The staff were extemly pleasant.Hotel rooms were great Position of hotel superb.Would highley reccomend.
it wasnt one of my best vacations/although the room was big there wasw no view, the smell of the room was always the smell coming from the kitchen the lobby was small and no seating area, the rooms clustophobic
Location, cleanliness,staff No
location was great! food and drinks at happy hour were great! room small and cramped, hotel needs remodel
Location is great
hotel's location is wonderful and to some extent was quiet, staff very friendly and most helpful I faced a problem during my stay, the luck of my room it’s not working for two days and waited in the corridor for 3 hours
We liked that it was a small boutique hotel & right in the heart of Rodeo. They didnt have a concierge as such just reception staff & when I asked some directions they girl had absolutely no idea
Location and accessibility to Hollywood, Wilshire Blvd and various areas of West Central LA Renovations on neighbouring premises was noisy and hotel double glazing was not effective
Nothing Everyone is rude
the location is great and it is located in a,quiet area for central beverly hills, one would expect a 'posher' decoration.the rooms were a touch 'tired',the hall carpets greyish with age and the check in was grubby and the walls behind dirty. the definition of double beds in usa needs to be redefined. with the average size of an american bod,i challenge two 'average americans' to sleep in one 'double'
All the staff was very friendly and helpfull Great location The dinning room is too small and the food not very good.
I liked being right on rodeo dr That fact that they are charging present day prices but have updated anything since the 60's this is not four diamond worthy.
Excellent service, excellent hotel staff and very clean. .location also good
the service from the staff the location
I was offered a deal through booking.com but by the time it was time to pay, the offer was ignored and i ended up having to pay the tripple of the price i gad from tge biginnug. A clear scam and disregard to their costumers, watch out for this place!!!
I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are excellent. A good location for exploring LA - Universal Studios, Santa Monica, Malibu and Hollywood.
Just perfect , one of the best hotel in the world , the service is wonderdul.
The professional, affable staff are worth their weight in gold.Maid service for daily cleaning is too laxed. I had my sheets changed only once during my six (6) day stay.
It is cozy, the rooftop is a cool place to hang out Walls are too thin...stay in any room near the elevator and you will be up all night listening to it go up and down.
I did not like my stay at Le Parc Suites. My reservation was lost and it took a half an hour to check in. There was no hot water in my suite. The jacuzzi did not work and the pool area was unclean. I left a phone charger in my room and called the hotel to ask if they could locate it. No one would help me or return my call. When I called to discuss the matter with a supervisor he refused to return my call.
The room was large and quiet. Staff were very helpful. The location is excellent if you do not have a car and want to get around the city by walking, bus, taxi. I had interpreted from the website that the suite had a washing machine, but this turned out to be a laundry room in the basement for which we had to pay. The facilities in the kitchen area were poor and old.
Location. Very friendly front desk.Good size suite with excellent facilities ,well maintained Shower very weak and never very hot despite asking twice to have it fixed.Food -only tried room sevice once ,and breakfast once in dining room, both very very disappointing.DO Not eat there Dining room service appalling
Walking distance to melrose Ave. No hot water in our shower we had to take a cold shower. For 400 dollars a night you should have warm water not ice cold water
This is a nice hotel, very clean, located in the neighborhood -- within walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife, but not in the middle of it. The rooftop deck and pool are nice additions. The small gym contained everything I needed to workout during my stay. Parking. Parking in West Hollywood is by permit only; so street parking is not an option. Parking in the area is expensive, and the hotel only offers valet, which is $40 PER/NIGHT. $40 per night is an exurbanite fee to charge guests for parking and as much as I enjoyed the hotel, this is what I will remember most when considering a hotel in the area again.
Friendliness, Breakfast is superb, near everything. no
the staff and room size no hot water for all three days
It was quite hotel
Good location in the center of Melrose Ave. Very close to shopping area. Rooms are old. Bad value for money.
All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way for you. The rooms were where you never really noticed your neighbors. I loved that it was situated in a neighborhood. I liked taking walks the morning and evening. Great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.
