It was very clean. There was A/C and TV in the room. The breakfast had a variety of pastries, coffes and more. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. No
The hotel is very nicely decorated and super clean. The first day we were met by a very nice lady who spoke english really well. All the other staff were also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, they made a perfect cappuccino. It was a little too expensive but we were there in high-season. The room was small but otherwise very nice.
clean comfortable quite and friendly
Nice staff. In a quiet street, but still in walking distance to the beach and city centre. Parking included.
Hotel quiet at night, comfortable room & bed, staff friendly, but could not speek english, apart from receptionist Gisela, who speek good english & is very helpfull , beach a 10 min walk away, but no problem.
This hotel is very new. The bathroom was amazing - the best shower we had in Sicily. The balcony was a good size. It was in a quiet area. Breakfast served in the open air was excellent. Unfortunately, mosquitoes ruined the night for me. The hotel is also a fair distance from the beach - a little far to walk. Nevertheless overall it is very good value for a hotel in a very popular beach resort.
Nice and clean hotel. Only two years old. Great stay.
Super friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, and our Italian was next to non-existent.
Lovely hotel - very clean and nice staff The beds were very small and the breakfast could be extended a bit to include more than pastries.
Very helpful staff ! Clean and close to the beach. Will definitely recommend
The balcony was well equipped with comfortable furniture and you could sit and relax and enjoy the garden in peace. A broom for the balcony would have been useful.
the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. We couldnt have asked for more. nothing was too much trouble. We highly reccomend this hotel, and would love to return. the resort is also a very pleasant, quiet and frindly place too.
The room was very nice and clean and the location was fantastic for the beach and bars/restaurants/shops. There was one member of staff in particular who was very helpful and we relied upon this person a lot for getting the hot tub working! Apart from one member of staff, I was not very impressed by the other staff that much - they did not seem overly helpful. The breakfast wasn't anything special either (though I think our expectations were too high).
The hotel itself is quite nice - very mediterranean feel to the theme of the rooms and entrance. Location is good - right in front of the port and only a 5 minute walk from San Vito lo Capo. I would recommend this hotel during the tourist season when there are actually people around The staff did not seem to be pleased to have us as guests (we were the only guests there). They were not very friendly and didn't speak much English. I would not recommend going to San Vito lo Capo out of season - there is literally nothing to do! We couldn't even rent a bicycle. The lady in the tourist office barely spoke English. We cut short our trip and went to Trapani instead
Friendly atmosphere and efficient service
Went to the beach during the day, and went on the strip to restaurants at night. Shower was akward. Water would go into the bathroom when you opened the door.
Terrific food and good wine selection
staff was very friendly a little noisy
Very close to the beach. The staff was nice and attentive. The hotel was ecofriendly. No wifi in the room, only in the reception area. Unnecessary to change towels everyday. Matresses and pillows not soft enough.
Excellent location on the beach, and still easy to park. Not the most comfortable room/beds.
Great position, good value for thr money. Noisy if you get a room at the back street. Go to breakfast before 9 o'clock if you want to eat something, or else you won't have much to eat, because they do not refill, although breakfast is 8-10.
Hotel is situated on the boardwalk and only a few meters to the cleanest white sandbeach.
Very nice staff, great location.
beach there was only one person who speaks english rather poorly, the rest can't speak english at all. It's unreasonably expensive for couples with children -- 250 Euro per day!
Close to the beach
The location in front of the beach is fantastic. The room was clean and confortable. The terrace facing the see is a must. If you rent one of the three rooms with terrace ("superioir double room") the view from the room is unforgettable (we did not regret the extra money we paid for it!). Breakfast was ok. I did not try the Wi-fi connection. The veranda where breakfast is served is lovely. Only very few TV channels are available and the quality of signal was very poor. But you don't go there to watch television ... And the garage is too expensive (18 Euro per night at the beginning of October seems too much).
Fantastic staff, excellent breakfast and excellent location - right by the beach. The booking description of the room was inacurate. A "standard room with panoramic balcony" did not have a balcony nor a panoramic view. We were told by the staff that this misunderstanding was a quite frequent occurence... better change it on the booking site.
Location to the beach was good, staff were friendly rooms were clean. Booking.com had falsely described a jacuzzi bathtub, in fact there was no bathtub at all and the jucuzzi element was non existent. Free wifi was not included as per description it was 3 euros for 3 hrs at 120 euro a night this should be a basic facility. Booking.
Staff were very courteous and professional. Breakfast was excellent contrary to some of the reviews I had read. Location is excellent (quiet and close to beach, restaurants, etc.) Hope to return again!
Location close to the beach and away from the sounds of the centre, but still close. Very friendly and sweet staff! Beautiful colorful room.
Location - close to the beach and short stroll from the town Not the hotels fault but there was a lot of mosquitos in the room and we were badly bitten, breakfast offered a small selection and often no fruit but the pastries were very good
Lo staff del hotel particolaremente Francesco and also Anna y Theresa chè fanno tutto per ayutare, they are very nice young people trying their best to help and always smiling and checking if everything is OK. Katia the owner is a very warm woman with a unique sens of welcoming her guests. The hotel is very well situated not in the center but very close to the beach and is very new , beautifully decorated, clean, all in a charming atmosphere.
clean hotel with design interior, very affable personnel, it's close to a beach Monotonous and small breakfast
The staff was fantastic! no
right next to the beach great view of the mountain ridge clean room great value free wifi was fast shower was somewhat small
This is newly built hotel to a good standard SKy was not international, only italian. No internet access
Staff was very friendly and helpful. One person spoke good English and made our stay much easier. Rooms were on the small side and beds too hard.
