Best of Best satisfaction hotel~!! No way~!!
this is a wonderful hotel situated in the middle of everything in prague. It is so accessible and everything in prague is available by public transportation. The parking is very expensive however. I have already recommended and referred others to this facility. I will go back and stay there. The parking is very expensive
Exelent Hotel, 15 min walking from the center. Very good breakfast.
everything The low exchange rate when paying your bill in foreign currency.
The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was great. The hotel staff were quite friendly, especially Eva at the front desk who was very cheerful and helpful with everything we needed. I recommend a promotion! The health and fitness facilities were located in a separate hotel.
Very reasonable price, modern, sleek and clean interior I think wi-fi should be available for free at least in the lobby of the hotel. Wi-fi charges that hotel charges are high in my opinion. Many nearby malls and restaurants have free wi-fi so I ended up going there with my laptop.
Clean and breakfast is good No tub povided and the internet service is expensive
The rooms are very clean and comfortable, coffe and tea facilities in the room. The Breakfast was excelent. The stuff is very helpful and professional. The parking is extremely overpriced (700 czk per night). It's better to park in nearby streets and walk for 2 minutes.
Staff fluent in English. Extremely comfortable bed and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good, but could have had a bigger selection and higher quality.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and professional. I did not like smoking at the reception bar.Hence, impresion after arrival was: O my God, this is a smoking hotel. How nasty!
I loved every minute of my stay. The hotel staff was great and very professional, always trying to make us feel comfortable. You feel they really care about their guests, somehting not so easy to find. Everything in the hotel looked brand new: paint, finishings, upholstery, carpets, furnishings, etc. It was the type of accommodation and service we expected from a SLH property. The view from the rooms is fantastic, overlooking the river. It is about 15 to 20 min walk to the main atractions but I prefer that, it was less crowded and quieter. You walk so much in that city that you hardly notice the extra walk to the hotel, and it is a beautiful walk by the river by the way. I cannot think of anything we didn't like. The only suggestion is that being a 5 stars hotel, they should have full in room dining service 24hs. At the moment the full menu is only available fom 7am to 7pm. After that you only have VERY limited options. One thing to take into account is that the hotel is being expanded (they are adding about 40 rooms), the building next door is being renovated and incorporated to the hotel, so there is a lot of noice from about 9am to 6pm. We hardly noticed it because we were always out of the hotel by 10am. Check with the hotel before booking if you think this might be a problem.
The staff were extremely professional and friendly. The rooms were spacious and modern, the hotel was situated ín an ideal location 20 minutes walk from the centre of the city.
The hotel has great views across the Vltava river. The Mamaison staff were incredably attentive. The hotel had an overall feeling of luxury without being fussy. Ther was nothing that I didn't like
On arrival, the hotel interior was specctacular, the concierge was amazing, he asked how our trip was and upon mentioning to him that we had just been severly over-charged by a taxi-man he upgraded our hotel room for the duartion of our stay. Fantastic! He couldn't have been more professional or helpful, it really made our trip. No, I've travelled the world, and this is the best hotel ive come across, in every way. Room decor is top of the range - great attention to detail. Mosaic bathrooms and views across river a winner. Would be even better if it had a restaurant.
I had a really good night front desk staff member give me great suggestions to on places to go! Thanks Michael! The day front desk was a little snotty and stuck up.
Quality of the room, facility and service No
Great location, clean room.
The employees were very friendly and helpfull. My room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was all right. The restaurant was small and limited mainly due to lack of space. Breakfast was in the cellar.
Great hotel, great value for money. Friendly and very helpful staff made it a perfect experience.
Clean, old style hotel. It felt fancier than what we paid for it. The WiFi was slow, and they wanted you to pay to upgrade to a faster speed. Come on, this is 2015!
Good location, super clean, great bathroom and huge bed. A/C did not work which is ridiculous for a hotel of of this level!
Definitely not a 5-star hotel, rather a good 4-star. Clean rooms, nicely furnished, good location. At our arrival the hotel was not able to find our reservation. Instead of a room with view (what we booked) we got a room without view. Moreover, the hotel calculates its prices in CZK and uses a very unfavourable exchange rate to recalculate the EUR prices granted by booking.com to CZK. On the other hand, the hotel very quickly responded to our email complaint and offered some remedies. The hotel has very limited parking space.