The convenience of being close to everything, great location! Also the staff was excellent (not so much the valley parking staff) the rest was a great experience I will stay again.
the accommodation is terrible, short of staff, everything is so expensive, I'm expecting five star accommodation, instead I'm getting a terrible room with nothing to offer, I wouldn't recommend to any friend of mine.
the atmosphere was excellent, they had two events while we were there and very expensive cars and lots of fancy people, we did not get the deluxe king room the first night although it was booked the food was too expensive, the treats in the room were too expensive, chips would be five dollars and a sandwich 24, we did not know parking was 25 a day and valet parking 36 dollars a day, the first day we were given double bed instead of a king and when i complaint they said that the reservation does not guarantee what we get, they were full and did not have a king bed, the next day they had the king bed so we moved and the room was much nicer, had a balcony and great view, the view room was smaller and no view, no balcony
I liked the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the pool, spa, lobby, just everything and it is centally located. We love this hotel, so clean and pleasent. Parking was expensive.
Quality rooms. Comfortable bed. Hotel car park too expensive alongside room expense. No mention of complimentary coffee by reception, room service - not mentioned in the guest information pack supplied within the room.
Great Location, short walk to Rodeo Drive etc, friendly relaxed staff. The room was very basic and quite cramped. It wasn't clean, there was dust on all the surfaces and we were right on the main drive into the Hotel so it was quite noisy - avoid the "oasis" wing if possible. There was a lot of noise in from the corridors as well with noisy guests. I complained about this when I checked out, but the receptionist wasn't interested in doing anything about it. Overall it was really bad value for money.
the conscierge service was superb. James was the one who helped us and worked out great deals for us.
Location was one of the advantages that the hotel has and the room was clean parking fees are not realastic at all !!
its close to amenities and it is quiet although i was looking at a driveway from my window. It was comfortable. my stay was too short to tell.
I like the garden at the top as well as the swimmingpool. The food was great. the service good as well. The rooms could look a bit better... but my main concern was the lift! The slowest lift ever! that was really bad...
For a fair price I enjoyed a very pleasant suite in a building with character in a quiet, pleasant, convenient neighborhood. The roof deck was, as promised, charming. Nothing
size of the room Facet was broken and not fixed. Air conditioning did not cool back of room.
We spent few days in this Hotel & we really liked it. It was very quiet, comfortable, very nice & spacious room, good restaurant, very nice staff, good position to go to the main places, good prices.Gay friendly. Hellen & Lorenz
Everything was great! I can write a lot of about this hotel and it would be only good. The hotel was an amazingly positive surprise for me. The room and the bathroom were very, very nice. And the pool on the rooftop… From there you see the Hollywood Hills, the huge LA and the skyscrapers of Downtown. We took breakfast on the roof every morning and while my wife was on the pool I worked on my Laptop (WiFi). The place is perfect for me!
that everyone had a smile on their face
Only there 1 night but loved it, particularly the under stated designer decor. Excellent breakfast.
The hotel has a great location and very friendly staff. At night, the area is very calm and safe, although it is close to all major attractions and only a few steps from public transportation (Metro). I will definitely book Le Montrose again for my next stay in la!!!
decorations in the hotel, they have a nice restaurant, we could say it is on prime location the walls are so thin and the doors so loosen that you can here every single thing from neighbour's room or the hallway
comfortable rooms, clean and nice service loud and noisy parties until late every night in the lobby are not respectful for paying guests. A lot of noise making it hard to sleep before 1AM
The beds are so comfortable! The matress, pillows and linenes are all very high quality.
high price for comfort
The staff were very friendly and helpful and very attractive nope, it was all good
How possible to be rated as 4 stars hotel? it looks like a 2 stars hotel !
Located in a very nice part of LA and the local restaurants and shops are world class. Lighting in room and noise of people going past the room.
The location of the hotel is great, just at Beverlly Hills, clos to restaurants, shopstores and more... The chick and simple design make the hotel something very special. The shower was great like a massage after the long vacation day.
