優點： The pilots gave details of flying conditions and landing conditions. Flight was smooth and on time

缺點： Seats are cramped. Also I was sitting on the aisle seat and the food trolley hit my elbow so there isnt much space for it to go down the aisle

缺點： Seat pitch is tight and seats don't recline. Boarding should be back of plane forwards. This would eliminate the log jam that happens when it's front first.

優點： Crew were good early on but didn’t check later on

缺點： It was ridiculously hot and the crew didn’t offer water after initial drinks run and we were seriously dehydrated. The flight was delayed and although the first half an hour we had excellent service there was no follow up service and the temperature in the plane was really very uncomfortable

缺點： Long haul flight made pleasant by KLM

優點： well mannered and attentive crew - good supply of complimentary food/drink - good over all comfort

缺點： boarding was running very far behind - considering this is mainly a hub operations carrier - resulted in several passengers missing their connecting flights -

優點： Planes were on time and connections made.

缺點： One bag delayed as not put on flight and food could be better.

優點： Helpful and kind crew

缺點： I wish there was WiFi

優點： The service was excellent, staff helpful and understanding.

缺點： No business class priority boarding, no assistance available with transfer.

優點： Amazing crew, confortable seats, great complimentary internet service

缺點： Food was not up to standards, the inflight entertainment does not offer enough film or TV shows, enough variety or latest films

優點： Leg room was OK

缺點： No alcohol service, cabin lights not dimmed seeing it was a late night flight.

優點： Again, food and service in business class were superb. A newer 777 and more comfortable lie-flat seats

缺點： Business class gets only one small lavatory.

缺點： Delayed over 3 hours no explanation only technical problems. No food/water offered to people waiting a considerable length of time!

優點： Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

缺點： Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

優點： Boarding was ok in Dublin, even though they habitually use one of the poor gates with inadequate seating and entry to the plane from the tarmac, not via a bridge. queing and check in were well managed however.

缺點： Disembarked at Helsinki unto a bus. Despite landing roughly on time, this antiquated procedure effectively made the flight 20 mins late, as that’s when the passengers got to the terminal.

優點： I was i business class and the crew were very good

缺點： nothing as it was not a long flight, only 3 hours
