優點： THe flight was slightly delayed, but nothing to speak of.

缺點： My flight was delayed from 2230 to 2345. Further delay happened at the airport.

優點： Reasonable fares but given the issues encountered may pay more for a better airline next time.

缺點： 1. Flight was over an hour delayed with no comment on the cause of the delay 2. Once the flight was boarded the crew made no apology for the delay 3. Once the flight landed in HKG it was parked in a remote bay and every one was crammed into a single bus 4. Checked in bags were not delivered for over an hour after landing (all bags delayed)

優點： I wasn’t able to get the flight and the booking agent never amended this despite 2 weeks of emails and phone calls

缺點： Lastminute.com could have answered my emails

缺點： Changed the time of my flight early by more than 2 hours, with no communication. I therefore missed the flight. I was informed there was a flight that evening but they refused to move me as I had booked through an agent. Waited more than 6 hoursnin the airport for next flight and was offered only a meal voucher worth £4. Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!

優點： The best thing is the free luggage allowance of 30kg each. They had some snacks and entertainment as well.

優點： Leg space and good arm rest

缺點： No in flight entertainment (movies)

優點： Plane size, entertainment options and food were all great.

缺點： The person next to me was rude and leaning over on my side but not much the airline can do about that.

優點： Boarding was no frills and quick, service onboard the plane was an orange juice, however, it’s a 45 min flight and didn’t expect much else. No entertainment onboard.

缺點： This grievance has to do with AMM airport. If you have a connecting flight, you will have to clear customs with your hand luggage and go to departures, you will have to go through security checks again and passport control, our connecting flight was 35 mins from arrival and we had to run to make it.

優點： Everything was excellent. After reading some reviews I was a bit reluctant but every was great on board. Great crew with great food.

缺點： I didn't like how disorganised the on ground staff was when boarding. Also as a family of 7 we should have sat altogether and not scattered around the aircraft.

缺點： the boarding was half an hour late with no explanation or warning then we sat for half an hour on the plane without take off. I asked the crew what was happening and reminded them this was a passenger flight not a cargo flight. How about the captain or someone doing something crazy like advising the cabin what is happening? Completely lost on the Chinese psyche it seems. The food was minimal, about a desert spoon of overcooked chicken, piles of rice and an unedible vegetable. I managed to get two thimble full glasses of wine.

優點： I do not think the check in staff could have been any more useless, they wanted us to collect our luggage at every transfer, the plane was cramped, obviously made for people a lot shorter than my 6 ft, majority of the food was not edible for western people. I will not be using them again.

優點： Managed to get a seat in a good spot which more legs soace

缺點： Chinese regulation forbid the use of any cell phone during the entire flight... even in flight mode!!! This is utterly frustrating and annoying, especially when the flight is 15 hours long!!! Also food was meat only, no possibility to get fish or vegetarian

優點： No personal entertainment devices - you can't use your phone to read a book or listen to music. back to good old fashion travelling. Make sure you prepare yourself with a book and junk food to cope

優點： We were connecting and the connecting flight was late and the CSR held the plane just for us.

缺點： Once on board the crew was horrible. Because of the problem, some other groups of people decided to take our seats to spread out. So I just took the seats immediately available to us that were open. The flight attendant decided to check our boarding pass to see if we were in the right seat, and of course we were not (because the other people decided to take our seats as we were the last to board). I figured this was just fine. We even paid extra for the assigned seats but for the sake of getting the flight going due to our tight connection, we took the nearest available seats. Unfortunately, a group of 6 people had to take 5 minutes to rearrange the seats because the flight attendant "insisted" we take the seats on our boarding pass. It would have been much easier if the crew would have just let us take the seats that were available instead of trying to rearrange the other group.

缺點： I connected from a Cathay Dragon flight onto an HK Express flight to Jeju. At the transfer desk, the ground agent told me I would have to leave and reenter the restricted area despite having no checked luggage. Knowing it can't be right, I checked in on my phone and went through the normal transfer process in HKIA. It was a 0215 flight from the midfield concourse. The last automated passenger carrier left at 0100. After which, passengers would have to rely on sporadic bus services. The captain announced 'cabin crew, prepare for landing' 45 minutes before landing. That woke everyone up and it was not ideal. All the flights I have been on announced landing when the plane was at base leg.

缺點： HKE leaving from NON-HK airports don't seem to have as many options to give so they don't offer.

缺點： The plane was old, the seats were uncomfortable with no adjustable headrest or flaps to hold your head from flopping. There was no personal entertainment screens on the back of the seats, only the small community one mounted on the roof. The sound for this was terribly unclear. 8 hour boring flight.

缺點： Check in at the airport was an ‘experience’. For first time travellers here make sure you go straight through security. A lot of pushing and queue jumpin so stand your ground! Flight was slightly delayed. No electronic devises could be used but hey, the flight from Bangkok is only 1hr.
