As tourists, the location was ideal and right in the middle of a ton of sites and restaurants. The decor and view were incredible as well, and I highly recommend cocktail hour in the gorgeous bar. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were incredible. Would absolutely recommend this to friends, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The only complaint I have is that we had issues with our fireplace, and while I'm sure 98% of it was user error we also kept getting conflicting information on how to make it work from various hotel staff. We must have asked for instructions on how to turn it on and off four different times and were told four different instructions on how to operate it.
The room and staff were great!!! Clean everything!!! Great location!!! Overpriced valet parking $41.00!!! Just ridiculous!!!
Nice waterfront location & lounge area. A bit dingy & a little shabby. Expensive waterfront room partly obscured by equipment, and staff not helpful w.r.t. finding alternative room. Bar is very loud but nice location & lively.
Located right on the waterfront. Beautiful common rooms and restaurant to look over the water and watch the sunsets.
I've stayed in better economy type inns. Cool location , but way dated and a need for up dating. The price didn't match the facilities
The location and the lobby guest lounge. The lack of parking forces you to use the valet at $41/day. A hotel of this prestige should offer a continental breakfast and free coffee in the dinning area. I've stayed at many hotels in this price range that do offer it and parking for guests is free. Definitely paying for the location and name.
Nice overall Thermostat and fireplace did not work. Shower splashed water out in bathroom.
The location is excellent. Our window opened over the water, literally. Built on a pier so the ocean was literally under our room. Cruise ships docked right out our window. The shuttle service was excellent although we only used it once to get to dinner then walked back so can't speak of the return service. Forced valet parking fee of $41 a night. Adds up pretty quickly. We stayed in a double/double room (no queens???, come on Edgewater) because the only king room available was over the bar which we were warned would have a band playing until midnight. So, my wife and I ended up sleeping in separate beds. Two adults in a double? Love her dearly but we both appreciate a little space when we are sleeping. We were unaware that the only heat source in the room was the fireplace. It was 90+ degrees so we didn't think about it during the day. Of course it kicked on in the middle when the temperature dropped. Didn't bother me much but it did bother my wife who was roasting since her bed was next to the fireplace. Don't get me wrong, the fireplace is a beautiful touch but would have appreciated a bit of warning about it automatically coming on during the night. Seemed a bit strange that the fireplaces in the common areas were lit even though it was record hot days the whole time we were there. I guess that should have been a clue. The shower head was held on with masking tape. Yes, masking tape. There were water stains on the ceilings. It would seem to me that a bit of paint and a new shower head in a room that costs $500 a night would not be an unreasonable expense for maintenance. Heck, use my parking fee for the weekend, that should cover it.
the Staff were So friendly & helpful..and Everyone was always Smiling! Décor was Just what I love...I call it "Rustic Elegance"...food was Very good. My room on the water was perfect and could have sat by my window on the water for Hours. Great location since I had the choice of walking to many things or take your shuttle. Will come again!! Too bad there isn't an "Upper Deck" or terrace on top where people could sit maybe half indoors/half out, to take in the views.
Bed and pillows were not comfortable
This is a beautiful hotel on the water. The rooms are immaculate. The staff always helpful. The restaurant was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.
central city location this is not a luxury hotel. The pool is barely adequate.
Although we like the convenience of the location, the parking ramp spaces are too narrow. Someone hit our vehice during our weekend stay. We filed a report, but no one has followed up with us. Very disappointing.
Pros: Located within short walking distance of shopping, transit station, monorail, restaurants, and Pike Place Market. Staff friendly and helpful. Soft, comfortable beds and pillows, like sleeping on a cloud. Beautiful views of the city. Cons: A single staff member at the concierge desk treated us as if we were bothering her and wasting her time after we had patiently been waiting for 5 minutes or so for her to finish with a phone call before helping us, as if us waiting quietly near the desk to ask a question was somehow an annoyance to her.
Everything except the exorbitant amount of cost for items in the room that were set to a weight sensor. I bumped the fridge and was worried that they charged my card that night. Nothing went through, thankfully. Other than that, everything was excellent!
really liked the shower
Well done to the Westin staff. Best hotel best value!