Proximity to conference at Beverly Hilton
Hotel is very well located Not exactly about the hotel, but the taxi the hotel ordered to take me to LAX aiport was very old and dirty, and taxi driver did not want to accept credit card (he only accepted after I insisted).
Comfortable bed, great food, great rooftop bar/pool, great location. Not enough light in the bathroom, split my head open on towel rack in shower. It's terribly placed....as you look down to step into the shower and lean in....it's right there! Who designed that? And it had pointed corners on it....? Not very thoughtful....
Good location, bus available to Santa Monica, staff friendly especially Melissa
The location was great the rooms were very nice
Nice design, excellent staff. everything was fine
Really helpful at front desk, Amazing location, comfortable rooms.
Room service was great. Valet was poor. No iron or ironing board in the room. Elevators took forever, but there didn't seem to be a ton of people in the hotel.
Loved the rooftop bar-fun spot...
Cool roof-top pool setup Drinks way too expensive in the bar
Swimming pool, good location, friendly & helpful stuff, very good restaurant.
I really liked the decoration style of the hotel.
Retro rooms, super comfy bed, & comfy robes! First hotel I've been in that had wood/laminate floors instead of carpet. Loved it! Staff was very friendly & helpful!
1. No Coffee/tea making facilities in room 2. Hotel charged me $16/night for amenities while I did not use any extra service
Lots of character and nice size rooms. Staff was great and the location was very walkable. Rooms are not quite up to a 4* standard - more 3*. Lots of paint and wallpaper pealing. Water stained ceiling. Little items easily fixed - which was sad it wasn't. VERY loud 1st floor (heard footsteps all night above). So much potential though.
Location Inconvenient access to the room from the reception and that the room was in an adjoining building. Didn't seem very family friendly considering we were traveling with small children
rooms, marble surfaces, bed staff generally does not seem to care, except a couple of good people.
Front desk was amazing and helped me locate a lost cell phone I left in an uber. The restaurant staff was amazing and the drinks were best in LA. The room was below average, plugs in the bathroom and most of the room didn't work. The AC was very loud and struggled to keep up with cooling the room. Walls are paper thin could hear EVERYTHING! Floors in the room were fake wood but were really dirty.

Location in Beverly Hills very accessible. Nice setting, and cozy. The glass in the window was cracked and water leaked in when it rained.
The service staff was great. Everyone else seemed to go above and beyond during our stay. The pool was great and heated. The location worked well for our weekend activities. The shower head was great. Although the desk staff was also very helpful, one young man at the desk was off-putting. The European style shower door that allowed water to go everywhere.
Staff and location. No.
Location No coffee maker or microwave
valet was surprisingly professional and courteous. The only good thing was the pleasant valet staff. The guy at the front desk had such an attitude, sooo soft spoken , told us our room was not ready after being there at 3:30pm. No Ice machine. I needed ice, they gave some in a laundry bag. trashy.
It was charming, room and bed comfortable with a deck overlooking pool. Im fussy and i found it a pleasant experience quiet, clean and relaxing. Staff excellent and a short walk to beach, handy to shops and restaurants.
excellent position, very good staff, clean, nice
The pillows and bed were excellent. Made for a refreshing stay.
Nice staff, pretty garden , I reccomend bungalows, good restaurants. Very good localization near ocean but also close to schopping places. I reccomend this hotel.
The location to the sea.Very attractive forecourt.Very attentive staff especially bell boys. The room was very spacious and had a good view to the sea. Far too expensive to park car at hotel.Should have been coffee-making facilities in the room.Very surprised as all the other hotels we have stayed at in the States have this and should be standard in a hotel of this standing.
The service staff was great, enjoyed the hotel staff cars (Mercedes and Rolls Royce) taking us to shopping locations/lunch... and picking us up. The hotels artwork, decor and architecture is one of the best in the World, and we have travelled most of Europe and stayed in their 5 start hotels. The Beverly Wishire gets 5 Stars+ in my book, my 2nd time their and I will return again soon. Dr Phil M
The beverly wilshire is just an excellent hotel with warm and cozy enviroment, luxurious and really fancy. Guest is very good served The shower is so weak and has no presure, that you hardly can take a shower.
