The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and perfectly located for our purposes, however I am glad that our room was at the front of the hotel and not at the back some other people were asking to change rooms from the back to the front of the hotel. Like a lot of french hotels, there was no complimentary tea, coffee or water in the room which would have been most gratefully received after a long journey.
The tranquility, the design of the interiors, the view from the balcony and good geographical possition.
The staff was great, particlarly Alikhan, as well as Kim. Nice ambience. Great location.
Villa Pantheon was in a fantastic location. Easy walk to St. germain, Notre dame, and a lot of the sites. Staff was super nice and knowledgeable about how to get around the city. Hotel was very clean also. Rooms were slightly small but that is expected in old European cities.
Great Location, reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and cleaned dailly. I think the Hotel is a bit 'tired' and requires some investment, one of the glass panels on the entrance door had a large crack and there was a missing button in the lift, overall the hotel was looking a bit shabby and in need of refurbishment. Also all tv channels were french, usually a hotel of this standard will have news channels etc as a minimum and/or internet access in the room through the TV.
The location is perfect, staff are lovely and nice relatively inexpensive restuarants near by. We booked a triple de luxe room and had to ask for extra towels etc. The third bed was a put up bed, thou relatively comfortable.
Excellent location - very near subway/RER stations, Notre Dame, good restaurants etc! Friendly staff, quiet rooms, nice neighborhood - we are very pleased with our stay! The rooms were perhaps a bit small and the breakfast was very expensive (15€) - but fortunately there are many, many cafés just around the corner.
Front desk was excellent, very friendly - answered all questions satisfactorily. Room was good - excellent bathroom. For a short stay this was excellent. No ice machine!
the location of the hotel is good, quite but not too far from the metro and everything else. it´s just not a four star hotel...maybe if they get stars for having a roof or electricity ;)
The hotel itself is kept quite well and all of the staff was exceptionally nice. The bartender will tell you you're beautiful then offer you a glass of prosecco then explain what it is. The rooms are large but they didn't feel like anything special. They just felt outdated but not in the way I thought it would be. I was kind of expecting a little more oomph in the furniture but it was just regular boring hotel furniture. The bathroom, however, was excellent. Vanities with two mirrors a tub that is actually big enough to get in if you like baths. The decor felt like it was attempting to be fancy but as soon as you tried to take a picture you could tell it wasn't. I appreciated it nonethelesss. If you are awake watching French tv you can't understand at 2am like we were, I can tell you there's a place around the corner that sells sandwiches and pastries (probably more but I didn't really investigate too hard). These sandwiches will look like they're probably going to be stale and you have no idea what you're about to pay for but it was one of my favorite meals. And they're absolutely massive. If you walk across the street from the hotel and go down the hill from the light you'll run into it just past the little grocery store. If that doesn't make sense just ask the front desk guy at 2am and he'll at least point you to the grocery store. Also, probably one of my favorite moments in Paris. Walking about town at 2 am completely alone to find ciggies and food in my pajamas. The ac. We were ground level so sleeping with window was awkward but we had to for a little bit at one point because it got so hot in the room. And this was in October. So the rooms definitely hold heat well.
Centrally located in the latin quarter next to St Germain, facilities were good, personnel was extremely helpful and friendly, A bit small
Front desk staff very helpful and friendly The drilling in the wall that started promptly at 9:00 am
Great modern decor in st Michel
Staff. Clean. Location. Room a bit small. No morning coffee. No free breakfast.
Clean and responsible staff, good bell staff. Very expensive given what it is. Wifi is horrible throughout hotel. 3rd party website logon problem that management had no idea about.
location could not control the room temperature as it was fall and the individual room air conditioning had been turned off in order for the building heat to be turned on. Subsequently, the rooms became too hot.
