優點： The flight was quite comfortable.

缺點： I find it hard work doing such long flights these days.

優點： It was not immediately apparent that boarding was in a completely different terminal which was accessible by train, so this lack of info could have cost me arriving in good time as I thought I had sufficient time. I aldo found ground staff at the customer service desk very unsympathetic and unhelpful when I asked for assistance on grounds of ill health. They were quite condescending .

優點： The seating arrangements and baggage drop off were excellent, staff at check ins both sides were so helpful, especially at Heathrow airport, the young Asian man couldn't do enough for us, well pleased.

缺點： Unfortunately we experienced a drop in standards when on board the first return flight , my daughter is autistic and would only have vegetarian meals, I made sure I requested this online well in advance, when I asked for vegetarian meal the flight attenda abruptly said that's all we have.

缺點： Well,my whole trip was an adventure! Problem with my checked in bag, so i had to pay 22 pounds extra to fit it in a connection flight and now i have to send receipt to get the refund. On my way back, there was a delay, so i missed the flight and the checked in bag

缺點： I could not make it for the 1st part of my journey due to personal circumstances. There was no notification from Lufthansa that my return journey would be been cancelled as well. I found out 1 hour before the actual flight. Was offered a replacement ticket for over £900. Bought a new one with BA.

缺點： One cookie with tea is not enough at this time of day! Boarding was organised terribly and was the main reason for the delay.