The hotel was quiet, perfect for relaxation, the room was very comfortable, and the "lanovka" is superb. The restaurant in the breakfast period was crowded, it could be a little bit bigger.
It was very quiet at night and breakfast was excellent
excellent room with good internet access the room could be a lttle bit warmer :)
We toured the city during our trip, including a tour of the castle and a river boat trip through the city.
The breakfast, location (close to a Metro and Tram stop Andêl) and the driver. (The hotel cars is a good alternative to the local taxi, even though it's a little bit more expensive, but totally worth it) Rude workers.Dusty rooms, and even though I'm allergic and told the cleaner to clean the room more carefully, no one did anything about it.I also asked the cleaning lady to change my bed sheets, but no one did thatTo be a four star hotel, there were no benefits at all,you had to pay additionally for everything e.g. internet, tea etc.Couldn't open the windows.Smelly toilets.Bad isolated rooms.
Appreciated the extra help we received while there
Overall, good value for money
Clean and spacious room. Nice staffs, nice restaurant on top of the hill. No charge for internet connection. Internet connection is so good.
Everything was very good. No.
Good breakfast, silent A bit off the main attractions in Prague, but subway is nearby
No facilities for tea/coffee making in rooms
the room was two levelled and the top room was too hot to sleep comfortably at night. the reception staff did not amend our request to extend our stay made three times.
I liked the very friedly and polite staff as well as the breakfast of the first day of our stay at the hotel. I did not like the rooms having no balconies and that there were no stairs between floors
Very clean, very bright, and naturally lit. The service staff was helpful and friendly. A great location in Prague, this hotel is far enough away from the center to be a relaxing getaway. But it is close enough to head in easily any time you want. Ammenity prices are expensive and seem geared at business travelers. The room was elegant but not very comfortable. However, I did still manage to spend more time in my room than I would have liked because it was hard to escape all the in-room comforts! :-)
It was u quite hotel.
the room itself was perfectly designed and has a luxurious feel to it was definitely worth the upgrade to the superior room
The hotel was very smart and had a very relaxed atmosphere about it. The staff were very helpful and you felt at ease to ask questions about what areas to visit etc..The breakfast was lovely and they provided alot of variety to keep you going till lunchtime!Sometimes its the little things that make the big difference, the cleaners would leave chocolates on our pillow and leave a card telling us the weather forecast for the next day- this was done even before leaving any tip!!Also this hotel was spotless and you could tell that the staff work very hard here to make the guests stay enjoyable. The location was brill-we spent alot of time walking but the transport links were superb.Andel is a lovely town and there weren't any tourists which was lovely. The city centre is only 15-20 min walk away- which doesnt feel like it as the sights are amazing and worth the walk, otherwise the tram takes about 10 min.It is definately worth a visit-so treat yourself to this hotel as Prague is very cheap both to eat and drink- so you will save pennies that way! I am really nick picking now-but the bathroom had no vent/extractor fan so it felt like a sauna after we had a shower, also smells from the bathroom tended to linger-so bring a can of air freshener!Upside though bathroom was huge!!
design and practicality of general layout
It was a nice room and great bathrooms. I think they should give soft pillows as well. Only pillows were not comfortable.
very clean very small superior double room,
We were in Prague all day because the hotel was just a place to sleep. No room for relaxing. It was very small and no extra's. Although it was clean, but old. But we couldn't really expect more for this price. It was close (across the street) to metro station Andel and it took us about 4 stops (incl. 1 switch) to the inner/old city. Breakfast was poor. Room small, warm, noisy (along the street) and old. In the bathroom the paint fell of the walls. Again, it was clean and we couldn't/didn't really expect more for this price. We weren't surprised in positive or negative way.
The hotel is in a relatively quiet location extremely close to the Andel metro station with the city centre in easy reach by foot, tram or metro. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good!
helpfulness of the staff, and I mean all the staff, they were a very friendly efficient outfit, I could not believe some of the negative comments on your reviews, I think these people who posted the negative comments, should ask some friends to do a realistic comment on them. It seems obvious to me some people just like to complain, i think its part of their holiday kick.
the staff were freindly and helpful, the room was very clean and tidy,it is close to the bus station and the metro and easy to get to the city from
The Andel Hotel is situated near the metro and bus stations. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.