Very modern, new and luxurious hotel Small rooms though
Crisp-clean, modern design, location A mirror and a shelf in a bathroom would be useful
Wonderful area. No bar area
The room was compact but really well designed and stylish. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It didn't feel like just another chain hotel. The gym wasn't available which was very inconvenient for us but as it was being renovated it will be lovely when finished. It is a small space and there are no weights but good quality aerobic machines running and a cross trainer. Also there is a large park 5 mins up the road.
not much room too small, no faciliies, ocation not as expected
The staff were courteous and extremely helpful, rooms tidy and the beds were the most comfortable we have ever stayed in! We were in Paris for the weekend as a couple and had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Location is ideal and we would highly recommend to any friends/colleagues looking to stay in Paris. I dont like the 'room number' signs on the bedroom doors. That is literally the worst I can say about the hotel!
The staff and the vaulted breakfast room. Sites and Metro are not close. I found it a bit difficult to get to these and I have stayed in Paris many times.
location and style of hotel
Dodji the night receptionist was excellent, really helpful and spoke very good English The reason I booked here was for the parking but when I arrived they told me all the places were taken. However there was a public parking near by.
The family facilities were very nice to find in Paris. It was a little run-down. It would be nice to have very specific directions to reach the hotel as we wandered the neighborhood after leaving the Metro. The hotel was further removed from the sights than I had anticipated, more information about transportation around Paris would be nice.
Great value for your money and convenietly located to all the major attractions.
Spacious one bed apartment, clean, friendly staff, good location and great restaurants nearby in Mouffetard St
the space for a larger group only one shower facility for 5 people
there was a kitchen in our room which made our stay easier and less expensive. the bathroom was rather tight and I banged into things many times
We booked a 3-bedroom apartment, much more relaxing than hotel rooms. It had two bathrooms and kitchen (and two balconies). The staff were very friendly and cooperative. The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre and yet the street is quiet, both during th eday and at night. The only negative aspect was the noise from the ventilation system in the kitchen.
Location, size of apartment, staff was friendly and helpful
The kitchen are, however did not like having to count every dish, glass, untensil and each piece of silverware. The hotel required this, something I've never had to do at any hotel before. Drab appearance of the room, noisy neighborhood(kids playing outside in front of hotel)construction going on at corner.
The location is great and staff is quite helpful. Good value for family vacation. Should always check the working condition of the lights and wall sockets. Some lights not working
Friendly, efficient staff. Nicely designed interior and excellent location. Comfortable room. We will definitely stay there again.
The hotel is in a great location and the lobby and other public facilities were beautiful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We also liked that there were several restaurants all within the same square as the hotel. The rooms were tiny and the bathroom made me feel a bit claustrophobic. Also, the Internet only worked during the day.
The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful in all ways. None to comment on
The best in Select Hotel is location. It is situated in the center of Paris and it has good neighborhood with Sorbona and Luxemburg park. Muy bien. The room was too small for me and for people from wide area countries.
It would be better to have wooden floor than carpet in the room. A shower stall rather than a bathtub would be more convenient. Breakfast a bit too light and with poor variety
For this part of Paris the rooms are very nice and good value, with nice design and very comfortable beds. Internet in the rooms was not free, but at least available.
Second time at hotel, great location
great design of the room, top floor (6th) was excellent, and you could not beat the TV in the bathroom mirror. really happy with this perfectly located gem.
great location, great soundproof windows!unusually beautiful interior decoration! breakfast generous for paris conditions! if you weigh more than 50 kilos, do not go to ther bathroom-you may get stuck..
The location, it was in an exellent square in front of university sorbonne . Big rooms for hotel in paris. Beautiful rooms with very nice architecture view. perhaps a little more of cheese and ham in breakfast
Very good location, very fancy common spaces (hall, breakfast room, reception). The room at the sixth floor was good, but not as great as common spaces. Bathtube/shower uncomfortable (without hang up for the shower and without shower curtain, it's a mess with the water everywhere).
Staff at the reception were helpful though they tried too hard to sell their shuttle service to the airport. The room was small, quaint, and the cleaning left a few things to be desired - all this for not exactly the cheapest price makes this hotel a bad value for money.
