Just perfect , one of the best hotel in the world , the service is wonderdul.
I was offered a deal through booking.com but by the time it was time to pay, the offer was ignored and i ended up having to pay the tripple of the price i gad from tge biginnug. A clear scam and disregard to their costumers, watch out for this place!!!
I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are excellent. A good location for exploring LA - Universal Studios, Santa Monica, Malibu and Hollywood.
Excellent service, excellent hotel staff and very clean. .location also good
the service from the staff the location
The check in and out was quick. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is shabby. The carpet in the room was old and worn and the look of the room was tired. The bed was comfortable. There was an annoying low buzz sound all night coming from a corner of the room. Every time I used the sink the drain stunk.
Sheraton brand did not ensure a quality experience. Have stayed in other Sheraton's that maintain high quality I've come to expect. No food service available after 10pm. Security gate to parking lot prevented me from being dropped off and picked up at front door. Can hear noise from hallway /neighboring rooms because of thin walls. Felt like I was in an inexpensive hotel for spring breakers. Much better options available in the surrounding area at competitive prices. Definately will NOT recommend or stay there in the future.
Place was clean. Plenty of towels and hand cloths provided. They left a coffee maker with coffee Beans but I couldn't make it because there was no coffee filter. There was plenty of trash cans which was good but no trash bags in any of them. Also they decided to wake us up at 8am just to ask us when we were checking out. Why couldn't they come knock at 11 when that's the check out time.
Staff was friendly, courteous, helpful and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. My room was upgraded after initial inconvenience of being sent to a room that was not made up. I didn't have hot water the first day, but that was fixed. Frig is big. I was given complimentary breakfasts for my inconvenience. Breakfast was okay, lots of carbs (bread, toast, pastries), fresh fruit minimal and not that fresh. Omlettes and cooked food was good, and I was immediately brought orange juice and coffee/tea.
Easy check-in/check-out. The bathroom, especially the sink area was too small.
The king-size bed was very comfy and warm. The hotel does not stock any tampons or pads? It seems like this would be a necessary courtesy item. For the price, it would also be nice to have had complimentary breakfast, as I've had this at hotels that were not as expensive.
Room 505 smelled of vomit and bed was lopsided, old and uncomfortable. was switched to 305 which was much better and was given free breakfast which we never used overall a notch below nearby courtyard marriott
The staff was nice and helpful despite a nightmare experience . I found a bedbug in my bed and it was a total nightmare. I would never stay here again and would warn everyone to avoid this place. I didn't sleep at all and had to clean all my luggage and launder all my clothes before returning home. Stay away!
We enjoyed how knowledgeable the person working the front desk was about the stay. We enjoyed that they had free internet and affordable parking ($12 - with unlimited entries). The hotel was very nice and kept together well and in a nice neighborhood. Within walking distance there is a beautiful mall with nice restaurant choices and shopping opportunities. There is a gas station next door and it is a straight shot (less than 15 minutes) to the airport. There was very little to complain about at this hotel. We were hoping for an included continental breakfast but it seems many places in LA didn't have that. The rooms were slightly small but still lovely and good for sleeping which is all we wanted it for anyway. (It should be noted that it still had a mini-fridge/coffee pot, lounge chair, desk, and TV). The walls are a little thin but we always take earplugs to hotels anyway because you never know what to expect.
Everything was great except I feel it was a little over priced by 25%. The price was a little high
the location is great and it is located in a,quiet area for central beverly hills, one would expect a 'posher' decoration.the rooms were a touch 'tired',the hall carpets greyish with age and the check in was grubby and the walls behind dirty. the definition of double beds in usa needs to be redefined. with the average size of an american bod,i challenge two 'average americans' to sleep in one 'double'
Location, cleanliness,staff No
Location and accessibility to Hollywood, Wilshire Blvd and various areas of West Central LA Renovations on neighbouring premises was noisy and hotel double glazing was not effective
Location is great
I liked being right on rodeo dr That fact that they are charging present day prices but have updated anything since the 60's this is not four diamond worthy.