This was a very affoirdable hotel and, although on the edge of the city, afforded easy access to all the places oif interest. staff were very helpful. A shame the bar/restaurant on the ground floor wasn't in operation.
Perfect location, friendly staff & classy
the staff was absolutely helpful and warm-hearted. They tried their best to answer all the questions as well as help with directions... Location was also super handy. We could see the Staropramen brewery right from our hotel :) Great place for beer lovers... we didnt get toothbrush and toothpaste...
clean room, nice breakfast, nice decoration, facilities in payment in euros the staff was not so friendly, they did not smile!!!
Staff responded quickly to any query we had. Room very clean. If you're not a smoker ask for a no smoking room as ALL the staff smoke. No air conditioning and sleeping with the windows open was not an option due to the traffic noise from the road below. The hotel did supply us with free room fans though, when we asked.
Reception staff speak excellent English and were very helpfull with tours. Everything in Prague is quite expensive, but we already knew that. Exchanging Euro for Kronin at the front desk was convenient but costly.
The Hotel is conveniently located in the Mala Strana area of Prague, easy access from the tram stop. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great service and the breakfast spread is excellent. The bathrooms, whilst clean and adequate, could do with a facelift.
The hotel has easy access with all public transportation and there was a free parking opposite.Room was very clean. We had a room on the side of the road, which was quite noisy, breakfast was poor.
The woman, who is in the reception during daytime, is really kind and the cleanless of room is also good for me.
A few of the staff were very helpful. You must carry your bags up two sets of stairs to the lift with no help from staff. The location is not great...it is a good walk to the city center. The hotel does not overlook the park...a few rooms look at a hill.
Friendly staff, location and variety at breakfast Smoking in the hotel
The location Nothing..
It is a lovely hotel, the people at the reception were very friendly (specially the girl that welcomed us on Saturday 14. of August at 14 h. It is really worth it staying at the Kleinseite because it is much less vulgar (not so many tourist traps, souvenir-shopping mania, loud music -unbelievable, that stores are allowed to set speakers outside to torment sensitive people that want to enjoy a "magical" city-). The tram is very close by and there is a great park in front of the hotel. There was no shampoo in the room...
the cleaniness of the room the staff and the breakfast was amazing!! no tea making facilities within the room, however, you could ask for the tea facilities but why not put them in there for the convenience of the guests
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially Pavel who answered questions and gave us tips. Also helpful was a young woman with long blond hair who also worked there during the day, and whose name I don't know. Our room and bathroom were quite large unlike many cramped European hotel rooms. It was around the corner from several tram stops. The light in the room even with every single light on was incredibly dim, too dim to read. We talked to Pavel who gave up 60 watt bulbs for the bed side lights and this helped quite a bit. It would be nice if the bulbs were brighter to begin with.
Friendly staff, quiet and comfortable room, great breakfast, convenient location I was ready to give this hotel five stars, but on the last day I discovered there is hardcore pornography on the TV. There are no warnings or restrictions, so anyone flipping through the channels will find it. I cannot support this irresponsible distribution of pornography.
The staff at the hotel was excellent. They were all very helpful and friendly. It was clean and comfortable with a good location.
1. The friendly service and valuable information that was volunteered at the front desk. 2. The restuarant service, atmosphere and food was exceptional. The shower over the bath did not have a curtain so it was hard to not get the floor very wet while having a shower.
The staff were always verty profressional and courtious Nothing wrong with the hotel - a little bit far from the main attractions but we expected that and the hotel was excellenet value for money.
The staff were very welcoming & extremely helpful. They had a good selection for breakfast. The restaurant had an amazing steak on special! The bed was a bit uncomfortable but manageable.
staff, location, quiet, non-smoking room, guest services (sold tranisit tickets and postage stamps) no air conditioning in the room
The atmosphere, really nice staff, great food in the restaurant even at 11p.m. We really enjoyed our stay.