We booked this for our honey moon. Nightmare Small room. They then upgraded us yo a suite and chafed us a fortune. No sorry, no offer to make our stay better. So upset will never stay again. DR. Brian Bledsoe
Everything was fine All other hotels in this class usually provide free internet. Even if one has to pay I don't understand the exorbitant cost. Shameful gouging!
1. Late check in around 12:30 am - due to construction and lateness of hour, it was very difficult to get in the hotel... doors locked, escalator not working, ... When it was pointed to check in Peloponnese, not a note or tone of sympathy! How can Westin put someone front desk with this type of attitude 2. Hotel fire - when we got back late afternoon there was fire earlier in the day that has left very smoky smell in our room. They put out notes but when we checked out following morning, I had to bring it up in conversation.
Loved the view! Very clean & the bed was very comfortable I would stay again. didn't have anything to drink in the room
Location is central, walking distance to everything. Very clean. Super comfy bed. Everything is extra. Need wifi? Pay extra. Parking? Extremely expensive. Staff are confused, rude, and seem that they don't want to be there. Parking was a huge ordeal as reception didn't know anything about it. Had to go back and forth to reception to get key activated. Check in and accessing the parking took over an hour. Calling reception feels like you have disrupted them from something important and have no time for you. Rooms are beautiful but any notice on walkway echoes inside, at all times of the day/night. Very noisy.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating to a large party. It would be nice if they had a hotel shuttle.
I just loved everything. Would definitely stay there again. I was supposed to stay two night but they double booked my room so they moved me to another hotel. Though it was handled very nicely, I would have preferred to stay there both nights.
The beds are really comfortable the room are clean we plan to come back. The bathroom was a little small but it worked
Friendly staff; good location Mini full room is smaller than my expectation; the bathroom and restroom are separated.
Kudos to the staff who were always very friendly and helpful! The room was very small.
I liked the overall feel and look of the lobby, the staff was nice, so was the location. When we booked a room, it was listed as a 2 person 'microqueen' which I assumed would be a bed somewhere between a full and a queen. It was actually a queen-sized bed in a room that was barely larger than a queen-size bed. It kind of feels like you are in the shipping container of the mattress. If all you want to do is lie on a bed it's cool, but it's quite cramped.
Location was nice. Convenient walk to Market. Terrible service. Everyone on staff seemed new. Valeted car was a waste of time. One person running entire hotel for all guests. When I needed my vehicle I was ultimately in a line until the one assistant for the hotel could help us. Then they had to take an elevator to get the vehicle which was a huge time waster for us. A few times we needed access to our vehicle and it was very inconvenient. Upon arrival we asked for a particular type of shop and the staff told us that corporate said they were not allowed to talk to us about that. They literally did not tell us where to go in town to find what we were looking for. Very strange and uncomfortable.
A boutique hotel that's worth every penny. The staff is super friendly and genuine. The rooms are clean and the beds super comfortable. The location is perfect for downtown as shopping and pike place market are all within walking distance. This is my go to hotel from now on... The elevators are super slow so give your self extra time if you're rushing in the morning.
Craft beer everyday from 5-6pm for free and as much as you can drink in an hour.
The front staff was awesome and very helpful. The rooms were spacious yet cozy and the beds were so comfy!!
Attentive staff, young, fun, friendly funky Bathrooms v small
Getting a glass of beer at check out was great. Nice staff and great for couples. The rooms can seem a tad small at times. Any more than two people and there is definitely no where to sit. However, I also chalk that aspect up to the intimate vibe of the hotel.
Quick walk from the airport light rail, quick walk to the convention center. Clean and nicely appointed room. With the deal I got it was a reasonable value. Room was small. Standard price is way too high.
I loved the modern decor and the helpful front desk I wish there had been a mini fridge in the suite we stayed in
The showers were awesome. Room was small and overall rather expensive for what we received.
The staff was amazing. Having never been to the city before, the staff helped me set up transportation to the hotel. I was able to get free pickup to the hotel. Geoff came outside and helped carry in luggage. I arrived early but was still able to check in. Every staff member was kind and friendly. They were also able to make last minute reservations to Sky city for 4. The room was nice, great location, free shuttle service and free bike rentals! Nothing negative to say about this experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
The location was fantastic. The hotel has a fun style. The room was nice and very clean. The bed was comfortable. My neighbor was loud and up very late two of the three nights I was there. The walls seem to be thin. Also the pillows were very hard. Too dense. I should have asked for new ones.