Location is unsurpassable, very customer focussed. A place to be seen in
Staff are excellent at catering to wishes of guests. Restaurant and bar staff well trained and very organized at lunch and dinner. Staff at front desk are best in class.
This is a classic location with a classic luxury feel to it. A famous hotel - and you can see why It was disappointing to learn when we arrived that the rate we booked in advance with yourselves had changed and was slightly more expensive. However this did not really spoil our stay.
The staff were above and beyond!!!
The hotel was wonderful in every way. The service was fantastic and all the staff were just lovely. They were so attentive and polite but not 'hovering'. The hotel itself was beautiful and you feel very special whilst staying there. It's quite large but still retains all the privacy you could want. My only regret is that our schedule didn't allow a longer stay to enjoy this wonderful hotel even more.
I loved the total glamour that the Bevely Hills exudes. You can literally bump into Academy Award winners - and I did! It is not easy to find off facility parking.
The staff and standards were first class from check in to check out None
Very small & personable & efficient service. Booked 2 rooms with 4 guests and we almost missed our flight because the front desk did not give a wake up call as we all requested in person for rooms 404 & 406. It was the only negative experience during our stay. I will submit comment card directly to the hotel.
Excellent hotel at a reasonable rate for Beverly Hills. Will be back. Noise from air conditioning.
small and friendly excellent hotel. Good location, having a drink at the swimming-pool was so relaxing after a day in L.A. 8 Have breakfast somewhere else.
Fantastic location and a superb venue A huge thank you to Ben and his team for a splendid New Years Eve and a wonderful 4 days in Beverly Hills and surrounds!!!
Convenience and accessibility. Room was lovely, but quite small.
The staff was friendly and very helpful setting up dinners for us at local restaurants. they drove us and picked us up from these locations. The hallways were extravagant and gorgeous and the rooms were beautifully decorated. Yes we will go there again The rooms all be it were decorated nicely. they were on the small side. The bathroom doors were made out of glass so had little privacy to them but complaints are outwayed by the great time and experience there.
Location and staff internet in the lobby
Very comfortable and lux rooms. Close to famous streets like Rodeo. Very friendly and kind front desk staff. Thanks to all it was really pleasure for me. I suggest this hotel to all booking.com users. Everything was perfect. I have not any negative comments to Mosaic Hotel.
location was very good, hotel staff were very helpful and roow was very comfortable
I loved the small size of the place (as in 43 rooms not 200), easy check in, easy to reach our room, very quiet and peaceful. Extras available healthy choices for breakfast, room service, happy hour in the bar etc) but we didn't try any of them. Hotel on quiet street, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants in downtown Beverly Hills.
Because of its boutique size, the staff was very pleasant and readily available for questions and hotel related requests.
The location was great, and the hotel had a fabulous boutique feel about it. Very noisy, we had to chage rooms, but the noise continued. We could hear everything going on above us.
It seems like it is falling apart and falling way behind the times. Ni restaurant, no room service, no bar. No coffee until after 6am...no coffee maker in the room...the gym is getting archaic..no free wifi....my tv did not work on this trip....I've been staying there for 10 years but I think I will have to make a deal with the Mondrian next door.
Convienent location and excellent staff for directions and limo within 3 mile radius of Hollywood. Lounge closed very early for renovations.
Stylish rooms, good location of hotel Rooms run down, not very clean (chewing gum on carpet), restaurant low value
posizione e confort
Fabulous boutique hotel. Rooms spacious, beds cozy. Gorgeous pool area with great views. Staff lovely. Loved it. Perfect, away from the maddness. If you like to be off the tourist strip and feel like a local it's a perfect part of LA. Fabulous restaurants and nightlife on your door step.
Aesthetics No hot tub
Quite convenient and not far from the City Centre... The rooms are too small and have to pay for Wi-fi service...
It is conveniently located. Rooms are 'stylish' and less impersonal than the ones at many chain hotel. It misses a coffee/tea pot in the room. Strange for an American hotel.
Great location, great comfort, amazing poolarea.
