優點: 乾淨整齊。

缺點: 房間圖與現狀有些差異。

優點: Hotel is located 2mins from Madrid metro, as well as supermarkets and authentic local tapas bars and restaurants. Attraction of staying here, eventhough your a short complimentary hotel bus ride from the touristy centre, is the hotel's interior which has been designed by a number of world famous architects and designers - Foster, Hadid, amongst others. This is matched by the 5-star service of the hotel.

優點: The breakfast was fantastic! The concept is so interesting that I will have to come back at least 12 more times!

優點: Individual members of staff were lovelies. The pool boy, bar staff and the night reception staff. It close to the shops and has good access to pretty much everywhere. On the surface it is very beautiful.

缺點: Shower dripped constantly. The ac worked sometimes. Arrived with a child and 4 pieces of luggage not one person greeted or helped us down the steps into the foyer although there were at least 6 bell boys standing there. They seem to assume their customer want to steal from them. It's very strange. The pool is tiny and sunbeds are scarce. Apart from the one you can pay 100 euros to have all day. On the last day we decovered an infestation of red ants. Generally spent as little time in the hotel as possible.

優點: - Amazing Breakfast with variety of fresh juices (my booking was not included with breakfast, but 9 Euro is not at all expensive for such a fabulous breakfast. and for child it was free. - kids play area in the lobby - my eight year old daughter enjoyed there a lot, and I have seen several kids happily playing (I seldom see such arrangement anywhere else) - excellent design make a luxury feeling - Bed and pillow was so comfortable and soft (one of the main component I looked when booking) - so met the expectation - enough space inside the room (though not a lot) - helping and smiling staff

缺點: - Though toilet was neat and beautiful, shower area was not properly covered which made the shower water brings out of the designated place and made the entire toilet wet (they could make the proper coverage for the shower area) - waste bin in the toilet was damaged and had to use hand to open it ( it could be in my room only, unfortunately) - main door was not properly closing (could be my room issue only, unfortunately) - Location wasn't great as its far from city center - if you wish to walk daily to the centre or attraction this is not the place. you will have to rely taxi or metro. But if you go to airport, then you save a lot of time (though money is same from wherever you go to airport) as its end of the city.

優點: 床很好睡，廁所很乾淨，空間很大

缺點: 冷氣無法升溫，被子不夠，沒有牙刷牙膏