location was great! food and drinks at happy hour were great! room small and cramped, hotel needs remodel
We liked that it was a small boutique hotel & right in the heart of Rodeo. They didnt have a concierge as such just reception staff & when I asked some directions they girl had absolutely no idea
The staff were extemly pleasant.Hotel rooms were great Position of hotel superb.Would highley reccomend.
hotel's location is wonderful and to some extent was quiet, staff very friendly and most helpful I faced a problem during my stay, the luck of my room it’s not working for two days and waited in the corridor for 3 hours
it wasnt one of my best vacations/although the room was big there wasw no view, the smell of the room was always the smell coming from the kitchen the lobby was small and no seating area, the rooms clustophobic
Nothing Everyone is rude
All the staff was very friendly and helpfull Great location The dinning room is too small and the food not very good.
rooms, marble surfaces, bed staff generally does not seem to care, except a couple of good people.
Staff was great Room was very noisy. Could clearly hear people in the room directly above. Room was dated; needs an upgrade. Very little pressure in the shower.
location and boutique We were not aware of the daily deposit of $117 per day. Told when we checked in... not cool!
Front desk was amazing and helped me locate a lost cell phone I left in an uber. The restaurant staff was amazing and the drinks were best in LA. The room was below average, plugs in the bathroom and most of the room didn't work. The AC was very loud and struggled to keep up with cooling the room. Walls are paper thin could hear EVERYTHING! Floors in the room were fake wood but were really dirty.
Retro rooms, super comfy bed, & comfy robes! First hotel I've been in that had wood/laminate floors instead of carpet. Loved it! Staff was very friendly & helpful!
Location Everything in it.this hotel look like garage and has rate 4*,I can't believe.this hotel without rate according to someone from the staff told me,I think you tricked me about the rate.I have never ever seen as bad as this hotel.
The staff was stellar.front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Complementary coffee was good. Location was excellent. Pavilions across the street. Dresser is old and dirty. Neither heater or A/C worked. The weather was comfortable, so not a big deal. Bed very uncomfortable. Chair 50's style uncomfortable. Needs real Reno job....not usual caliber of a 4 star.
Staff was first class, offered sparkling wine at check in, were very helpful overall and called me after I left my iPad in the room. Nice area to have drinks and food around the pool. Part of the hotel is across the street which is awkward, looked like converted apartments that felt a bit dingy. Shower didn't work properly and window didn't close all of the way. No coffee machine in room.
Location and Room was great
valet was surprisingly professional and courteous. The only good thing was the pleasant valet staff. The guy at the front desk had such an attitude, sooo soft spoken , told us our room was not ready after being there at 3:30pm. No Ice machine. I needed ice, they gave some in a laundry bag. trashy.
Location No coffee maker or microwave
The staff was amazing. The valet, front desk attendants, bell boy and room service were all so friendly and helpful. They even made sure our Uber was the right car/driver so we were safe. I cannot say enough about this hotel or the people that work there. Not a single thing. Between the awesome room and amazing staff I will definitely be staying here again.
Location was one of the advantages that the hotel has and the room was clean parking fees are not realastic at all !!
the conscierge service was superb. James was the one who helped us and worked out great deals for us.
Great Location, short walk to Rodeo Drive etc, friendly relaxed staff. The room was very basic and quite cramped. It wasn't clean, there was dust on all the surfaces and we were right on the main drive into the Hotel so it was quite noisy - avoid the "oasis" wing if possible. There was a lot of noise in from the corridors as well with noisy guests. I complained about this when I checked out, but the receptionist wasn't interested in doing anything about it. Overall it was really bad value for money.
the accommodation is terrible, short of staff, everything is so expensive, I'm expecting five star accommodation, instead I'm getting a terrible room with nothing to offer, I wouldn't recommend to any friend of mine.