Location is excellent, in the 5th Ardt, but not too touristy or noisy. Hotel clean, classic but not fancy. We had a good discount price through booking.com (90euros instead of 162euros at the door). We initially wanted a room looking over the Arenes, behind the hotel which is very quiet, but the concierge was very nice and let us visit several available rooms. We ended up choosing one on the street side, more comfortable and the double windows gave excellent noise insulation. Rooms are not spacious, like in any Parisian hotels.
We had an excellent view, the window looked at the Arena. The bathroom was surprisingly clean and large compared to other hotels in Paris in the same price category.
Very good location in Quartier Latin. Very closo to metro station and bicycle Velib point The hotel has no wifi.
The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were fantastic. We had a view of the Roman arena which was nice - at night it was very quiet. The front desk staff was terrific!! It was a very small room and the hairdryer didn't work properly. Also, there was no free wi-fi. The website did not indicate that you had to purchase it.
location room too small for three adults, more suited to a couple with a young child. Room too hot. Bathroom needs updating.
It was at a great location, right in front of the metro Place Monge, with the benefit of a lively area and a flea market. Notre Dam, Pantheon, were all easy walking distance There was very few toiletries in the bathroom [ only soaps and body gel]> some moisturizer would be nice
The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful and spoke excellent English! My room had "juliet balconies" that looked out over the street which I loved. The room wass small, but had all that I needed. The bathroom tiles were old, but the size of the bathroom was good. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Notre Dame, Pantheon, and all the Latin Quarter has to offer. There was a small amount of mold in one corner of the bathtub.
Friendly personnel; despite being very small and in the basement, the breakfast room was nice especially because of well air-conditioned; the breakfast had a higher variety than I would have expected in this hotel
Room too hot, airco not working.
breakfast no extra pillows
good price/quality relationship for the Paris standards. Good location. We spent in this hotel 3 days: the room was totally without water (cold and hot) in some part of the day! The Receptionist told us that, if many hotel rooms try to use the water at the same time, there is not sufficient water for everybody. Very bad!!!
Central; comfortable; helpful staff; the best (and most comfortable)room air-conditioning system my wife and I have ever come across! The tiny dining room meant congestion and queues for breakfast.
Very good location, in front of the Place Monge metro station, in the city center at walking distance from Notre Dame. Somewhat expensive: 139€ without breakfast (+10€ for breakfast). Little attention to details: for instance, the Hotel provides complimentary in room tea/coffee and a kettle, but no spoon to mix the sugar. Bathroom without soap, only a fixed shampoo dispenser placed on the wall above the bath tub. Free wireless available, but somewhat cumbersome authentication, and frequent need to re-authenticate even during the same browsing session. Probably the shortcomings are in line with the average quality of Paris "budget" hotels, but I was expecting more from an Hotel displaying a Best Western plaque.
close to cafe/restaurants, metro breakfast room too small for number of guests
The location/neighborhood was excellent as weas the staff.
Location Specifically requested and contacted them for a double bed not two singles, upon arriving they gave us two singles, were too booked to exchange us till the next day and could only offer a mediocre room the following day. Not very impressed considering i had a verbal confirmation over the phone
Hotel in good location for left bank locations. Staff were helpful. Breakfast a bit disappointing if you don't get to the breakfast room early - the scrambled eggs were all gone!
Central location Superior room was really only of a standard level.
I have a sweet spot for Luxembourg Gardens, so this hotel could not have been in a more perfect spot. Huge bonus, it's steps from RER B, so getting to and from CDG could not be easier!
Brilliant location, clean, friendly staff. Very old and shabby rooms. Asked for a non smoking room, but got a smoking room.
Excellent location, very helpful staff, clean and bright rooms, excellent linens - we are satisfied absolutely. Nothing!
very convient location, staff very friendly and helpfull.
