優點： This was a quick flight - 39 mins I also got an upgrade too

優點： Great crew, comfortable flight.

優點： The crew were great, entertainment was good.

缺點： After sitting on the plane for an hour they found a problem and so we had to deboard and wait for another plane. Obviously better than taking a less than optimum plane but added a lot of waiting time to an already long day. Not great that on a 6 hour flight we had to buy food.

優點： Asked a stewardess to turn the heat up and she did.

缺點： Freezing cold air conditioning. Every person I could see was wrapped up in their blanket before we had even taken off.

優點： the timliness the processing at beijing the helpful checkin people at the akl airport. The baggage delivered promptly and without breakage. The crew worked hard to ensure

缺點： the shops at air port are expensive the toilet sinks were slopping and did not drain well the airline apologizing for the lack of food choice before each service pl advise airline to ask for choice at the check-in or at least make a note of the preference through email, makes life easier for them and the passengers. announcements were in chinese and the english ones were not very clear . it would be good if the announcements also came up on the seat screens CLEANLINESS WAS AN ISSUE with the overhead lockers not clean to the pull up table and magazine spaces not clean

優點： The Beijing/Osaka flight was a smaller simpler plane than the Heathrow/Beijing one, but cconsidering the amount of time both flights take relative to each other, I think it had the better balance of the two.

缺點： The only thing I'd suggest is while the Crew were great and did offer drinks a number of times, the first drinks run seemed late - although that might just be a combination of needing to wait until the plane has reached full altitude and the desire to clear the unpleasant Beijing air.

優點： Boarding was prompt and efficient.

缺點： No power sockets to charge phones, Entertainment selection and functionality completely outdated, just managed to watch 1 movie before I gave up trying. The air hostess tried to help but mentioned that it’s just slow. During dinner service I asked for a second glass of wine with my meal but was refused as only 1 glass of beer or wine is allowed per passenger and flight, which I found very stingy as an airline and irritating from a customer care perspective.

缺點： Horrible communications! Requested an upgrade and was told the system was down then on return trip requested upgrade again and was told that it had to be done at check in which means returning to main terminal by tram and going through security again as the girl at the boarding desk returned to playing with her phone. There was more than 50% first class seats unfilled, good news for investors. On the tv monitor we were watching our final approach as we bypassed the airport and made three 360 degree turns 50 miles out for 30 minutes and not one word from the Captain what was happening, very nerve racking. Never fly Air China again!

缺點： Hope to keep departure on time !!!!!!

優點： The number of take offs equaled the number of landings :)

缺點： Late taking off. Sat 30 minutes at Beijing airport waiting to park, then waited 15 minutes for a bus transfer to the terminal build. Only one bus so deplaned at the speed of the slowest passenger. 10 min bus journey to the terminal building. Missed my flight to the UK. I recommend you use an airline that pays for an air bridge and can coordinate the ground staff to be ready for the planes arrival!

優點： Nil

缺點： My keychain was ripped off from my baggage despite me hiding it. It was stolen by their baggage handler and the airline refused to admit liability and was protecting it Staff. Xiamenair is a corrupted airline which I will not take in the future!

優點： Comfortable seat with good recline and leg room. Noise cancellation head phones are effective and comfortable. Good selection of audio and video entertainment.