Everything was exceptional. The training facilities/gym were a little lacking, but good enough for a short stay.
Friendly staff on arrival. The ceiling/walls seemed paper thin as noise was excessive from people walking in the room above. Also the noise coming from thin windows. Upon leaving I advised the man on checkout about the noise and my dissatisfaction. He chose to ignore my concern and seemed more interested in charging me for mini bar use. The other girl who he seemed to be training apologized for the noise. This interaction did not make for a good impression of The Grafton.

Good service and excellent rooms
Had a few issues with missing stuff. Still looking for stuff that shouldn't be missing? Very confused how my guests 'lost items' when only the staff was on location. Then poof it's gone. I did not. Care for the staff going in to the room often. And when a guest was sleeping the staff went in the room. Not very safe feeling. Didn't enjoy the feeling.
Amazing mattress. Beautiful.
Position and quiet room Payment of the internet, smal standard room for price, too high price...
It is truly cool hotel in the best sense. A real oasis. It has 2 great pools, but they can be cold. Please get a hot tub.

The location is excellent. There is no in room microwave oven. You have to call room service to have ice delivered to the room. The overall appearance of the hotel is run down. The elevator in the main lobby is out of service. They charge you for the internet/Wi-Fi connection.
Just the outdoor restaurant Dirty room, old carpet...smelly sinks, comparable to a 2 star. Overpriced for the amenities and the services offered.
Great, comfortable beds. Good turndown service. Cleaning woman was creepy. Came to our door multiple times per day to see when she could clean. She wanted to have 5 minute conversations when she came. Hotel was great other than that.
Location and service Slightly older and dark (hallways and elevator banks) but still with a lot of character
The Staff was very friendly and efficient. My room had only one window and it faced a wall but had a tiny peek a boo view of the city.
Location . Having to pay for hotel guests parking.
Rooms were clean. Hotel was situated reasonably close to Hollywood and other main sight seeing locations. We prepaid the hotel but when we arrived realized parking was an additional $30 per day. That was never mentioned. Even after paying for hotel parking on two of the nights the lot was full. There's no on-site food or bar. There is a good place next door called kitchen 24.
I've stayed at the hotel before, and it's always been fine and pretty quiet and comfortable. This time we had incredibly loud guest upstairs from us in the middle of the night, and because my cousin left early in the morning to catch her flight and didn't use the Do Not Disturb sign, the housekeeping staff walked into my room *without knocking* 5 times between the hours of 8am and 11:30am when I checked out.
It's close to where we wanted to go and there was some decent restaurants down Santa Monica. The staff was also nice and helpful. The shower head is made for somebody who's shorter than 5ft. Kind of hard to wash my hair.
The staff was nice, hotel was nice enough and clean. Definitely Not somewhere I will go again. If you are gay, which I am not, this would be the ideal place to get a room. It is Homosexual Heaven. Leather and Fetish shops everywhere, guys and guys and guys that look like guys wanting to look like girls everywhere. Especially because of having friends and family with children with us this is a place I will avoid in the future.
Location is extremely convenient for having a fun weekend with friends. $30/day for parking is a little steep.
The closeness to everything in LA. Good spot to stay in and on the better side of Santa Monica Blvd. Not a luxury hotel but good for a night or two if you'll be out and about mostly.
I was better off staying at the four points for the ridiculous price that they are charging here!! Staff sucked, parking sucked, price sucked, oh and all the local gays and orgys in the hotel also SUCKED... A mean one!
Location, has parking Room smaller than expected
It's close to all stores and clubs The staff is rude.they charge $30 for parking. Their have popcorn ceilings .the shower is for a 5ft person.the walls super thin.
Older refurbished Ramada in the West Hollywood neighborhood. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Quick Uber ride over to Hollywood. But great location if renting a car and trying to check out Santa Monica, The Getty, Griffith Observatory, Hollywood, and movie studios. Price was a tad high but that was probably due to the location. Doesn't offer a breakfast or much of a gym to workout. Also missed the part where parking is $30 a day (24 hours) for guests.
Clean, nicely appointed. great value for great location. parking is slow
