優點： Comfortable flight with very pleasant flight attendants and crew. Professional service, straightforward check-in. Was able to change seats via the Lufthansa app for free and automatically seated together.

缺點： 3 out of our 4 flights had some sort of delay.

優點： Pilot kept us informed throughout the flight.

優點： Airbus 330 from Manchester to SFO was new, spacious and very comfortable. One of the best flights we’ve had across the pond.

缺點： Transiting at Manchester between our Frankfurt to SFO flights was dreadful. They made us go through security and the inspectors were so incompetent they caused a huge back-up. Took an hour to get through. Avoid Manchester. Then they lost my luggage...still missing after a week.

I had a child with me and it took 2.5 hours for us in the airport to get a hotel and taxi for night stay and I reached at 0030 at night. The lufthansa staff was not helpful at the start. 優點： The seating arrangements and baggage drop off were excellent, staff at check ins both sides were so helpful, especially at Heathrow airport, the young Asian man couldn't do enough for us, well pleased.

缺點： Unfortunately we experienced a drop in standards when on board the first return flight , my daughter is autistic and would only have vegetarian meals, I made sure I requested this online well in advance, when I asked for vegetarian meal the flight attenda abruptly said that's all we have.

缺點： We had 4 luthansa flights in a week I appreciate that we were given a drink one up on BA ! However I am trying not to be picky every snack was chocolate 26 grames per 100g not great for a diabetic !!!! It would be lovely to have a savoury option

There was a problem with my checked in bag, so i had to pay 22 pounds extra to fit it in a connection flight and now i have to send receipt to get the refund. On my way back, there was a delay, so

缺點： I am a frequent flyer from HK to Western Europe and it’s a problem transversal to the majority of the airlines. Service quality drops significantly when coming to Asia. Flights to Europe provide exceptional service.

優點： I thought my out flight with Lufthansa would be good but it was surpassed by the return flight with Swiss Based on my experience I believe Swiss should be a 5 star airline as well

優點： It was not immediately apparent that boarding was in a completely different terminal which was accessible by train, so this lack of info could have cost me arriving in good time as I thought I had sufficient time. I aldo found ground staff at the customer service desk very unsympathetic and unhelpful when I asked for assistance on grounds of ill health. They were quite condescending .

優點： The crew were very professional. There was a very difficult passenger who was very rude to the stewards and I thought they coped really well. I was sorry to see them treated in this way.

缺點： 3 of our 5 suitcases were out of luck to make it.. they damaged our 2 new luggages and the third one.. we only realized at home... now I have to deal with that too so I will be with Swiss on my mind for a while.. never again!!!

缺點： The onky bad thing was luggage collection. Belt 6 tucked away. The luggage was so quick coming off that there was no-one to collect it . The belt was soon full and no.more luggage could enter the belt until the luggage on the belt was claimed

缺點： Vueling is a stupid ass imcompetent company that is either delayed, loses the luggage or is cancelled.

優點： vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though.

缺點： Boarding started 20 mins late, once on board was moved to accommodate a family to sit together. No objection to them sitting together but how is it possible that they’re in that situation to begin with. Flight was overbooked so crew offering cash to delay for a later flight, which on a Sunday evening is an unappetising proposect

缺點： The screens would freeze for all the people around. The connecting flight had 50 minutes, however there was another security check and gate was quite far, everything had to be done in a hassle and we were nervous throughout regarding missing the flight.

缺點： Food is becoming more and more of a joke on Lufthansa, gone are the bad sandwiches, now it is just sweets.

缺點： Seats in economy were very uncomfortable, almost no cushion in any of the seats or the seat backs. Would not recommend Lufthansa for long haul.

優點： 3 - 2 seat arrangement and lots of leg room. Excellent boarding.

缺點： Bread of sandwich was dry.

優點： Crew were good, apart from forgetting at breakfast time that I had ordered gluten free food. Food was OK but not memorable.

缺點： Business class is not as roomy as other airlines. My partner had to climb over me to reach the aisle, there is very little storage space and seat size is quite small. Choice of movies is limited.

優點： Swiss quality, punctuality and reliability.

缺點： No negatives.

優點： Seat and crew were amazing but obviously struggled to be proud and confident of their job, can’t blame them if the company cuts expenses all over.

缺點： When you fly business class, you expect a different product than economy, because you pay almost double the price. All we got is the same lousy sandwich as in economy, neither are alcoholic or hot beverages available due to ‘shortage of staff’ as the crew announces. A flight far behind LH standards.

缺點： the boarding was weird because of the aircraft change and rearranging of seats. the computer reassigned us very strange, making us seating mostly in one are, while other rows were completely empty.