Quiet location, on edge of beach, but close enough to Via Savoia for restaurants etc V poor services, no restaurant, or any kind of food available during day (a problem when storm came and we were stranded in hotel!). Breakfast was awfully cheap, more appropriate to a hostel rather than a +€100/night hotel, this point alone would stop be coming back to this hotel.
Quiet friendly hotel, within walking distance of the town centre. Bus service stops at the hotel every 15 minutes. Staff very friendly and helpful. No
The Hotel was located very close to the beach - 1 minute walk. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent and served on the roof terrace with a good view of the mountain. The hotel is located in a more residential area, though still only 10 mins away from the main area
The atmosphere is rather warm and familiar, the rooms are clean. It was unpleasant to discover upon arrival the constraints due to the very restrictive parking policy imposed by the local authorities - possibly we would have not rented a car in Palermo, had we known about those in advance. Also, be aware that there are various car-parkings either for free or for no more than 5 euro/day in the surroundings.
It was very convenient regarding access to the beach & it had a roof top terrace which was pleasant for sitting in when it was too windy at the beach. The hotel was in a residential area away from the main touristy area. There were a few local shops nearby where we were able to purchase bread, prepared sandwiches etc at a very reasonable price for lunch, which we ate on the roof terrace.
I did not like anything about staying in these accomendations but the restaurants in the area were excellent We were very unhappy with our stay. Our paper work said our stay would be 80 euro per night. Then when we went to pay they said there was a Fee of 50 euro for cleaning. They did not clean our apt. while we were there for 2 days or bring fresh towels and we even had to buy our own toilet paper.I called booking.
Location was excellent. Minutes away from the beach.Staff were friendly & very helpful. Rooms were clean & confortable. A minor complaint-shower cubicle was very small.
The room was good and the hotel was not far from the sea See comment on 1 above.
staff, breakfast location and food
Staff was very friendly. The owner allowed us to park our car at his house after we had checked out, so that we could enjoy some extra time at the beach. Shower was very tiny and did not have hot water.
Fantastic location, not far from beach. Wonderful breakfast to start our hard days of sitting on the beach and eating gelato. It is rated at 2 star but I would say it was more than that. Staff were very helpful and made reservation for us at a wonderful restaurant called Il Giardino (not sure about spelling), but the food was the best we had in Sicily. Would definately go back but would stay longer. Very close to the main shops and gelaterias!
location was excellent, breakfast was great. noisey doors, had to slam them to shut them. echoey all round so could not sleep very well.
Close to the beach, lovely restaurants closeby.
Location is unbelievable! All I can say is heaven in ultimate paradise! Can't complain about a thing! Definitely can't wait to go back! Nothing I didn't like yet if you do want a good breakfast get there before 9
Nice beach, very good location - in front of the beach. Rooms clean, nice. Breakfast was very poor and wasn't fulfilled so if you sleep until 9 (breakfast is served till 10 am) you won't probably get any fruits or ham... Unprofessional and mean breakfast waiter.
We appreciated the accommodating service by staff The room was cold at night
the staff, the location its only 2 minutes to the main street ,the food, free sunbeds and umbrella for the beach ;most other hotels charged!..... and just sitting outside with a drink admiring the view! only thing was the laundry above the 2nd floorthere are only 2!, you can hear the washing machinesand spin dryers starting up and they last a while, but this is at around 8.30 in the morning when your getting up for breakfast, its really not a problem unless you like to stay in your room a lot ! and with that incredible beach outside why would you want to! i dont think this would happen with the sea view rooms though.
This hotel, in my opinion, is the best on the arrangement at coast of San Vito Lo Capo. Unique lack - mosquitoes which do not allow to have a rest comfortably.
nice little village the food was disappointing and not value for monet. When I asked for pepper on my pasta I was offered a sachet not what one would expect in an Italian restaurant. Food was poor quality breakfast very poor no fresh fruit . egg dish poor quality and cold no bacon but fried ham cold all in all transport cafe on motorway would have done better.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even gave me a packed lunch for the beach every day. Couldn't find any faults with my stay there. Very enjoyable especially as I was a solo traveller.
The hotel was quite new, and located 100 meters from the beach. The room was big, with balcony, and a big bathroom. It was cleaned every day.Staff was very helpfull durind the stay, and excellent breakfast.
It is within easy walking distance of all restaurants and the beach is just down the street. The staff was very friendly, helpfull and could speak English. Rooms are spacious with aircon in the Sicilian heat. Breakfast variety good.
The owners of the hotel were as accommodating and friendly as could be. The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. My main gripe with the hotel was the noise of the plumbing. Whenever a toilet was flushed the pipes made an horrendous noise which was quite a problem during the night. All the rooms do not have a blacony or terrace and the first room we stayed in was quite dark and felt boxy but we were moved to a room with a window to outdoors which made the room much brighter.
Location and friendliness of staff It would have been good to have a fridge in the room, but we had access to the one in the kitchen.
Clean, central, friendly staff None
Maria, the owner is American / Sicilian and she gave a really warm and friendly welcome. I requested a taxi in advance to take me to the airport which was all arranged for me. Breakfast was really pleasant in the hotel garden. Staff were very nice and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay here. San Vito lo Capo is a lovely seaside town.
friendly personnel, clean roooms, distance from beach There was no refrigirator, too much noise in the groundfloor(from entrance-reception)
