My girlfirend and I decided to stay at marmaris as this was the end destination of our tour in turkey , we liked the idea of relaxing by the beach for a few days before returning home. The hotel compared to the other hotels we saw in Marmaris is a very relaxing and nice hotel in a quiet location of very noisy / party resort. The staff were very friendly and attentive and we had a nice large room with a balcony over looking the sea. The pool is set in a secluded garden at the front of the hotel. We should have without question researched the wider resort as this did not fit the type of break we were after - However as hotel we would no doubt reccomended this to others, as for the money it is good value They display a big projector screen with the football or just general euro pop in the outdoor restaurant. We felt that this did not fit with the boutique image / feel the hotel is trying to create .
The staff were extremely helpful and the location on the beach was great.
Seaside location with outstanding views from sea view rooms. Clean and modern facility. Bar and restaurant staff were good Need to take city bus to go into town area. Found the selection of good restaurants to be lacking nearby the hotel. Front desk staff not as good as bar/food staff.
Great location, friendly staff. Over priced wine and meal
Location on the beach. Restaurant bar terrace overlooking the sea. Away from the bustle of the centre of Marmaris. Attitude of some of the hotel staff.
the modern room and the magnıfıcent vıew the staff especıally the manager were very welcomıng the locatıon was great too
Even though we arived late the staff were ready to book us ino the rooms and were very helpful.in general the hotel was very nice especially since it was small the staff knew you straight away.the food was excellent and servece very good.the locaton,on the beach with there own sunbeds was very good.i would recommend this hotel very much.the bedrooms were always ckean and well stocked, the a/c was excellent too.i cannot praise this hotel enough, having stayed in marmaris many times in the past 18 months this was the best hotel with out doubt. There was nothing that we did not like
Nothing Value for money
Location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to the centrum but right on the beach with a perfect sea view. The decoration of the lobby and the bar is very attractive. The room was big enough with comfortable beds and the bathroom is decorated in a stylish way.It was very clean also. The pool does not deserve to be called "swimming" pool because it's too small. (Who looks for a swimming pool where the sea is just 5 steps ahead?). Only 2 spaces for parking otherwise you have to park on the narrow street.
Location. Close to city center. This is good 4 stars hotel. Not 5 stars.
the hotel has many ammedities...clsoe to beach and pool and food is good too The hotel is somewhat out dated even though it has gone through some work...bathrooms fro example were updated very nicely
Hotel staff was very positive and proactive. The breakfast and dinner was of very high quality. Missing internet connection in the rooms. The fitness room was close a joke, and of bad quality and without air condition.
The room facilities were excellent and the balcony provided a superb setting towards the sea and the hills. The food was good and the staff friendly. The location of the hotel was ideal being adjacent to the sea and within walking distance of the town centre.
The Location was great near the city center, a walk to the citycenter or 2 minutes by bus. 5 star service, it was clean, romantic, good food, there are many things to do there.I advice everyone to go to Marmaris and to the grand azur. especially honeymooners.
The food was very good and the hotel was spacious and airy with pleasant gardens The staff were not particularly accommodating, several staff were somewhat aloof and unhelpful at times. Gym equipment was poor.
the quality of the hotel is better than all other hotels in marmaris but very far from a 5 star hotals level tha staff behevior and is very bad and unprofessional
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very nice room and facilities. Right on the beach. It is a bit far away from the center of town and Bar street.
Case Mare was my best stop on my 15day long south Turkey vocation. I stayed 4 days on this brand-new hotel and was able to visit nearby places. The Hotel has a unique location between beautiful mountains of Turkey and blue mediterenian sea. It is far from crowd and probably has the best location in comparison with its equivalents. The staff was very helpful and friendly. As a recomendation, do not miss Case Mare's Turkish breakfast and enjoy dinner specials. The only problem was the near all included Turban Hotel, music starts at 10.30 and stops at late night. They use their max allowed time limits. You may enjoy the music, it is up to you :)
Nothing. Very hostile staff. Very poor breakfast. The hotel rooms are unhospitable. No toilet paper and dirty towels and sheets from the arrival day. The pool is closed from 18.30.
Did not get off at the hotel because of poor reception and lack of commitment Arrest Ill-treatment
We were not able to put the airconditioning on until 4.00pm I travel a lot and have never come across this if you are paying for a airconditioned room you should be able to use it anytime you are there.
Really nothing. We complaind about the cleanliness, the manager told us " if you can find another hotel find"
Central location, convenient parking, easy access with public transport. Although very near to restaurants, and pubs still in a quite area and away from noise. Guy in the reception was polite. I'd rate this hotel as 3 rather than 4 stars. The bathroom needs renovation. Because everything looked old, you don't feel that hygenic. You might wake up early because of the noise on corridor from other guests. Swimming pool isn't big enough for a 4 star, and it didn't look very clean. We had a turkish coffee and a bottle of water as extra- they were overpriced according to Marmaris standards.
It was close to the beach. The pool smells bad, the staff do not really speak English, however friendly, lots of cats in around the pool during breakfast time also.
The rooms were nice The hotel staff was horrible, the receptionist had no clue that we had a reservation and the hotel manager was very rude and not helpfull at all. And they do not have a luggage room, he suggested that we should put our luggage in front of the reception desk where everybody had access to it,
the hotel is very far from the centrum