Friendly staff. Daily ☕ and cupcakes between 3 and 7. Had a temporary emergency water shutoff during my stay, but it was resolved quickly.
New and very clean. Safe location. Strongly recommended!
Very comfortable beds and bedding. Modern look and cool music in the lobby. Loud heater in the room.
Hotel 5 has an amazing attention to details. From the comfy beds with the individual down comforters, to the feel-so-good robes, to the oh-so-soft towels, and smells-so-good soap and shampoo. I loved the hardwood floors and the vibrant colors throughout the hotel. The Kuerig coffeemaker in the room was a bonus and the coffee a great way to start our day! Can't forget to mention how we looked forward to the pineapple mini cupcakes and the pineapple water ever day. Will be back!!!!
Staff was very friendly. Nice towels, linens, bathrobes and a very comfortable bed! Excellent location in downtown. Glad I found Hotel 5! Room doors closed very loudly. Down comforters were too warm.
I enjoyed the central location and the friendly staff.
Free Bikes! Parking is overpriced and so is the breakfast. Additionally, there is no in room fridge.
I didn't like the stuffed toy on the bed.
No water in vending machines, $6 for bottle water in room
Great view, big room with lots of space, easy check in and check out. The location is perfect- my boyfriend and I walked everywhere and never even had to take a cab. So much is within walking distance. We requested a single king size bed (my boyfriend and I were staying in the hotel for Valentines day) but Instead received two full beds. Didn't ruin out trip or anything since the beds were still big enough for us both to fit we just didn't use the other bed. Would have been nice to get what we thought we were paying for though!
I was charged $16 additional parking for coming to the hotel 2 hours before check in. On top of the $30+ I was already paying for parking there.
Great location for good price. Very nice, up to date, clean, and top notch. Lovely bar! Nice restaurant . Ask to borrow an umbrella at front desk! Don't need to bring your own...
Good, clean rooms. Good happy hour in the bar. Helpful staff. Gym is below basic.
I loved the room service options, and that you can order it 24/4. I also loved the in-house breakfast ordering. The food was delish, the room was clean, great pillows, view, and friendly staff. You might freak out over their expensive parking ($39 a night) But if you're staying for a short visit like we did, it is actually great. They let you keep your car there till 3pm, even though check-out is 11. So we were able to walk to Pike Place, aquarium, and do all that fun stuff without having to move our car and pay for more parking.
I only liked how close t was to my destination Options were given to the type of room I would like. I chose the quiet room option. Promptly at 7am in the morning all 4 days I stayed there they started construction from what sounded like in the adjacent room. When I brought this up to the front desk they acted confused and acting like I was crazy and tried figuring out an explaination for the sounds other than construction. Said they"would send someone up to investigate" I was so peeved about this I went down stairs to complain directly and they informed me that they are indeed doing construction and they're supposed to start at 9am. While I was down there I complained that when I took a shower regardless of the length of time I was in the shower. The water flowed freely into the bathroom and filled it up with water and I had to use 3 out of the 4 towels given to me to soak up the water. The front desk person said they wouldn't immediately send up more towels. And never did follow through with their "solution" for the problem. Lastly. The tv had a high pitch whistle whenever it was on. This increased and decreased with the volume.
Great service; good meal value; good location, nice view. Room keys didnt work sometimes
Love being so close to everything. Went to a concert at the key arena and the taxi rides were really cheap since we were so close. Within walking distance to pikes place and the water. We wanted a bigger balcony. I proposed on the night we stayed there expecting a view of the Space Needle and room on the balcony to do it. The balcony was barely big enough to stand on.
The location was perfect. You're walking distance from the space needle and pike place market. The room was clean and the bed was always made when we got back at the end of the day after going around the city. You're only a few blocks from the Westlake light rail station which takes you throughout the city and as far as the airport which is convenient.
Terrific location, nice & clean.
Great location, great staff. Thought it was a bit pricey.