The front desk staff were helpful and friendly and spoke English. Our room was small but comfortable with a little balcony that had a view of the Eiffel Tower which sparkled at night (on the hour... very magical). The location was perfect since we are great fans of the Luxembourg gardens. Breakfast was from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. and if you arrived after nine they did not replenish what they were serving.
Best location for sightseeing
Very good location! Right next to the jardim de luxembourg. Nice room, with a view - we could see the eiffel tower. Staff was very friendly, we were travelling with a small child.
The location is very good, 100 meters from a RER (train line that connects to the metro). Breakfast was ok. We were surprised in a negative way when we got to our room since the pictures from the site showed a better looking and newer room, however when we arrived it was not that way. When talking to the staff they said that the room we saw was in a category above the one we had paid.
Shower was broken. Had to sit down in the tub to bath. Very unconfortable. The Phone system was screwed up. Intental calls to other rooms was not possible. Phone Instructions were all in french. International calls were very...very...expensive.
Near metro station Staff was not helpful at all
The front desk personel were very nice and friendly. The room was very small indeed and there was no were to put your close.
Newly renovated room
the cleanliness of the room and the fact that it was really closed to the metro station the small room
proximity to train station is good. In front of AUsterlitz and10 minutes walk from gare de Lyon noise on the street and small room
Location, clean, and the size of the room and the bath.
Clean & cheap Small room
newly decorated rooms, friendly staff and good location the toilets in both of the booked rooms were malfunctionning in different ways and no one fixed them during our 2 night stay despite various notifications.
The bed and its surroundings(bedstands, light switches) were very comfortably and conveniently arrayed. I loved the shower array as well. The staff were very helpful. A great price as well. Nothing. Paris is Magnificent!
the staff were really helpful. the rooms comfortable the kettle did not work
The location is convenient to reach RER, but there are neither shops nor good restaurants in immediate proximity. The canteen is very small, the breakfast selection is poor.
The Relaise Saint Jaques is a very fine well run hotel close to the Sorbon university in Paris and is idealy situated close to the Latin Quarter and the splendid Luxemburg gardens, The room was splendid with a good sized bathroom, and the staff on reception and the staff in the bufet breakfast room were very friendly and helpful all the time nothing was too much trouble. nothing i did not like.
The location and staff were great The hotel room was too hot.
Very polite personel and the position was good.
the kindness of the staff the room was too small and uncomfortable to be a "superior double".
The hotel is very clean and all of the facilities have been updated. On a very pleasant, tree-lined quiet street near the Luxembourg Gardens. The room was a bit small given the (French government-awarded) 4-star rating. The muzak in the hallways is very annoying. A shower curtain would help keep the bathroom from getting flooded. Internet service should be for 24 hours, not two hours.
Excelent location, silent at night, kindness and professionalism of staff, good room size, comfort. Breakfast should be included in the room rate.
Excellent location. Unwelcoming staf on day of arrival. LImited TV channels options. No "do not disturb" note in the room and maid entering without warning.
friendly staff. Situation of hotel. Small selection at breakfast.
Good location, price of the room The temperature in the room was very low, warm conditions weren't acceptable.
Very friendly and helpful front desk staff and convenient breakfast. Very small rooms, but not unexpected for inner-city Paris.
location the bathroom & toilet are open each to the other. the public area is tiny.
The hotel was in a great location, clean, and friendly. We accidentally left our iPad in the room the day we left for the airport. Via email at the airport, they found our iPad and shipped it soon after. We are very thankful and would highly recommend anyone staying there.
Unbelievably great location within walking to distance to Notre Dame and Blvd St. Michel. Great restaurants/cafes within steps; Paris's best rated croissants and boulangeries within 1/4 mile. Great front desk staff. Quality of towels and bathroom soaps, etc., were not great. Rooms are small compared to many but comfortable and very clean.
The hotel was in a great location but there are numerous hotels in this area so look around. The room had a balcony which was great. The air conditioning did not work and this was one of the main reasons that I picked this hotel. The rooms are tiny and the lift is the smallest I have ever been in, it literally fits 2 regular size people comfortably and maybe 3 if everyone knows each other, otherwise 3 is way too many! However the location is good & the Staff were friendly and helpful.
