缺點： "When flying from New Zealand to Doha, we departed Auckland at 15h25 and due to the time zone, most passengers body clocks would have been expecting sleep within a few hours. However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

優點： "I appreciated the friendly and always service minded staff. The plane was clean and I enjoyed good leg room. I was happy with the menus and the film selection was entertaining and current. All over a great experience and I would not hesitate to choose Qatar again."

缺點： "Check in crew in Lahore ganged up against me and wanted to extort £200 for taking me laptop on board along with my hand carry. No where in the world has an airline ever asked me for this, and I fly a fair bit. Since I didn't allow them to extort me, they forced me to throw away my brand new Delsey hand carry at the airport. I had no cover as they threatened to if load my luggage and not let me fly home. Not a 5 start airline from any angle. Will never use Qatar again!!! This was my first and last flight with them."

Only constant complaints led to food being provided at the airport after a 6 hour wait to board. No compensation was offered by QA when we arrived in Doha. Nothing. Exceptionally poor performance by an airline you expect more from."

The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"

The flight was missed in trying to find what went wrong and when called the flight network they told that due to insufficient time between booking and departure time they canceled the reservation. 缺點： "I had my flight from London to Istanbul delayed and because I had connection flight in Istanbul to Russia they had to change my flight for the next day . That ruined my whole holidays and I had to go all the way home from Gatwick airport and next morning going again to Heathrow airport. No transfer or taxi was provided and No single apology from the staff or company . Very disappointed with Turkish airlines !"

I was disappointed that TK airlines did not allow me to check the luggage through to Frankfurt because the flight was on a different ticket . As an Elite Plus member , I expect better cooperation among the star alliance member airlines . I had to check out and back again , took almost two hours of waiting in lines . Good that on this occasion I had sufficient time and did not miss the LH flight ."

優點： "Flight was very punctual (actually early enough to cause problems with being collected on arrival), despite being full, there was ample space. The food was very edible, brings service was sufficient and the crew were friendly and helpful."
缺點： "The gate was a good 15-20 minutes walk from the main duty free area of the terminal with not much signage indicating this. The touch function on my inflight entertainment screen lagged a bit and there was no USB charging offered"

I found out 1 hour before the actual flight. Was offered a replacement ticket for over £900. Bought a new one with BA."

優點： "I flew premium economy from Hong Kong to Frankfurt on the A340-600. The crew was excellent, attentive and friendly. They always have a great attitude and this has been consistent with my previous experiences with Lufthansa. The seat and meal were average for premium economy, but the crew more than made up for it."