Great central location in downtown Seattle. Fabulous staff.
The hotel was very modern and cool. There is a restaurant and lounge adjacent to the hotel lobby. Plus, the location was perfect. We were able to walk to the waterfront, Market, Pioneer Square, and lower Queen Ann, all within 15-20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.
Professional, very helpful and friendly staff. Well appointed and elegantly designed room. Great in-house bar and restaurant, with very good food. Excellent room service. The bathroom was on the small side and lacked a fan.
Great location, good service .great decor.Quiet. Music/jazz orientated.Room lay out was very well designed and very comfortable. walk in closet was terrific. Car parking was an issue. No problem with the valet parking , just expensive.
Our room was spacious and well-equipped. The design was modern and attractive. The food in the restaurant was high quality and interesting but perhaps more limited in range than you would ordinarily expect from a hotel catering for international travellers having a strong Greek/North African theme. I think the hotel should seriously consider making wi fi internet access complimentary - its ridiculous to charge ten dollars a day when you can cross the road to Starbucks and get it free when you buy at coffee. I also think they should stop importing mineral water from Scandinavia, which is contrary to their environmental aspirations.
The staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were nice and spacious.
Nice hotel. Good restaurant. A little on the pricey side.
location tv control hard to use. Defalts to pay channels every time tv is turned on.9/16 aspect set incorrectly resulting in distortion.
Very good location, close enough to major downtown Seattle attractions, but just far enough out of the thick of traffic to be accessible. The room we had looked more like a college dorm room than a hotel room. To market this hotel on the basis of style or design is a stretch. The room decor is worn and dated, although clean. The bath was small, mid-quality vintage and not updated - there's a reason the bathrooms are not pictured on the website....
Generous room size, decor, location, good sound insulation very quiet for the city location would have liked breakfast to have been included in the price!
This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location of this hotel is close to the pike market, bus stop...... Anyway, good location.
Location, location, location. This hotel is in the middle of everything: shops, restaurants, docks, art. Had a great time meeting friends - used the hotel as our starting point. Only downside - the bed was a little firm for my taste.
Both my wife and I have come to know the Marriott line of hotels as a true gold standard in excellence when it comes to delivering on each dollar we spent there. The lovely new Marriott Waterfront hotel, located on Seattle's breathtaking waterfront was no exception~! A true gem in affordable luxury~!
We loved our weekend stay at the Marriott. Although the room was not ready when we arrived early, we were able to check in, leave our luggage and then they called us on our cell within 40 minutes, gave us keys and delivered our luggage to our room promptly. The room was large and clean, with a partial view of the waterfront. We loved the comfortable bed, however, the duvet cover was really heavy and made a lot of 'noise' the first night. We asked about an alternative, but none were available, so we just removed the duvet cover and were much more comfortable for our second night. Treated ourselves to room service for breakfast the last morning and it arrived promptly and hot. Also had breakfast in the Bistro the first morning and it too was good quality. Used the fitness center also. Although not as extensive as our gym back home, it was just fine for some cardio work. It was clean and well stocked with towels and water.
I had a wonderful time in Seattle. The hotel was great. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and attentive to my needs. The location is great. It is very walkable. I would recomend this hotel to everyone.
This hotel is close and convenient to Pike's Market, the Aquarium, shops, and Pier 66...NCL's cruise terminal. We walked from the hotel right across the street to board the ship! Saved the cost of a taxi ride.
I stayed 3 nights here for a conference and can't wait to come back on vacation! The rooms are large and the beds are wonderful. My view had a partial water view which wasn't the best but at least I could see some water. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to say hi every time we crossed paths.
Best location in Seattle. The indoor outdoor pool was wonderful. right down on the waterfront. Just a little expensive but a fabulous motel!
All of the hotels on Alaska are good. If you're going to stay here, pick the best price.
This is a lovely hotel, right on the waterfront. The restaurant had delicious food & everything was sparkling clean. But for over $30 to park, over $40 for dinner and hundreds on the total stay, I'm not sure it was worth the money.