Great location in latin qtr, very nice room for the price, free wifi and reasonable minibar prices We arrived early and they did nothing to accommodate us, in fact our room was ready late - the elevator is miniscule and doesn't go all the way up. Breakfat is super expensive I never tried it
Staff and location
a nice and very central hotel. reccommended
I liked staff a lot, very friendly. Vanessa and Greg were very helpful. I liked cleanness in the room and the location. It was perfect. I'd choose the same hotel another time. I didn't like the alarm at 5 a.m. the first morning. We were really tired and wanted to sleep. After that alarm couldn’t get to sleep anymore.
View from the small balcony (room 61) Shower pressure and temperature were erratic
Helpful staff and good value Broken lift but it was repaired fairly quickly and lady receptionist came to the rescue and carried my bags up to fourth floor. Thanks.
Proximity to metro station - also close to main streets that were busy all the time. Easy to get around. Easy to hear noises from other rooms, but not too bad.
Perfect location 10 minutes to go to the Notre Dame, Islands, historical center of Paris and just few steps from the 2 metro stations. WLAN (for free!) works pretty well. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful, English speeking fluently. This is my second stay in Royal Cardinal hotel and since that my first choice in Paris. The only one socket you have in the room to charge your mobile phone. Rooms are very small what is not an exception in Paris, but they are clean and cute.
It was clean and the staff were very helpful; they spoke enough English to answer all questions.
The location was perfect and we really felt we got value for money Cleaning was a little bit early and noisy
I paid 94 euro for a very Spartan room, not even shampoo in the room.
I discovered an area of Paris I did not previously know.
great location room was tiny. not much bigger than the bed, and the bed wasn't big. impossible to get into the shower.
Great location No airconditioning, the room got quite hot at night (very noisy if the window was open)
very nice staff, good location (near Cardinal Lemoine - 100 m) uncomfortable bed, noisy room, old furniture
Excellent staff The first night we had trouble sleeping on the roll instead of pillows. We asked for pillows, and that was no problem.
We had a very spacious room by Paris standards. Some rumbling noise from the metro.
extremely good location, very helpful staff, great for a stop while exploring the city. right above the metro line! We didn´t mind, but light sleepers might find it a problem.
The room was quickly available even though I arrived early. The check-in procedure was efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location next to Luxembourg Gardens is outstanding; I was worried about street noise, but there was little
Location was superb, close to Luxembourg gardens, convenience stores and transportation. Easy walk to Latin Quarter Room with Notre Dame at the foot of the street. An older hotel with smallish rooms that were quite satisfactory and with a staff that was helpful and efficient.
location, cleanliness and price.
I hust slept there In the morning you could feel the smell of the kitchen...from the 5th floor, what was disgusting
It was very pleasant, comfortable and well located. Most the staff was very helpful.
everyone speak english.
The great location and the staff was really helpful.
1. The Bathroom was excellent, something I consider very important when I'm staying at a Hotel. 2.They have free internet connexion for all room guests. 3. The tenmprerature of the room was constant always and we never had problems of beeing cold al night. That 3 things I liked best. 1. The last day, my free internet did not work and they could not give me any solution. 2. Above my room for one night there where people partying!! nobody cared except for us that were below them and we could hear everthing stamping, yelling, laughs..
Excellent Location. Staff Friendly and helpful. Connections to Airport by RER just about 5 minutes walk. Excellent resturants nearby. Berdroom quiet small but typical for Paris
The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Paris and very close to many sites: Louvre, Notredame, Ile St. Louis, Musee d'orsay, Marais area. A major metro station is also very close by. The room was a bit small.
nice breakfast elevator too small and slow; old furniture in room; style not cosy, not fresh
Homy place in a nice neiberhood nothing
Very clean hotel ideally situated. Just park the car and walk all over Paris. Rooms were rather small and very warm. Parking was not very close to hotel.
