I booked a van then they said we never have have 8 seat van

優點： They are in airport

缺點： I booked 8 seats according to website one month before booking then during pickup they said we never have 8 seats van ..finaly I don't have options only picked up 7 seat SUV Ford.

優點： pick up process

缺點： did not receive my bill uptill now and don't know how much i will be charged

優點： Nothing

缺點： Give very small car and value high 540 Dhs , in other companies same car 400 Dhs, and don't care for customers..

WORST SERVICE EVER :(

優點： Convenience for picking up and dropping off vehicle at airport.

缺點： The whole experience was terrible!!! :( First, when I arrived, he told me he does not have a seven seater available became they were fully booked and will have to give me a smaller car. I refused and I showed him my reservation which was made months in advance, he then said he will see what he can down. Twenty minutes later, the other guy came back from the lot and said he will upgrade me to a Mercedes-Benz Vito (which I booked in the first place). Then, he tried to up-sell me insurance when I clearly told him that I am not interested and that I have already purchased it. He then said that my insurance does not cover everything (without even looking at what coverage I had) and try to further sell me insurance. The associate than became arrogant and rude when I refused to buy insurance (so he could make commission off me by forcing it down my throat). When we went to the car lot, they gave a very high mileage Vito and a ton of scratches and dents. I had to take several photos and a video of the damage to make sure he does not charge me when I return to vehicle. He very furious about this and told me not to worry, that he had made all the notes of the damage (but who can trust this man). I asked him how to open the trunk; he said he does not know, he did not even try to help me. He gave also me a ticket and said when I returned the vehicle I will need the ticket to get back into the lot. However, once we exited the lot, the machine takes the ticket and opens the boom gate, it does not return it. After driving for approximately 30 minutes, the service light came on. In addition, throughout the trip, the engine sounded like an airplane taking off, I don’t know when last Budget Car Rentals serviced this vehicle. I don’t know where Budget employees these sort of people and how they train them. Next time, I will go with EUROPCAR or AVIS or any other car rental company that appreciates my money and treats me like a customer. I will also inform everyone I know about my unpleasant experience and inform them to use another company!

缺點： It's not mentioned here that they take a deposit of 500$ + the rental fee , I was not expecting that .

최악의 자동차를 경험한 여행이 되었다

優點： 렌트카 사무실의 위치가 공항 입국장에서 가깝고 차량 인도장도 가까웠다

缺點： 2주일전 같은가격에 Kayak을 통해 Abu Dhabi 공항의 Payless rent a car에서 차량렌트를 했었습니다. 두 회사에서 인수받은 차량은 너무나도 많이 차이가 납니다. Budget에서 받은 차량은 최악이었습니다. 달리다가 고장나서 정지할수도 있는 위험한 차량입니다. 차량반환시 주차장에 대기중인 차량들을 모두 관찰해봤는데 이런 차량은 한대도 없더군요. 오랜된 위험한 차량은 새차량으로 교체하던지 아니면 정비를 제대로 하던지... 세심한 관리가 필요할것 같습니다.