We liked this hotel. First, it was a great location. We could walk to Pikes Place Market and the waterfront restaurants, shopping and attractions. There is a tourist bus stop across the street that made it easy to get to the Space Needle and other 'must dos' while in Seattle. The room was nice (not luxurious as we expected for the price) but quite adequate. The bedding was very nice and maid service was excellent. It was nice to have a balcony, even though it was very small with standing room only. The bartender at the lobby bar was very helpful in directing us to both well-known attractions and the safe neighborhoods.
After calling to inform Seattle Marriot WF, we would be arriving very late (due to airlines), I was assured our room would be waiting for us. The lady that took my call advised us to take a taxi for safety reasons as it was almost midnight. Check in was smooth, front desk gave us helpful info for food, and what we would need to do for cruise boarding the next AM. We had a wonderful restful night, a lovely breakfast the next morning, then a very nice and informative valet took our luggage across to the pier for us and made sure tags were correct and we were headed in the right direction. The service from everyone was excellent, my only regret is that we didn't arrive as scheduled at 4PM on Sat., we had planned to explore your beautiful city.
The staff went out of their way to be welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rare to see anymore. Everything was perfect
Location, location and location. Some of the staff were uppity and almost seemed like doing you a favour when you asked a question. However, there were a couple who were service oriented....
The decor, simplicity and understated atmosphere. Access from the street
This is a great hotel. The staff is wonderful. They even offer a free shuttle via Lincoln Town Car to anywhere within a two mile radius of the hotel. My room was nice. The bathroom had a large sunken tub with wooden privacy panels that opened to rest of room. This was my first stay at the Pan Pacific. I have paid more for lesser quality hotels in Seattle. I will definitely be returning to Pan Pacific. The hotel also has a beautiful spa facilities but I didn't get a chance to indulge as I was only there one day for business.
the room service was very polite and the room was tidied and bed made when i went out
Very attentive staff and beautiful physical plant. I was impressed with the simplicty of design in the room and common areas. Initial experience with the bar upon arrival was mediocre. The server was disorganized and slow.
The room was light, quiet, and comfortable.
As we were cheecking out 1 front desk jerk tried to ruin our stay, Monday Sept 6th, 6:30am< Michael was a complete jerk to me. We visit Seattle 3-4 times a year (Son in college). Let me know when Michael is gone and we will return. Brad Kellogg.
We were in Seattle for two days and the entire experience but especially the free car service was amazing. They gave us a bottle of wine and chocolates with a card signed by all their staff to congratulate us on our anniversary. Super impressed!!! would stay here again without hesitation! Theres a fitness Center and a hot tub!! Five stars!!
My only complaint is that we paid $90 for the shared parking garage the few days we stayed. For $300+/night, they can afford to validate parking.
The staff was absolutely the best! And, the accommodations were wonderful. The signage about the entrance was lacking.
The room and hotel was very clean and priced within our budget.
The complemtery breakfast was great. They even had a Belgium waffle maker. King size bed and pillows were very comfy. Overall a great stay. Valet was a bit in the higher range. Paid $26 for one night parking. Pull out bed I thought was uncomfortable but my daughter seem to think differently. The pool and hot tub was ok. Probably needs to be renovated soon if not a deep cleaning.
I like that they provide a shuttle to sight see and they have free items that are easily forgotten like toothpaste. The rooms were kept clean and the cleaning and room service staff were extremely friendly. I didn't appreciate all of the front desk staff. There was one or two that I felt were friendly and customer service oriented, others seemed less willing to assist.
The vintage quality throughout
Awesome hotel close to Pikes Place Market. Easy walk to restaurants. Macy's (hotel discount) right across the street. Friendly, helpful staff. Will stay again.
There was an old musty smell
Location was superb and easy to reach by Light Rail from airport. Hotel is charming and staff friendly and accommodating. It was the hotel of choice as we knew its reputation. Room was small but the price was very good for DT Seattke in summer. No view but we only needed a place to sleep for a few nights.
historic hotel; restored- excellent job on restoration- well maintained- very friendly & personable staff; in the heart of downtown location n/a
Beautiful well kept property in great city location. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Plus "Oliver's" bar makes the best Martini's in Seattle. Nothing
Reasonable price for such a great location Parking spots are a bit limited & very tight fit.
