We provide complimentary Catamaran boat transportation for our hotel guests on arrival and departure from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. (subject to weather conditions). The Catamaran is a private 40-foot lounge boat named “Cocoon IV”. Service is available all year round. Surcharges apply from 10:31 p.m. to 5:59 a.m. There is another alternative to reach the hotel after our regular yacht operating hours: **Board the public ferry Ultramar** - Operating hours are from 5:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Cancun to Isla Mujeres & 5:30 a.m. to midnight from Isla Mujeres to Cancun. Important: **Ultramar ferry is the alternative in case Zoëtry Villa Rolandi boat is not allowed to sail due to weather conditions or the closure of the port for small vessels.
