Hotel rooms were very clean, staff were very helpfull and they are speeking english very well. location of hotel near the lotte world advantur, which was very good for our kids. it was far away from the downtown and main shoping centeres.
The all essential facilities were fully equipped in the hotel and the guest room was clean and sufficiently spacious. The majority of clerks were able to speak Japanese and it seems very convenient for us to explain the difficult situation in case of sudden emergency. There was no explanation in regard to extra services provided by the hotel when we checked in. Therefore, we felt inconvenient for transportation to the center of the Seoul as well as dinning at night. Overall, this hotel was good, however, if they could provide more considerate service to guests, the quality of the hotel was more improved.
when we arrived there wasn't any kingsize bed for our reservation, so they gave us an upgrade without additional penny ! there were plenty of issues while ordering a movie.
The location and the staff at the hotel was always very helpful and courteous. English was never a problem.
The staff was very polite and prompt. Also it was very convinient to get through all the territory which includes shopping area, adventure and food courts, thus it does need to get out. Yes, the stuff knows english very few, so I had some language difficulties to explain what I'd like when it conserned complicated things. Forexample, they had changed my keys so once I could not get into my room, and the porter coudnot explain me what had happend. They must have good english working at the International hotel.
Very convenient for going to lotte world. But that only really needs one day. Easy access to subway. Lobby lounge is a joke $25 for a glass of wine, way over priced, even considering korean inflated wine prices. Rooms don't feel 5-star, a bit small and could use a more thorough updating. Perhaps some plugs near the bed for cellphone charging.
Hotel Cello is quite near to main road. Convenient access to Jamsil Train Station, about 5mins walk. Pictures of individual rooms are displayed at reception for customers to choose. Every room is uniquely and beautifully done up. Thumbs up for a motel standard. Toothpaste and shower foam in toilet are re-used items but new Tooth brush are given.Travellers are advised to bring own toiletries if not comfortable to use something that was used by someone else previously.
The room facilities.
The room was exceptionally equipped - Jacuzzi, dry/wet sauna (in the room!), 52" plasma, computer with Internet connection (plus free WiFi) No breakfast or possible to purchase breakfast nearby. It seems like a hotel used for couples and it is located in the darker side of Seoul.
the room is small but complete, with a large tv and a pc with free internet this hotel is far from the centre of the city
Jacuzzi))) PC with internet The room was not clean enough, some garbage in the corners, behind Tvset and so on.
