優點： The crew were great, entertainment was good.

缺點： After sitting on the plane for an hour they found a problem and so we had to deboard and wait for another plane. Obviously better than taking a less than optimum plane but added a lot of waiting time to an already long day. Not great that on a 6 hour flight we had to buy food.

優點： NA

缺點： Multiple delayed flights leading to short connection time. Despite meeting stated time, denied entry and surprises that my ticket was changed with no effort to correct said error at the gate despite adequate time prior to take off.

缺點： Seats and screens, usb charging points

優點： Great crew, comfortable flight.

優點： After United lost our luggage in Houston we had to file a claim in Auckland which meant we missed our flight to Wellington. Ground crew were super helpful and got us on the next flight 30 mins later. Cabin crew were great and sorted us out with water and snacks before take off as could tell we were desperate after flying in from London via Houston.

缺點： -

優點： My daughter traveled as an unaccompanied minor overseas and was taken care of reasonably well. The staff in LAX were not as friendly but then I am just glad that everything was handled for her at such a young age being taken through such a big place. My daughter said she slept very little overnight due to a rude passenger who was talking very loudly and using a phone. But over all she was happy with the in-flight entertainment and I was pleased with the amount of baggage allowed at no extra fee.

缺點： The staff were a bit impatient and rushed. Didn't seem to notice the actions of rude passengers.

缺點： Cabin AirConditioning fault. Air bridge fault all delayed flights from Fort Lauderdale to San Antonio

優點： Crew were great, especially considering we had a couple of mishaps travelling with a five year old and five month old. Despite being a mega long flight it was comfortable and we were well looked after.

缺點： Seats are a little narrow on the exit rows and bulkhead as the armrests accommodate the TV and tables. This also means they can’t be moved. Not unique to Air NZ though.

優點： Arrived ahead of the scheduled time

缺點： Plane was less than half full yet the crew appeared pressured .... one crew member didn’t wait for me to complete my request and she brought me eat phones yet I wanted to ask for water to drink! Seats don’t recline much ....

優點： This was a quick flight - 39 mins I also got an upgrade too

缺點： Felt very low budget and cramped.

優點： Comfortable flight. New plane

優點： Good range of entertainment, comfortable seats.

缺點： Some dinner choices had become unavailable by the time I ordered.

缺點： First flight TUS to DFW was delayed by 3 hours causeing us to mist all the remaining flights. Had to scramble to find other flights DFW to LHR and LHR to DUB. We arrived at our destination 10 hours. No reason for the delay was given. Lousey service on AA.

缺點： The vegetarian meal is always vegan, I miss the dairy :(

缺點： Gin availability

優點： I liked the entertainment. Seats were ultimately uncomfortable. Not helped by the backs being loose.