Great location, impeccable appointments, great value, and helpful, courteous staff. We will return for a longer stay. I couldn't stay longer.
Bathroom spotless ans spacious room. Kind and helpful desk staff. Good quiet location close to the centre.
Staff very helpful
The friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency of the staff. Hotel in good position for walking into the city of Prague
Location next to a Metro station and near a mall. Internet available free in the room. Attached balcony and good view. Helpful staff. Quality of breakfast could be improved.
It was close to the metro and buses so able to get around easy. A quiet hotel so able to get a good night sleep. We were there for four nights, and the beding was not changed in that time. It was a long way from the tourist attractions, so had to come back early at night
Location. All was OK.
Location, comfort of the room, breakfast. It is next to a bus station, but it's still quiet. There were problems with the parking place of the hotel.
Very good price/quality ratio with a decent breakfast and very polite staff. The hotel is pretty far from the city center. It is true that it takes you only ten minutes by metro (even five) but if you like to walk around, you will spend 45 minutes to the main square.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great.
Very clean. Air conditioned!! Room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Very convenient to subway or tram. Great location in Prague. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
great location awfull staff resturant staff
Little noise, close to the centre of the city, tidy rooms.
Excelent view from the hotel rooms, perfect access to metro, fair price.
This is my fourth stay at Akcent Hotel, a favourite hotel of mine. Its location is good and next to the metro station Andel (access right next to the hotel entrance). Restaurants nearby, shopping mall, buses and tram stops just steps away. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the free internet access is a plus. Breakfast is rather good. No comments.
The siye of the room and the coocking facilities inside the room. I also liked that the room, which was fairly cheap, had a bath.
It was very handy for the tram stop, all that was needed was 119 bus to Dejvicka then tram 20 toUjezd cost about £1 Taxi was much more expensive. resteraunts round about good, easy to walk to all points of interest.Staff helpful breakfasts good junior suite good value
staff was annoyed, the blow-dryer in a room was broken and remained so even after asking for it to be repaired in the first morning and the shower was dirty and stayed that way(easily noticable by a few black long hairs stuck to the wall that were already there before us and stayed there until our departure),the blankets were thin and the room cold
Centrally located, everything is reachable on foot (or by tram) Breakfast room sometimes crowdy and some more variation for longer stays would be nice, nevertheless, the breakfast was OK.
Location in the city Internet wireless was not available in our room
The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to restaurants and walking distance to major attractions in Prague (St. Charles Bridge, Astronomical Clock, St Vitus Cathedral, Prague Castle, Jewish Quarters, etc). Staff was nice and accommodating (they helped with our parking and request for addition bed). Buffet breakfast was good. Good selection of meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, yogurt and juices. However for hot items like eggs & ham you need to go about 45 minutes before breakfast ends in order to get them otherwise nothing but leftovers.
Excellent 3 star hotel very friendly staff excellent location for all attractions 5 min walk to national theatre.Tram service is excellent and is only 1 min walk from the hotel.Any ballet fans the national theatre is a must.
cleanliness and location
Nice and helpful staff. Reserved parking in front of the hotel without asking for it. Good location, close (easy walking distance) to sites to visit. Nice apartments, providing comfortable accommodation for a family of four persons.
The hotel staff are providing excellent service, they are very cheerful. The breakfast was much better than one can expect from a three-star property. The only negative thing was that we didn't have place at the hotel's garage however Krystina at the reception booked us a slot in another one which was a little bit far about 5 mins walk. That was the only inconvenience...
The reception staff are nice.
Excellent hotel and would definitely stay again! Less expensive than in old town Prague but very accessible with trolleys just 5 minutes walk. Quiet, small street. Excellent, bountiful breakfast and very helpful, friendly staff.
The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet district of Prague, near the river, quite close to Karluv Bridge (about 15 min. walk). The room was clean and very big, although the view from the window could have been better. Good breakfast, quite a variety of food. There are only 6 or 7 parking places in the backyard, we ordered one during the reservation process and it was waiting for us.The hotel is just an ordinary standard, but comfortable enough for the weekend stay. Good value for money.
Great central location, neat, clean, good facilities - internet, breakfast buffet, excellent service from friendly staff!
