Plus the flatbed lay out meant you were basically lying in a question mark position, not so goof for tall people like my husband. The food was good but uninteresting and I think for an overnight flight there should be more smaller,lighter, non spicy options offered rather that full dinners."

缺點： "From the moment we checked in in Singapore there was no service. Having travelled first class and Economy before with Singapore I was very disappointed with Business class. My husband and daughter were in First Class. The service was below average to say the least - more training required from check in to on board - (in Sydney the staff on the ground went above and beyond) In Singapore it was very fake and contained no sincerity. The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! I was so excited to be travelling Singapore again given past experiences but now Im not sure I will want to fly them again."

Promises that it will arrive before midnight not kept and currently still waiting for bags to arrive."

Thai Air staff always excellent and even on this 70 min flight they serve a hot Thai meal rather than cop out with sarnies. Also was llucky on the flight down to HKt was on a brand new Dreamliner, I think they were testing. Wow! Multi coloured calming lighting and no window blinds ! 5heh work electinically like polarised glasses! What next! Highly recommend Thai Air for business class."

缺點： "Food was not good, also they served dinner at 5 pm which was very early for me. I had late lunch at 1:30 and was not expecting dinner at 5 pm. I did not feel hungry and so refused the meal. Unfortunately they served only a cup cake later in the evening. It was a 6 hour flight, thus a small cup cake late in the evening did not suffice."

優點： "座艙位置的間距是舒服的，尤其像我是高個子的，特別容易遇到坐飛機時的不適，而且上飛機後，空服員立即確認每個人是否都有靠墊和毛毯，機上餐盒也非常好吃，即使我乘坐的飛機並未滿座，但服務品質並未因為乘客少而有所降低，另外，機師的駕駛技術真的太令人驚艷！起飛、降落都不會有任何顛簸和不適，完全非常順利和平穩，實在很難忘！我真的很欣賞也很享受！"

優點： "Flight was very smooth and pleasant. The entertainment was great with lots of choices. Premium economy seats on A350 was amazing. Very similar to Qants reganal business class on their 737. But how ever the seats on their A330 was average. But otherwise all was good. I would recommend Cathay."

優點： "My checked luggage bag was damaged. I noticed the damage only after I I reached home. However, when I reported Cathay Pacific baggage staff were very helpful and professional. I know several airlines who hide behind bureaucratic procedures to stonewall customers. CP is not one of them. Excellent service, before, after and during the flight."