The convenience of being close to everything, great location! Also the staff was excellent (not so much the valley parking staff) the rest was a great experience I will stay again.
the atmosphere was excellent, they had two events while we were there and very expensive cars and lots of fancy people, we did not get the deluxe king room the first night although it was booked the food was too expensive, the treats in the room were too expensive, chips would be five dollars and a sandwich 24, we did not know parking was 25 a day and valet parking 36 dollars a day, the first day we were given double bed instead of a king and when i complaint they said that the reservation does not guarantee what we get, they were full and did not have a king bed, the next day they had the king bed so we moved and the room was much nicer, had a balcony and great view, the view room was smaller and no view, no balcony
Quality rooms. Comfortable bed. Hotel car park too expensive alongside room expense. No mention of complimentary coffee by reception, room service - not mentioned in the guest information pack supplied within the room.
its close to amenities and it is quiet although i was looking at a driveway from my window. It was comfortable. my stay was too short to tell.
I liked the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the pool, spa, lobby, just everything and it is centally located. We love this hotel, so clean and pleasent. Parking was expensive.
Great staff, spacious room. Bed wasn't great, too soft.
The shower water temperature was off and we couldn't take a shower without either freezing or getting burned The room was not cleaned in the afternoon (and we didnt put a dont disturb sign on) Also $18 for parking in the hotel you are already paying outrageous amount for is not cool.
My stay included my mother who is a senior citizen. I found the location to be very convenient to my site seeing destinations.
Very nice, clean, big rooms.
The front desk staffers were very helpful, the hotel is beautiful and the pool was fun. The parking was ample and the location was great for our trip.
Our group had several requests, and the front desk was very accommodating.
1.) location- walking distance to Westfield Mall, CVS, movie theater. Close to freeway. 2.) free WIFI 3.) comfortable beds 1.) view outside is dumpster of CVS. 2.) noisy AC 3.) not all staff are friendly.
I normally don't do surveys but I have to share the experience at this Courtyard Marriotts. I am very impressed with the hispitality I received from the front desk. Everyone was smiling and cheerful, helpful and pleasant, curious and attentive. I was so comfortable and welcomed. I have not had such an excellent experience in a long time. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family. Not being able to stay longer.
$15 fee for parking for guests staying for the night.
10 minutes from Santa Monica & Venice but much more affordable Facilities seemed very nice, even though we had plans elsewhere so didn't use many of them Bed was comfortable Room was spacious & had mini-refrigerator Housekeeping cleaned the room much better than at most hotels We had an "accessable" room, which I don't remember requesting. This wasn't bad, but I wish there were a few normal height towel bars & hooks, in addition to the low ones. There was a coffee-maker but no tea bags for non-coffee drinkers
Swimming pool, good location, friendly & helpful stuff, very good restaurant.
The location was great the rooms were very nice
Loved the rooftop bar-fun spot...
Really helpful at front desk, Amazing location, comfortable rooms.
Cool roof-top pool setup Drinks way too expensive in the bar
Room service was great. Valet was poor. No iron or ironing board in the room. Elevators took forever, but there didn't seem to be a ton of people in the hotel.
Nice design, excellent staff. everything was fine
Good location, bus available to Santa Monica, staff friendly especially Melissa
I really liked the decoration style of the hotel.
Comfortable bed, great food, great rooftop bar/pool, great location. Not enough light in the bathroom, split my head open on towel rack in shower. It's terribly placed....as you look down to step into the shower and lean in....it's right there! Who designed that? And it had pointed corners on it....? Not very thoughtful....
staff were very friendly and worth the price we paid.
Clean room Some of the facilities have not been fully renovated.
I liked that they remodeled The breakfast availabe The room wasnt finished. SMELLED LIKE PAINT! got a headache There was unfinished molding and trimming, Unfinished grouting in the bathroom. No hangers Only one towel. No writing pad or pen available
Location for visit the main cities Breakfast not excellent!
