements from the general announcements for the departure hall. No explanation was given once onboard or why aircraft was changed from 787 to Airbus. Boarding was the worse of all with no clear announcements and economy class was boarded before business and there is only one air bridge. Most staff were standing looking like they didn't know what was about to happen.

缺點： Krabi airport is unorganized, two and a half hour wait for immigration. Airline should exert pressure to resolve the airport issues... After all the experience is end to end!

優點： Gave me something to talk about with my wife while we discussed what meat was in the 'snack'

缺點： 45 minutes delayed before even pushing back from the terminal that they only told us once we were all on. Then the 'snack' they served was utterly horrendous. It was some sort of super sweet bread with a mystery meat in it.

缺點： Got told luggage would go straight to bali from origin in Nepal. Waited at baggage check in jarkata just in case. Sure enough, our baggage comes out. Transfer to domestic terminal was almost impossible since we were given no information and our flight number changed completely. All of a sudden it was batik air not malindo, which has a completey different terminal. Will not be travelling with malindo again.

缺點： The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)

優點： The crew were super patient (a must when dealing with the quality of passengers from Trichy who were lacking in manners and etiquette).

缺點： Boarding was chaotic. The majority of passengers seem to not be used to the normal manners and etiquette of queuing and it was chaotic with pushing. Some discipline and order needs to be enforced by ground crew (and this will no doubt make the cabin crews' lives easier).

優點： My dietary preferences didn't get reported right and the flight attendant was very accomodating and made me a platter of a bunch of sides whereas other airlines in my experiences just say tough luck.

缺點： I don't speak Chinese so I found their website very confusing and couldn't navigate my booking online well

缺點： 1. The flight delay. 2. Horrible food. 3. In-flight entertainment set wasn't working. When we told the stewardess about it, it wasn't addressed till the flight was about to land. Which was by then, rather useless. They gave a a complimentary bottle of wine though.

優點： Excellent service on the plane, staff look after you well despite the shortness of the flight. Food and drink is fairly good. Nice that it's included compared to most European carriers.

缺點： Was forced to buy an exit ticket from cambodia despite having checked the government websites which state you don't need one. If this is simply a requirement on the part of the airline it was not mentioned anywhere I could see.

缺點： Check in at the airport was an ‘experience’. For first time travellers here make sure you go straight through security. A lot of pushing and queue jumpin so stand your ground! Flight was slightly delayed. No electronic devises could be used but hey, the flight from Bangkok is only 1hr.

優點： We landed safely and the crew were polite

缺點： Late on the way to Da Nang and very late on the way back (flight back to HK was a Hong Kong Express plane). Budget airlines are just not worth it at HKIA - your flights lands and takes off so far from the terminal, you are transferred by bus! No in flight entertainment- although not an issue on such a short flight.

優點： Reasonable fares but given the issues encountered may pay more for a better airline next time.

缺點： 1. Flight was over an hour delayed with no comment on the cause of the delay 2. Once the flight was boarded the crew made no apology for the delay 3. Once the flight landed in HKG it was parked in a remote bay and every one was crammed into a single bus 4. Checked in bags were not delivered for over an hour after landing (all bags delayed)

優點： Again lovely food and crew. Same good seats as the A350 from LHR.

缺點： Boarded and ready on time but 1hr delay for ATC reasons . The A330's a bit short of toilets requiring a 'queueing system' at busy times. Probably not the actual airline's fault but the ground handlers at AKL took an hour to produce my bags meaning me missing a connecting internal flight.

缺點： Despite baggage being checked through from HK to Davao, Cebu offloaded luggage in Manila and failed to forward.

缺點： When booking this return flight with Air Asia we had to pay for baggage.Not sure if its with Kyak or Air Asia but Having included baggage for outbound we were shocked to find it wasn’t included for the return. This cost us £147 at check in which was a shock.This hasn’t happened with Hong Kong Airlines previously. I think either your website or Air Asia’s need a block when booking return flights so you include baggage for both sectors.This would avoid the shock and excessive cost at check in.

優點： We were connecting and the connecting flight was late and the CSR held the plane just for us.

缺點： Once on board the crew was horrible. Because of the problem, some other groups of people decided to take our seats to spread out. So I just took the seats immediately available to us that were open. The flight attendant decided to check our boarding pass to see if we were in the right seat, and of course we were not (because the other people decided to take our seats as we were the last to board). I figured this was just fine. We even paid extra for the assigned seats but for the sake of getting the flight going due to our tight connection, we took the nearest available seats. Unfortunately, a group of 6 people had to take 5 minutes to rearrange the seats because the flight attendant "insisted" we take the seats on our boarding pass. It would have been much easier if the crew would have just let us take the seats that were available instead of trying to rearrange the other group.

Films limited to unspeakable junk....but hey some might like junk....and classical music limited to Bach's fugues and cantatas which I personally adore and hugely enjoyed, but not much else. Pop and jazz junk. Advantage is that one has/had 12 hours to read a brilliant novel.