I was able to check in early. They room was clean and bathroom was stocked. The parking for this hotel is horrible!!! They have about 10 stalls up where the hotel is, then about 20 more below. We were NOT told its on a first come, first serve basis and ended up having to pay $20+ to park in the lot next door. I have never had to pay for parking as a guest of a hotel. Very disappointing.
It is quite close to downtown Seattle. Housekeeping can be said OK. Wi-fi is available in the third floor. There is no ''reception''; they call it ''front desk'', a contarcted unfriendly service. Outside door lock seems not safe. Heater works with a terrible sound; ''sleep OR get warm'' option. ''Jet'' shower is useless.
It was a room with outlets for phone chargers and a bathroom with a toilet that flushed Owners/workers were nice however The street noise but when your downtown next to the tram what can you expect
We ejoyed our stay at The Kings Inn so much that we planto stay again as soon as we can. The Kings Inn is centrelly located for all tha city attractions. For the price, staff and location I recomend Kings Inn to anyony who wants a bit of relaxation to a major event. We have stayed at several places over the years and the Kings Inn tops them all. I wish we could of staied longer.
This hotel is in a great location (walking distance to Pike Place Market, Space Needle, and the mall). Very cheap rates compared to nearby hotels, and free parking. It is perfect for travelers on a budget. The room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable enough. Keep your expectations low. There were very few amenities. There was AC and a tiny 17-inch TV. In the standard room with one queen bed, there was no refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, or hair dryer. Facilities were a bit old. Water was not hot, but warm enough for me. Also, the monorail runs along the same street as the hotel, so it may be loud for light sleepers. Except for the lack of hair dryer, these didn't bother me. As a traveler, I only used the room to sleep. My priorities were location and price, so I was very happy with my stay.
Location No microwave or coffee maker....the TV was smaller then my tablet.
The shower was hot. The door opened and closed and locked. I was sheltered from the rain Mattress should have been in a dumpster long ago.
Convenient location, competent staff, perfectly adequate room for sleeping, which is mostly what we did there. Plenty of good food choices within an easy walking distance. The room is very funky, maybe it was a suite converted to a 2 bedroom, maybe it was two rooms with a shared bathroom....? It was fine, but weird, and not the ideal layout for our family. The cost is pretty high for the quality of room, but I gather that's just the nature of real estate in that area, and it was more affordable than the fancy-pants places nearby which was nice.
friendly staff pretty run down. broken dresser, TV remote missing battery cover, no drinking glasses provided. Really small with too much furniture in the room so it was crowded. Overall it just needs to be updated. Pictures on rooms must be older.
The city center and the space needle were within walking distance from the inn. The environment around the inn is dull, no vibe nor lively atmosphere within the accommodation area. The rooms also have no curtains making it difficult for privacy at daytime.
It was close to everything. It was recently updated. Seemed to have fresh paint and new carpet. It was old. The elevated train runs right down the middle of the road in front all night. It was very noisy in the alley. No breakfast. The guy working when we checked in was not very friendly. The TV was a 17-19" flat screen mounted on the wall, very hard to watch.
location picture fell off wall
Great location, very clean rooms, and we'll maintained for an older building. Very quaint and good for travelers going sight seeing. Older building with small rooms which are still comfortable. Could use larger televisions and maybe more in suite ammenaties such as coffee.
Amazing room and staff. Just a few minutes walk to Pikes Place Market.

friendly, helpful staff; very good gym 1) charging for wifi is way out of line for any hotel these days, especially one that puts itself as a 4 star 2) the area around the hotel has gotten pretty seedy - people sleeping in doorways, graffiti, vacant buildings.
The location was very convenient and near major tourist attractions. The parking was very expensive $40/night and the hotel added some other unexplained $7.59 even though we did not use anything in the hotel. And furthermore in order to use the free WIFI, we had to give out a lot of personal information including the email

The staff is amazing. They recommended parking on the street (free) and helped answer a ton of questions about how to make the most of the day in Seattle. Great staff, location and hotel!

Very spacious and clean. Great robes. Extremely helpful staff! Upscale bath products. A glass of wine or beer every day at 5:00 available for free. Fun pillows to sleep on of actors in every room. Close proximity to Cinerama...Pikes Place Mkt,etc No
The staff was extremely service oriented and friendly! A drunken argument occurred for about an hour in a room down the hallway. This could have happened at any hotel and perhaps nobody reported it. I didn't.