Nothing. Room had no remote. My keys got disactivated randomly. Sheets had stains. Noisy construction early in the am.
We liked the Jacuzzi. The liner on top of the bed was dirty..
It was near Sony Pictures Studio among other things which made it nice and convienent Breakfast isn't all that great, it's pretty much something you would grab at a gas station before going to work kinda breakfast
Great staff (they knew all about bus routes and getting around), clean room and comfortable. Flat screen tv with cable tv. Continental breakfast was bagels, English muffins, whole fruit, delicious coffee, cereal, orange juice. Shower had good water pressure. Coffee maker and hair dryer in-room. A block away form bus-stop that was a 15min ride to Santa Monica. It was a tad noisy. I found the person above me really stomped around and also if there was anyone outside it was very audible. During the night I had no issues however.
The staff were terrific. My husband had surgery at UCLA and our 2 night stay was pre and post surgery. The housekeepers and front desk staff were extremely helpful.
The rooms were very clean. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I'm very pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. nothing really.. Was awesome stay! A+
comfortable rooms, clean and nice service loud and noisy parties until late every night in the lobby are not respectful for paying guests. A lot of noise making it hard to sleep before 1AM
Located in a very nice part of LA and the local restaurants and shops are world class. Lighting in room and noise of people going past the room.
decorations in the hotel, they have a nice restaurant, we could say it is on prime location the walls are so thin and the doors so loosen that you can here every single thing from neighbour's room or the hallway
The beds are so comfortable! The matress, pillows and linenes are all very high quality.
Proximity to conference at Beverly Hilton
Hotel is very well located Not exactly about the hotel, but the taxi the hotel ordered to take me to LAX aiport was very old and dirty, and taxi driver did not want to accept credit card (he only accepted after I insisted).
high price for comfort
The staff were very friendly and helpful and very attractive nope, it was all good
How possible to be rated as 4 stars hotel? it looks like a 2 stars hotel !
The location of the hotel is great, just at Beverlly Hills, clos to restaurants, shopstores and more... The chick and simple design make the hotel something very special. The shower was great like a massage after the long vacation day.
The receptionist was very kind and helpful The furniture was not in the best shape
was close to business. mint candy that near broke a tooth. arrived near 1 pm was told to come back at 2pm without even checking tosee if there might be a room ready. . did not receive a vovchure to restaurant next door.'guty at front desk was somewhay rude.
I didn't like anything about this place. There was construction everywhere that we weren't aware. The wifi ID/passwords did not work. Both beds in the room were old and lopsided. The room card did not work, after we left the room and returned we couldn't get back into the room.
The beverly wilshire is just an excellent hotel with warm and cozy enviroment, luxurious and really fancy. Guest is very good served The shower is so weak and has no presure, that you hardly can take a shower.
The service staff was great, enjoyed the hotel staff cars (Mercedes and Rolls Royce) taking us to shopping locations/lunch... and picking us up. The hotels artwork, decor and architecture is one of the best in the World, and we have travelled most of Europe and stayed in their 5 start hotels. The Beverly Wishire gets 5 Stars+ in my book, my 2nd time their and I will return again soon. Dr Phil M
Stylish rooms, good location of hotel Rooms run down, not very clean (chewing gum on carpet), restaurant low value
Friendly staff on arrival. The ceiling/walls seemed paper thin as noise was excessive from people walking in the room above. Also the noise coming from thin windows. Upon leaving I advised the man on checkout about the noise and my dissatisfaction. He chose to ignore my concern and seemed more interested in charging me for mini bar use. The other girl who he seemed to be training apologized for the noise. This interaction did not make for a good impression of The Grafton.
Convienent location and excellent staff for directions and limo within 3 mile radius of Hollywood. Lounge closed very early for renovations.
Everything was exceptional. The training facilities/gym were a little lacking, but good enough for a short stay.
Aesthetics No hot tub
The location was great, and the hotel had a fabulous boutique feel about it. Very noisy, we had to chage rooms, but the noise continued. We could hear everything going on above us.