Quality price is amazing. The hotel was cleaner then 200Euro/night I've been before. Really close (100m) from public transportation (Metro). Private parking. Nothing bad to say!
Hotel was very nice and clean, everything brandnew. Breakfast was ok as well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location of Hotel just a few steps from metro Area around hotel is not nice, nothing around, you always have to go by metro back to the city
Hotel is new, very clean, hotel stuff was very helpful. Metro station Jinonice is near, about 2-3 minutes by foot. Excellent parking (secured by cameras). Everything was excellent and suberb. There is no wireless internet in rooms, only wired internet.
This hotel is just good. If You travel by car it is very good. If You need fast transportation to city center it is perfect. We stayed 4 days and there was absolutely nothing serious to complain. Friendly and helpful staff. Cable internet works smoothly. Elevator straight to parking level - very helpful. Bed's mattress was weird - feels like on springboard - however surprisingly comfortable. Fridge and/or electric kettle would be nice. But if I could improve one thing I would choose breakfast - coffee is really good but slices of cheese and meat are so thin that You can hardly find it on the plate :)) What makes bad impression is also fact that nobody clears the table for more than 20 minutes so while eating You can enjoy view on the food rests left by other guests :)
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - especially the night receptionist. The location was great as it is only a minute away from the Metro station. Breakfast could have been better. You would need to be down for breakfast early to get any eggs which were cold anyway.
Lovely historical building with beautiful decor. Staff very attentive, from free champagne on checking in to help with local restaurants, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast excellent, dinner one night in hotel restaurant special deal 500 kc 3 courses lovely meal. Unfortunatley hotel too far from city centre. Told it was 10 min walk from Charles bridge more like 20 - 25. Too much after day sight seeing only reason would not recommend.
very nice pleace
Everything was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly (not the most common thing!), I booked short notice and arrived early but they were extremely accommodating and the room was ready almost immediately. Complimentary breakfast in my room was delicious. Room itself was very nice, bathroom was fantastic. Wish I had time to use the sauna! Location is great as well, I had been staying in Prague 3 but moved to hotel general after not being satisfied with the area. It is in a quiet neighborhood but a very short walk to all the sights in new/old town, and a short and lovely walk or tram ride up to small town. And there is a grocery, mall, and metro stop very close by as well. Couldn't have been happier here! Nothing, everything was fantastic.
Breakfast was wonderful! Satellite TV control was a little difficult to handle and there were too many porn stations.
great service location
Excellent hotel. Service was extremely efficient and very friendly. Food was great and we enjoyed an evening in the wine cellar. Had a very enjoyable time here. Great restaurant on the boat about 100 metres from the hotel Slightly too far to be comfortable to walk back from town after a long day sightseeing, but tram and underground very close. Minor point for what is a very nice friendly hotel.
convenient location for tourism.
very friendly staff, very nice rooms, very nice breakfast service, good location, we had a very nice stay there.
The hotel staff, rooms, breakfast and service was wonderful. The little touches were great; champagne upon our arrival, water on the night stand, welcoming letter, bathroom goodies, plush robes, well appointed rooms, location, breakfast, parking facility, check-out....We had a 5 star stay at the Hotel General!
I did not at all expect what I found at Hotel General. Excellent service in a beautiful setting, the room was wonderfully decorated. The staff were the most helpful I have experienced so far after travelling over four weeks in Europe. I would highly recommend it.
The room was clean and confortible and a very frendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast and a beutifully decorated hotel. Short walk to Metro, Trams and shopping mall. Noise from street if window was open.
The rudest and unfriendly receptionists I have ever met.
Service attitude is very good, and breakfast is delicious
The location was great. Tram stop right beside and metro only a short walk.
Great location very near the Metro and a large shopping centre. The breakfast at Hotel Arbes was excellent, very large choice. Although Wi Fi access was supposed to be free anywhere in the hotel we had trouble logging on to their system and the staff did not seem able to solve the problem. The hotel does have a computer on the main floor for guests to use though so we used that.
warm and nice rooms, good breakfast, good location, excellent value for money Tv sat has no international channels except two english ones
The staff were very friendly and professional, the breakfast exceded our expectations and the location is great. The beds are way too hard, which is the only negative thing I have to say about Arbes.
