The holiday resort “Residence Primera” is situated in a quiet and sunny corner on the south-western front of Lake Garda, about 200 meters from the beach and only a few steps (about 900 m) from the village center of Moniga del Garda.Our newly renovated apartments are placed amidst this green oasis and are available in various sizes.Our restaurant with Italian meat- and fish specialties and serves pizza from the traditional wood stove in different varieties. Try also our international specialties or simply a typical Italian aperitif! There is also a Mini-market, mall but nice and indispensable for your daily shopping. Final cleaning can be done by the customer or on request (paying €35 for bilo, €45 for trilo) by the staff. Small pets allowed: compulsory cleaning to be paid on the spot €55 for bilo, €75 for trilo. Deposit of €100 cash at key delivery. Check in from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m; check out within 10 a.m.