Nice location, small but clean and simple rooms Fire alarm went off 4 times during 3 nigts
Great stay, good location close to Notre-Dame. Good front room and excellent and helpful staff.
Hotel staff is very warm
We loved the hotel's location in the Latin Quarter. Lots of places and shops to walk around. Easy access to metro station. Easy walk to Notre Dame. Our room was a bit warm. Tough to control room temperature.
Small and quiet hotel with a very good location. As expected, the room was small but still comfortable.
Friendly staff, parking place, nice clean room , situation of the hotel in the centre of Paris, very friendly staff NO
We travelled all over Europe this summer using TripAdvisor reviews to choose our hotels. All the other hotels were wonderful. This hotel was horrible. The only thing nice about it was the staff – they tried, but alas, they gave us constant mis-information. Positives: they arranged a nice tour to Giverny; they went to pick up my lost bag a nearby St. Severin restaurant where we breakfasted daily. The owner must pay someone to write good reviews, because they certainly don't spend any money on upkeep or cleaning. Our room was just plain dirty, despite our requests to have it cleaned. Our computer didn’t work in the room or in the lobby – and they kept telling us it should (it worked at every other hotel in Europe). Awful! Incredibly bad! Mystified why the other reviewers gave it glowing reviews! No one lifted a finger to help us with our luggage. The staff gave us constant mis-information: E.G. sent us on a wild goose chase to find a Seine cruise; gave us wrong museum opening times. The final coup was when they arranged for a (very dirty) car to take us to the airport for our flight home - and he dumped us and our luggage on the street in front of the wrong terminal and raced off!
Very good place, romantic room, all was very nice. I will recommend.
The receptionists of the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect, just opposite the cite and Notre Dame. Awful condition of the toilet and sanitary, the toilet brush was so dirty that it was dangerous to touch it, lavatory has a distinct heavy smell. The towels did not smell fresh and definitely were used for long time while they were true grey color instead of white.
We stayed for 4 nights in June, had room #9 facing the Seine and a great view from our window of Notre Dame. Staff was warm and helpful. Recommend this Hotel to all.The Kings, Canada
I enjoyed our pleasant greeting by the gentleman at the desk and i enjoyed,of course , the view and the great room and breakfast. A noisy location but very fun!
The location was excellent, the managers (especially Paul) were friendly and professional, and we were offered two choices to change to a larger room, with the opportunity to look at both and then select what we wanted. Very minor, but having either a bar or ice machine would have been nice.
location was great room was smaller than advertised; was a family room; advertise to have one double bed and 2 or 3 single beds; in actuality had one double, one single and a couch that was not made up as a bed; we had four full size people, so that was frustrating
Great location - the St Germain area was a great district for cafes and dinning. St Germain has a village like feel and it felt safe to be out in the evening. It is also very convienent to the centre of the city and many tourist attractions. Small lift
I liked the location of the hotel - the St Germain area was a great district for cafes and dinning. St Germain has a village like feel and it felt safe for a single female to be out alone even in the evening. It is also very convienent to the centre of the city and many tourist attractions. The rooms can be noisy - sound travels between the guest rooms.
Closed to the Notre Dame. Small room without breakfast.
The location is good for anyone who wishes to spend time in the Latin Quarter. The lighting in the room was not sufficient.. the bathroom was adequately illuminated but the bedroom was certainly not, it was impossible to read far away from the window!!
The location and price were great and the area was a really nice. We requested a double room and got given a twin room. Also the room was a bit tatty in places.
the hotel staff were very polite , helpful and spoke good english , we were able to book in earlier than check in time as room was ready - also held our luggage when we checked out until we needed a cab which they booked for us. Nothing bad about the hotel except the tiny lift ( our room was on 5th floor) but that is to be expected in Parisien Hotels !!
The hotel is in a great location, with a city bus stop nearby. The hotel is very quiet, considering its location. A member of the staff gave us an excellent recommendation on a nearby restaurant.
