WiFi internet that worked well. Well-designed room. Quiet area. Nothing.
excellent hotel very good food very helpfull staff i will recommend this hotel one small minus there is no coffe/tea facilities in the room
staff Except for conference rooms lack of business facilities like secluded areas to sit together with other people to talk on business. This is what you expect from a hotel which is profiled as business.
Fantastic place, the price is economical, the rooms are nice and smart, the restaurant has amazing food, the hotel staff if friendly and helpful, and you will make friends just by staying here. Gym +++
The owners and staff were very helpful. We were on a mission to find family connected to my wife's father, a Polish soldier from the second world war. Michael, one of the co-owners, and his friend, Jorec, took it upon themselves to be our information gatherers and indeed took us to nearby Tczew, were my wife's Granparents are buried. All this and a very comfortable, clean well run Hotel to boot!!! Highly Recommended although a taxi ride into the Old Town of Gdansk. John & Sue Booth (Derengowski) Maybe a comfortable sitting area
Very nice and helpfull staff. Great breakfast. Good, fresh, homemade ( but bit basic) food in the restaurant. The room and bathroom furnish very nice as for this kind of hotel. Free WiFi and Parking on site makes good value for the money. I got mineral water in my room only on the first day.
Its location, a pleasant walk into gdansk.superb breakfast.ALL The staff were so HELPFUL.thank them all for making our stay exceptional. regards jane holmes
Serviece, courtessy of staff. Value for money
We liked the fact that it wasn't right in the centre and so couldn't hear too much traffic noise. It also only had 44 rooms, which made it quite an intimate hotel. I was a little disappointed that there was no hair dryer provided in the room, and also our sink had no plug. Aside from these small matters, and blaring music till 4am one night, the hotel is really rather perfect for a few days away!
Breakfast is very excellent. "Apartment" room is very spacious. Only one reading lamp in all apartment /2 rooms/. Kitchen is unserviceable, no refrigerator, no kitchen-ware.
at least 15 words.
The hotel is located little bit outside the city area, so take a taxi or a bus. I walked from the railway station and it took a long time to find the hotel.
It was very good value for money. Location will not be good for all. Drivers will be fine or bus ride.
close to town centre no bar
Possibility to drink tea or coffe every moment you want. Very good thing for peoples who does not eat a breakfast, but like to drink just cup of tea in the morning. The mineral water was included in room price. If you need you can get equipment for ironing, without additional money. No answer.
It is so good for the price, the room was to the standard of a new Holiday Inn.
The superb breakfasts and excellent room & facilities in room
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Facilities were good and room though small was comfortable. Just a short (20min) walk from the centre but for the tired or less fit the local bus stops just outside the hotel. Sadly only breakfast is served at the hotel therefore the walk into Gdansk is essential if you want an evening meal. 2 supermarkets are located very closeby. This is the fourth time I've stayed here with wife with friends and as a lone traveller. Recommended.
Good size family room. Helpful and nice english speaking staff. Quiet. Ok breakfast.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help me organise a successful visit. All was spotlessly clean and the wide-ranging buffet breakfast was excellent. I found the location on the 210 bus route to the airport useful and there are frequent and cheap buses to and from the town centre.
Friendly welcome Excellent breakfast
Excellent breakfast, friendly staff
friendly staff breakfast excellent
Good, value for money small hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location for Public Transport links. Excellent breakfast.
Breakfast is superb. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very basic. No blind on one of the windows. There is a total lack of facilities nearby except for a medium-sized supermarket. You need to get a bus or taxi home from the centre as it's a long uphill walk.
Though there was poor communication with the hotel staff due to their not speaking English, they made it up by being particularly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this "mini-hotel".
It was comfortable, nice, clean and inexpensive, Manager was a lovely lady, who we found to be very helpful.
Good friendly staff, good breakfast and near to bus to centrum. Room 25 TV not so good!!
I can recommend this place as a value for money alternative. Breakfast buffet is better than most similar priced alternatives. Rooms are big enough and bathrom clean and nice. It is a 20 minites walk down to the old city, downhill... so plan for more time if walking back. But taxi to most places in the city is only 20 zloty or less. The internet connection which is included in the room rate is quiet good. The family running this small hotel is helpful and available 24 hours day. I had busy schedule due to some work assignments and they assisted me when needed. They also organized my taxi for a 04.00 in the morning departure. Abak is recommended. The only problem is thin walls so if the people next room are noisy,... you will feel you are participating whatever is happening.
The breakfast was very good, and the stuff was extremely pleasant and helpful.
Clean and nice rooms, kind staff and good service Hotel was still in constraction and some facilities like full body mirrors and ironing equipment where not in place.
Bardzo ladny hotel, mila obsluga, dobry dojazd do miasta. Polecam. Excellent hotel, very good service, good connection to city centre. Highly recommended. Thx
Hotel staff is excellent and very helpful. Quite far from the city center. Not so good view from the window (construction).
Easy to reach from airport via taxi. Clean room. Good breakfast.