Fabulous boutique hotel. Rooms spacious, beds cozy. Gorgeous pool area with great views. Staff lovely. Loved it. Perfect, away from the maddness. If you like to be off the tourist strip and feel like a local it's a perfect part of LA. Fabulous restaurants and nightlife on your door step.
Quite convenient and not far from the City Centre... The rooms are too small and have to pay for Wi-fi service...
It seems like it is falling apart and falling way behind the times. Ni restaurant, no room service, no bar. No coffee until after 6am...no coffee maker in the room...the gym is getting archaic..no free wifi....my tv did not work on this trip....I've been staying there for 10 years but I think I will have to make a deal with the Mondrian next door.
posizione e confort
It is conveniently located. Rooms are 'stylish' and less impersonal than the ones at many chain hotel. It misses a coffee/tea pot in the room. Strange for an American hotel.
Great location, great comfort, amazing poolarea.
Excellent hotel at a reasonable rate for Beverly Hills. Will be back. Noise from air conditioning.
location was very good, hotel staff were very helpful and roow was very comfortable
Fantastic location and a superb venue A huge thank you to Ben and his team for a splendid New Years Eve and a wonderful 4 days in Beverly Hills and surrounds!!!
Location and staff internet in the lobby
Very comfortable and lux rooms. Close to famous streets like Rodeo. Very friendly and kind front desk staff. Thanks to all it was really pleasure for me. I suggest this hotel to all booking.com users. Everything was perfect. I have not any negative comments to Mosaic Hotel.
small and friendly excellent hotel. Good location, having a drink at the swimming-pool was so relaxing after a day in L.A. 8 Have breakfast somewhere else.
Very small & personable & efficient service. Booked 2 rooms with 4 guests and we almost missed our flight because the front desk did not give a wake up call as we all requested in person for rooms 404 & 406. It was the only negative experience during our stay. I will submit comment card directly to the hotel.
Convenience and accessibility. Room was lovely, but quite small.
The staff was friendly and very helpful setting up dinners for us at local restaurants. they drove us and picked us up from these locations. The hallways were extravagant and gorgeous and the rooms were beautifully decorated. Yes we will go there again The rooms all be it were decorated nicely. they were on the small side. The bathroom doors were made out of glass so had little privacy to them but complaints are outwayed by the great time and experience there.
Because of its boutique size, the staff was very pleasant and readily available for questions and hotel related requests.
I loved the small size of the place (as in 43 rooms not 200), easy check in, easy to reach our room, very quiet and peaceful. Extras available healthy choices for breakfast, room service, happy hour in the bar etc) but we didn't try any of them. Hotel on quiet street, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants in downtown Beverly Hills.
Walking distance to melrose Ave. No hot water in our shower we had to take a cold shower. For 400 dollars a night you should have warm water not ice cold water
The room was large and quiet. Staff were very helpful. The location is excellent if you do not have a car and want to get around the city by walking, bus, taxi. I had interpreted from the website that the suite had a washing machine, but this turned out to be a laundry room in the basement for which we had to pay. The facilities in the kitchen area were poor and old.
The professional, affable staff are worth their weight in gold.Maid service for daily cleaning is too laxed. I had my sheets changed only once during my six (6) day stay.
It was quite hotel
It is cozy, the rooftop is a cool place to hang out Walls are too thin...stay in any room near the elevator and you will be up all night listening to it go up and down.
Friendliness, Breakfast is superb, near everything. no
I did not like my stay at Le Parc Suites. My reservation was lost and it took a half an hour to check in. There was no hot water in my suite. The jacuzzi did not work and the pool area was unclean. I left a phone charger in my room and called the hotel to ask if they could locate it. No one would help me or return my call. When I called to discuss the matter with a supervisor he refused to return my call.