Breakfast baguettes only if breakfast is free which you dont get on booking, com, but there was a major mix up and they decided to give me free breakfast. I wouldnt pay for their brekkie otherwise. Bed and room was clean and new-ish. I arrived 10:00 too early for check in, left my bags & wandered Paris. On return at 16:30 I was told there was an issue with my room and sent on my own to another hotel 2 star down the road for the night until the next day when a room would be available... they give away your room esp if someone is going to pay a higher rate than you do. TV - only had 2 channels..??
I liked the bathroom and the location. Very close to the metro station. Heating was not working and the staff was not helpful for parking my car in fromt of the hotel, which was possible for local people though. We have not been kindly treated at the entrance of the hotel when we return in the midnight. And the elevator has suddently stopped in a scary way. Finally, there were minor holes on the cover sheets of the beds.
We enjoyed the protesters about 50 yards away. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. The bathtub/shower was difficult to get in and out of... the twin bed was quite small.
Very cordial and helpful staff, great location (walking distance from Les Gobelins subway station). Mc Donalds right in the corner. The room did not have minibar or safe deposit box. It was not a big issue since the reception offered to keep our belongings and there was room service, but we prefer hotels that have those amenities inside the room.
The hotel is near a fantastic market on Moufftard. Sumputous and interesting. The rooms are a little short of space.
The staff let us stay in spite of possibly having too many people in the room. I am admitting nothing to protect the staff. They were great and we tried to keep it a secret, but I think IF they knew, then they kindly looked the other way. THANK YOU!!! The location is perfect. You're at the end of Moffetard. $$$$ but hey, it's Paris and nothing is cheap.
The reception was excelent . We were given maps and good explanations of how to go and where . The front desk was very friendly and efficient throughout our stay . Room spotlessly clean with good comfortable beds . Good clean bathroom with large bath . Good buffet breakfast with friendly service . Good public transport next to hotel . Room on the first floor facing the road . Two major hospitals near by . No end of ambulence sirens . I still give this hotel 10 out of 10
Very nice location. Very good vew. Excellent receptionists, very willing to be helpful. Small but clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Dirty walls and nasty smell in the room. If you open the window it 's noisy. Needs renovation.
Location is absolutely perfect: the metro line #7 is very close, but there is hardly any street noise near by the hotel. The staff is exactly so friendly as you can expect in France, although they speak hardly any English.
The staff were extra helpful with both service provision and assistance to non- french speaking clients. the room was small but comfortable and well located to markets and metro
very helpful staff
the location is good. lots of restaurants nearby. rooms are a bit small.
Its central The hotel needs modernisation. There is a difference between the external look of the hotel and the decoration in the rooms and hallways which need serious upgrade.
We stayed in one of the top floor loft rooms at the hotel. It was absolutely fabulous with its modern decor and balcony over looking the streets below.
the hotel close the metro & rer station and also St.Michel / St. German street. The air condition wasnt work. The rooms are so close each other.
Good location, helpful staff
Good location and breakfast.
Rooms were clean. The hotel is in a decent location, but close to the subway so it made getting to and from different attractions was relatively easy. Staff was nice and courteous. Although the breakfast is good, for the same price you could get hot meal just down the street. Beds were a little firm.
The location good but the price were high, but it's Paris... Rooms were clean. Breakfast is 12 eur but. RER B to Airport etc is near by. Rooms are a bit worn out, but they are clean. They were also small and bed fairly narrow.
The hotel is conveniently located near several Metro stations as well as great local restaurants and shopping. A "chain" grocery store is one block away to stock up on stables and such. Just a couple of blocks also from some main tourist attractions including the Cluny and the Parthenon. Breakfast was above average. only ironing board is located in the basement where the laundry is done.
the area nothing to add
Excellent location. Nice modern interior of hotel adn relaxed atmosphere. Very good breakfast buffet. Check until 12!