Location was excellent. Walk everywhere. The staff was helpful, kind, professional and cheerful. The friendly instructions to help save water and energy was appreciated. Glad to see they are concerned with the environment. We would stay here again. The confusing one way streets caused us some distress as we went around several blocks. But that is part of city life and we did score a good parking spot on the street..
- friendly staff - good location - able to walk or bike to many locations - complimentary bike rentals - Good price
Everything with the exception of the lack of AC.
From the time I checked in to the check out, the service from the front desk was impeccable!
All of the staff except for one woman was very helpful and friendly. You can borrow their bikes which is a great way to explore the waterfront. Ask for a room that faces the alley. Otherwise you will be subject to loud buses, cars, people yelling, and a street piano. Bring earplugs and a sleeping mask (no blackout shades) if you are a light sleeper.
Location was fantastic, rooms were a little cramped, but who hangs in room, water pressure in shower was low or could be low flow fixture. I will stay here every time we are going to Seattle.
Good location and affordable
Location excellent. Right on streetcar line. Staff told me of GREAT breakfast next door, "Bitch" something. Easy walking to Pike's Place Mkt., also just 4 blocks to Victoria Clipper ferry. Was $80-90. Decent value. Again--location, location, location! A chemical smell in room, some sort of disinfectant. We aired it out, put up with it. Not strong enough to be a deal breaker. May have been to cover up some booboo from previous folk, I dunno. I don't want to blast them on the internet or YELP or anything, as it was probably just a one-time thing, and the staff was nice.
Friendly and helpful staff. And you cannot get better dining in Seattle.
We wanted a Seattle Hotel, centrally located, for one night so we could see Billy Joel in SEA. What we stumbled on a delightful boutique hotel above the famous El Gaucho Restaurant. Only 17 rooms with a delightfully helpful Manager and staff, "The Inn" was a joy. Whether it was places to eat ("The Inn" has no food services itself), directions to get to Pike Place Market (a couple of blocks down the street), or their 5 o'clock complimentary wine bar, "The Inn" was excellent value for money. If you stay there be sure to go to CJ's Eatery for breakfast. As welcoming as the staff make "The Inn" its a walkup with suitcases from the ground floor. That walk-up can be a bit daunting the 4th or 5th time you do it during the day. Also the rooms are clean, comfortable, but a bit tired.
Very clean, very new, breakfast was nice, held my bags for me. Service was very pleasant Not in their control at the moment; a club nearby was pumping bass until 3am. Nearby construction makes it slightly harder to navigate.
Great staff, big room, fantastic location, new everything, slept like a baby. Treated extremely well. Highly recommended!
PROS: - The staff were helpful for providing directions to getting to parking and room. - Location was convenient for our activities (near Westlake Center). - Bar was good and convenient with good happy hour. - Inviting lobby to hang out in with couches, chairs, tables, and fire place. - Modern finishes in the hotel. - Did not visit pool/exercise room so no comment. - Impressed overall with hotel. - Bottom Line: We would stay here again CONS: - The room we had looked right out to another building (not a huge deal though). - No other cons that I can think of.
I liked the hotel's location and price. Not really.
Average hotel, hidden charges were not pleasant to find out. (Parking fee) Parking fee.
The staff was really helpful and took the time to tell me how to get where I was going.
Great location and friendly staff! The walls were thin, you could hear conversations outside your door and people walking above you.
the location can't be beat, staff super friendly and helpful the fact it was no longer a best western-i collect the points. Im getting the impression its only a matter of time this location will be sold and a high rise put in its place.
Great staff and location
Location and staff tried to be helpful but should have known the area better

Honestly there are a lot of boutique hotels in seattle I would pick over this one considering the high cost of the room, but it was close to our event and that was the main thing. Very small and tmy car seemed vulnerable to attack in the parking lot Room size, price and parking
Room clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Hotel staff friendly and helpful on where to eat. 10$ parking fee.
friendly and helpful staff willing to do what whatever it takes to try to solve problems. ran out of spa towels on Thursday night