This is a nice hotel, very clean, located in the neighborhood -- within walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife, but not in the middle of it. The rooftop deck and pool are nice additions. The small gym contained everything I needed to workout during my stay. Parking. Parking in West Hollywood is by permit only; so street parking is not an option. Parking in the area is expensive, and the hotel only offers valet, which is $40 PER/NIGHT. $40 per night is an exurbanite fee to charge guests for parking and as much as I enjoyed the hotel, this is what I will remember most when considering a hotel in the area again.
Location. Very friendly front desk.Good size suite with excellent facilities ,well maintained Shower very weak and never very hot despite asking twice to have it fixed.Food -only tried room sevice once ,and breakfast once in dining room, both very very disappointing.DO Not eat there Dining room service appalling
Good location in the center of Melrose Ave. Very close to shopping area. Rooms are old. Bad value for money.
All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way for you. The rooms were where you never really noticed your neighbors. I loved that it was situated in a neighborhood. I liked taking walks the morning and evening. Great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.
the staff and room size no hot water for all three days
Breakfast The smell in the room was really bad, must improve on this
Closeness to restaurants for convinience. Parking was small
We had a great experience at the hotel
It is to worth the value, and a convenient place to stay. The breakfast needs improvement. The sort could be more.
There is a small living room and sleeping room in one room, very good when one of us wants to work and one of us wants to sleep.
angie was wonderful at helping us resolve our booking problems. thankyou! area , ok, not much to do, for walking ,
the service My car was broken in to while parked on the parking lot, and several very important items were stolen. I was promised a refund from getaroom.com for one night, for $115.00, but I have not received anything. My wife and I enjoyed coming to comfort inn several times a year, but I think its time for us to find another hotel.
Convenience to LAX. Friendly & very helpful staff. Excellent local Mexican Restaurant. The hotel was a little run down in appearance of rooms. De-luxe was rather a misnomer. There was supposed to be a swimming pool but its location was not apparent. Maybe a plan of the hotel available at checkin would be helpful.
The gun shots, the intoxicated front desk girl or the ice pool
Nothing I got off my plane to find that room had been cancelled and sold too someone else. I had nowhere to go at 1am in the morning. My wallet was stolen a day before I checked in. When they tried to charge my card, it was declined and I was notified thatbinhad 24 hours to provide a new card number. I called them as soon as my plane landed, not even an hour after I got the email saying I had 24 hours to provide a new card to keep reservation. They did not honor their contract. Rude managers and unacceptable business practice. I will never stay at a comfort Inn again not use Kyayk or booking.com. If I wasn't a roll with the punches kinda guy, it would have been much worse. Unacceptable.
Absolutely nothing. Dirty, shitty bed hurt my back.
Marina Totality , needs upgraded , bathrooms , amenities , need more restaurants .
the location room service food. the french soup was disgusting. There was also no glasses in the room. time it took to get the food valet parking took 15 mins to get our car
Staff is great, and generally a very nice hotel. Doesn't live up to our expectations based on previous experiences at other Ritz hotels. It feels tired, not as luxurious as others, and is starting to show some age without upkeep. A simple example would be the pool has cracked tiles and feels rundown.
Hotel staff was outstanding; from valet, front desk & concierge all the way through to pool attendants, room service and bell desk.
I like the avalibiliy of the staff For a younger crowd in there 25-30 age it's not an appeasing hotel it's more for older crowd like 50-60 so for me being a pro Olympic athlete and being 23 yrs old I didn't enjoy it that much
I can't begin to find words to express how much we enjoyed our stay at the Marina del Rey Ritz Carlton! We arrived on a Wednesday morning with a sick child. The staff immediately took charge helping to get us situated with a room and going so far above and beyond ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. From the person who greeted us to take our luggage, to the valet, to the front desk staff to the wait staff in the restaurant and the gift shop (which opened up for us to get us meds in the middle of the night) to the manager who followed up even after we had left their hotel, every layer was kind, attentive and fantastic! They honestly made us feel like we were at home with family who was concerned about us. What a fantastic experience! T