Hotel is in a perfect location, just outside the touristic area but in about 15 mins you're in the middle of the old city. Extensive choices for breakfast, many kinds of bread and sweet rolls, fruits and vegetables (tomatoes, peppers) and yoghurts. Room could have been cleaned better.
Great location. All the staff were very helpful. The room was clean. On the whole excellent value for what we paid. Not a proper double bed. Single mattresses and duvets.
Friendly staff, good value for money, quiet location, relatively close to the city center
The staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Excellent hotel for the price we paid - no real problems at all. The internet in the lobby was not working for the whole of our stay (4 days), and would have preferred a bit more variety in the breakfast. It was quite noisy at night as our room looked onto the road.
the nice staff, the view from the windows over the river and the atmosphere on the river, the many new towels - and the good dinner-kitchen. The breakfast was international and ok - could have been even better with daily fresh baked bread - and honey. the music in the restaurant some times was too loud...
It is realy a very nice feeling when you wake up in the morning, open the curtain and see the water from the water level. Rooms were small and dusty. They even didnt add new soups and there were no other shampoo. You can easily hear the noise from the other rooms and restaurant. The location was also not so favourable. You need to walk quite long to the metro or tram and at nights you feel realy alone on this road. When I arrived in Prag I thought that I could find a bettr location. Nevertheless wathing the wiew in the mornings was perfect.
helpful staff, close to the city centre (approx.25 min), free parking small & stuffy cabin, no wlan in the room
We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this beautiful Botel.the staff were cordial and helpful.the location is very ideal, within walking distance of scenic places. the botel has a beautiful balcony restaurant where one can relax and enjoy the veiws without needing to step out. lastly, the breakfast is varied and excellent. highly recommended!
A great welcome. Very accommodating staff and great food in the restaurant.
the staff were extremely helpfull.and the restaurant was very good although there wasnt a great deal on offer at breakfast times the boat yard next door were piling for quite long periods which was very noisy
The room was cute and cozy. I liked being on the River. The breakfast was excellent. Don't pay in Euros for your stay. My boyfriend and I paid in euros and afterwards they told us about the 6% commision rate and charged us an extra 20 euros. The botel is located about a 15-20 minute walk away from the main attractions.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week end stay. All staff very friendly & helpful, would recommend to others. Restaurant very nice, excellent food & service. Thank you to Tony & all the other staff
It was clean efficient and the staff on reception could not have been more helpful.
very romantic, fairly good breakfast a bit of a walk to the center if you dont like to take public transportation.
Rooms very comfortable and staff really friendly. Found it easily using public transport.
Bed size very good
The room was really quiet and clean. The blackout curtains were great! The hotel isn't exactly in the main touristy areas, however you can certainly walk there...not sure how I would feel about doing that at night though!
The staff was very friendly The room was very tiny, very noisy street, 5 channels instead of satellite TV, far from center.
Only 5 tv channels only news channel worked. No tea or coffee making facilities
Good breakfast, good location out of centre but still handy for most sightseeing. Right next to the Staropramen brewery! Rooms facing the front were noisy from the road, request a room not facing the front. No bath in bathroom, very good shower though.
-room, design, breakfast
Clean hotel, not too far from the center of the city, quite close to the metro station, possible to pay by Krone or Euro. Breakfast could be better,
I'm a frequent traveler to Prague and have pretty much experience with hotels over there. La Boutique is a great design hotel! A real gem among Prague's hotels. And I believe the most affordable design hotel in Prague. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Spotless rooms, very good housekeeping service. The hotel is less than a year in operation so everything is brand new. Location is great - very close to everything. Breakfast is above 4* standard. And free Wi-Fi internet - a feature you hardly find in other hotel in Prague. Can be a little noisy if your room is facing the brewery.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room quality above average compared to other European hotels in the similar €60 price range. Parking is not cheap but is convenient - park outside the hotel to drop your bags, then it is about 50m up the hill in an open air gated car park. Staff will need to give you a key for the boom gate. Only a few blocks from Andel subway station and walking distance (~10 min) to city centre. Was placed on the ground level which was subject to some foyer noise, although it could be minimised by closing all doors in the entry way.
