However, when the meal was being served, there was only a chicken or pork option and my vegetarian meal had either not been properly booked or had been forgotten. When I informed the staff, I was asked to show proof that I ordered a veggie meal. I could not pull up my email confirmation as we were flying and there was no internet access. I had to lug my bag out of the overhead and search for a print out confirmation. I had not come prepared with the "evidence" the stewardess wanted. While the staff tried to be polite, I also found them to be quite rude, demanding that I produce evidence. Could they not have simply given me an extra salad without all the fuss? I felt I was being treated as a criminal for requesting a veggie meal that had, unfortunately, not been recorded in their system."

The official delayed certificate should be handed out to passengers in a more spacious and controlled area and not when people are alighting from the aircraft, everyone was stuck and unable to get past the crowd. With China flights, i am pretty certain the bunch of mainlanders didnt even know what the certificate was for, they just flocked over to get it because that is their mentality. Aircon should be turned on if people are stuck inside the airline waiting for take off. Reasons such as the aircon is broken is pathetic. If the captain knows the flight is bound to be delayed then let the crew know in advance so they can prepare for our in flight enjoyment better such as refreshments like water to say the very least."

If the journey is as important as the destination, then it already failed the minute I was seated in a very intimate setting alongside strangers and seeing the economy class fully booked. The airline defended this by saying they have special economy seats but I complained that this is not equitable since the seats are limited and not everyone could afford an upgrade. Even if they could, the passengers would still be seated side by side and the total number of passengers aboard a tight and enclosed space or load factor is still very high. The airline’s policy was so inconsistent with the very rigid rules of the different government agencies upon disembarkation."

缺點： "The flight was terrible. The boarding process was improperly conducted causing a lack of overhead space in the baggage storage overhead. The entertainment system was broken and the flight transfer process was terrible and confusing. I had the worst trip in over 300 life time trips. I felt like the price was way too high for the service I received! I need a partial refund at a minimun. This flight was terrible for my 3 children and I."

缺點： "Flight delays several hours. Its a very terrible flight. No apology from airlines company too."

缺點： "Flight crews working at transfer desks were extremely unorganized and brought us to our terminal at the very last minute when the flight was calling for all passengers to board. Food was terrible. Ended up losing my baggage because they didn’t have enough time to put all the bags onto the flight and so I had to wait an extra two hours at the airport"

優點： "Excellent crew, very attentive and polite. New/newly refurbished plane and very clean."
缺點： "I thought I read somewhere that Premium Economy had their own toilets but that didn't seem to be the case. The Mabuhay Lounge (for those with access) is in need of a renovation and can be hard to find seats."

缺點： "Extremely bad experience, the airline rejected to issue boarding pass to us without an appropiate explanation. Never take Phillipine airlines anymore"

優點： "Crew were pleasant and attentive and found was simple but OK, with a choice."
缺點： "Legroom appalling. For anyone 6ft Plus it was a struggle and uncomfortable for the 3hr flight. Holding for 25 minutes after landing until parking spot became available didn’t help."

優點： "Very happy the crew was good all in all a good flight and great value for money."

優點： "The staff were courteous is very helpful ,the food was okay. In flight comforts were provided such as blacked , eye mask etc. iPads were provided as there was no built in tvs on the plane which provided a good inlight entertainment system. Overall this was a good experience as value for money as the price was cheaper than many other direct long haul flights"
缺點： "The plane it’s self was quite old and tired - with no TVs however iPads were provided which was not a huge difference. There was not a good selection of beverages on this flight -most had ran out prior."

優點： "I was very lucky to have two spaces beside me so plenty of room however I know this is not always the case. This plaine was modern with a good selection of inflight entertainment. The on board staff were extreamly courteous and helpful. Food was okay was a good selection of beverages on this flight. You are provided with inlight comforts like blackets etc if you wished to sleep -"

缺點： "kind of hard to believe my other flight through PAL was the best I've taken. This must have been an older plane or something. No entertainment minimal leg room. Must have just been luck of the draw"

優點： "Honestly one of the best flights I had compared to my previous flight over from Hong Kong with same airline. Plane was newer with entertainment module with a huge list of movies and shows to choose from. food was the best airplane meal I had ever had. Had no issues during baggage or boarding,"
缺點： "Only thing I didn't like was that checking in online was impossible because I was booked from another airline (air Canada). I wish they could co-ordinate to make online booking available even though we were booked through another airline just so we had a better choice for our seats."

優點： "The ipad loaded with movies and magazines"
缺點： "The food needs improvement"
