All greeted with asmile and the will help you any way the can No tea in rooms
large and comfortable room, luxury bathroom, great service in every area: from the swimming pool here you get towel, drinks, and magazine, to the courtesy cocktails. Thay will make anything they can to make a pleasure of your stay. Intelligent luxury, great value for money. not easy to park in the area - it's almost compulsory to use the valet service
Hotel staff addressed us by first and last names. Incredibly friendly and genuine. Restaurant was excellent..intimate and personal attention. The food was amazing as well. Pools relaxing and service prompt.
friendly staff, fast service, when i did not answer the door ring (i did not ask for anything), the service people opened the door, and this happened twice and once at 2AM!!! the door was locked, it was really a shock in such a hotel. why does someone open your room when in locked\privacy mode at 2 am and you have never asked for something?? i really felt unsafe in such a hotel.
Beautiful hotel. The staff was very accommodating Temporary fitness center
This hotel is really good one. I liked it very much and I passed good time in it. However, my phone was stolen from my room but the responsible is interested in it. I had left it in the room but when I came back it was not there. This was a serious problem that must be solved.
Rooms and great balconies Health club closed
The views were pretty nice. The room was comfortable, except for the constant racket of music, construction and traffic, not to mention the binging from the elevator Super noisy. Disorganized. Staff not very helpful Somewhat snobby clientele.
The location. The views the staff Area 31 bar night Service was not good
cooperation of staff and facilities
Everything Breakfast not icluded in the price.
Location and pool. Dirty pool, dirty spa, dirty room, expensive forn nothing. Even the holiday inn has a slepers and more clean the bathroom and bedroom. The closet was broken, and they gave us a room for special capabilities i dont know why.
The location, the size and quality of the room and bathroom, the courtesy and skill of the staff. We liked it. We'll come back.
Loved the location of hotel. Was able to walk to diffent places without having to drive. Staff was very friendly and helpul. Greeted you with a smile at all times. Room was clean and really nice view. This was my first time visiting Miami and I didn't like the fact that the hotel doesn't offer free parking like in other places I've stayed at. Seems this is everywhere in Miami. The phone in the room didn't work and was not even connected. I tried to connect it to the wall outlet, but there was no dial tone.
Not much Pool next to very busy highway
it was convenient to the Whole Foods and the bed was comfortable. decor was dated and drab air conditioner was not reliable noisy noisy noisy at the pool you can smell grease and smog
Nice hotel Mold in bathroom and do not validate parking
Ambiance was good. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was excellent. No clear direction in the parking garage. No coffee maker in the room, only 2 pack of ground coffee, how do I make coffee without hot water and coffee maker? We booked a king size bed and there was only ONE pillow on the bed. How can I be a king with only one pillow?!
Suit was really nice and not expensive
Nothing. Smells bad and the rooms are not clean as expected Smelly lobby, rude front desk dirty rooms
Proximity to bayfront park and American Airlines Arena while costing significantly less than competitors. If you don't mind walking 6 minutes and want to save $100, this may be for you. The feel of the hotel is a bit old. Old school card scanners on doors, carpet a bit dated, but still clean. Under an airport route, but what hotel downtown isn't? Lower floors will hear traffic.
I was in town for a conference, and the staff were wonderfully helpful, the room was quite nice, and the hotel amenities were great. A nice alternative and well worth the cost
Loved the room service, cleanliness, everything was delivered on time. Perfect location. Absolutely amazing. The paid parking is a bit of a pain in the neck
Location Bathroom was not maintained. Tub was plugged and shower needs to be replaced.
The staff attitude and service Room was dirty, the AC noisy and the floor carpets smelled like cigarettes in an non smoking room, this hotel has nothing to do it's soraoundings is not what anybody would espect from any installation in that area, overall a really bad experience
There was nothing likable about this hotel The rooms and corridors were stinking, there were no amenities, It advertises wireless internet, but its only in the lobby and no type of internet in the rooms. No Restaurant, bar, or mini-bar available. Rooms were small, carpets in trhe rooms and corridors were filthy. There were also additional obligitory charges for safety deposit boxes in the room.
Value and location. Service at the hotel restaurant was poor and the food was served cold.
walking distance to shopping areas the settings of chargable fees
The staff is very helpfull. This hotel is very old and you pay for everything, including store your luggage, for example. There isn't business center and the breakfast is horrible.
it was very close to metro and shopping erea
close to downtown and train system no ice...wet floor
We get a suite, with a wonderful view to the river. You can travel free with a train to Bayside. Cleanliness, the rooms need a renovation
Location is a great deal coz a metromover (which is free to ride) is only a few meters away. A river bank to tour is also an additional greatness. Two things are terrible: 1. Front desk staff (not all of them but quite a few) are not patient at all and lack hospitality. 2. Hot water is not available for most of my stay. When asked whether there was a problem to that, the front desk staff was much more impatient than me waiting for hot water to come by simply (without offering any apology) saying they're fixing it. That is my greatest concern that how a hotel can be run with so little hospitality.
The rooms are amazing, well appointed, loved the bed! Service is top notch too Long wait for the valet, call early!
Rooms are spacious and beautifully done--esp. the bathroom. Huge TV. I like the location for downtown - great for walking. Lobby sparce, chaotic and unwelcoming. Valet was told it would be 20 min., but it was not that long. Event was happening , so lots of arrivals and tight spot to get a lot of cars coming and going.
We stayed three nights for our anniversary and we had an amazing time. The rooms are very modern and clean with super views over the bay amd the city. The staff was very friendly wherever you run into them. Walking distance to lots of activities (boat rides, jer skis, American Airlines arena, restaurants, etc..) highly recommended!!!
The facilities were all wonderful. The views spectacular. The pool area and gym are outstanding. Parking is way too expensive. I had a problem with the television set in the bathroom, the remote simply would not work. I asked for help on this three times and each time they could send someone to turn it on but they could never tell me how to turn it on.
as soon as I arrive with a reservation, they told me that they were full and I didn't have a room in that hotel so they change me to another Marriott
The hotel is very well appointed: from the lobby to common areas and, most notable the rooms. Everything is clean, crisp and well conceived and executed.
Great hotel, nice rooms and helpful staff. Valet parking too expensive.
Luxurious accommodations, incredible views. Room service was very good. Valet parking always seems to be the weak link at many hotels. Nothing horrific, just not up to the standard represented at this property.
I loved everything about it, great service, nice people, the room was nice and perfect, and it had a perfect view, it was great and if I ever go back to miami, I would know where to go and stay.
The wifi didn't seem to work, luckily I was close enough to the lobby to use that.
How courteous the doormen and front desk employees were, great shower. Nice comfy bed. Apparently requesting a second bucket of ice is an unreasonable request. Not according to the front desk but to whoever tells the person that actually comes to your door. This was off putting to say the least.
