It was close to the city center. The 14 bus took us straight to the train station and the stop was just around the corner from the hotel. The hotel had 24 staff at the front desk, and even extra pillow and blanket in the room closet. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast... full of carbs.... would have been nice to have some hard boiled eggs or something... but we understand that it isn't like that in Italy.
The room was very spacious and very neat, clean and tidy. The atmosphere was pleasing. The price could inlcude breakfast & the rooms can have fridge & kettle.
The hotel looked and was very clean. Great location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone Only bad thing was when I checked in it took 20mins as staff were taking and did not acknowledge me
Excellent location and for the price we paid 65 euro per night quality of the room and hotel more than expected. only professional complainers might find anything negative Everything was ok
Clean hotel and clean room. Only a few steps to the bus stop for the center and the train station. Exceptional staff, always willing to help. Short walking distance to Santa Croce.
Large, spacious room for 4 adults and reasonable walking distance from Florence town and main attractions like the Uffizi museum and Duomo. Bathroom kept flooding when using the shower and one staff member was a bit rude.
Breakfast was good. Internet access was good. Staff were helpful and quite friendly. The restaurant was very, very ordinary.
Hotel was only 15 minutes away from the center. Romms were small but comfortable. Good value for the money paid. Airconditioning was not warming up the room but after complaining at the reception, it was fixed. There were no shower gel, soaps provided but we had our so it was not a problem. I was surprised though that for a 3 star hotel this was not the case. The street where the hotel is is busy but our room was on 4th floor so there was not so much noise.
Very modern unique design, clean room and friendly staff, and affordable price; If there is a refrigerator, that will be better.
nice hotel & room with beautifel view. very helpful and nice stuff a littel bit far from the center
Friendly staff, great restaurant ! , Bit far from the city but easily accessible by bus. Breakfast basic but in line with most hotels in Italy
it was clean. Every day they changed everything and the room and bed was comfortable. The Breakfast although it said it was till 10:30 after 9.30 only some things were available. Also no laundry service or 24hour bar available as claimed in the site. Just some sodas and biscuits in the shop.
Close to airport, very clean, quiet
Quality of food in restaurant was excellent (this made up for lack of meal options surrounding the hotel)! Wonderful service. Hotel was a reasonable distance from city centre, though regular bus services operate from bus stop <100m from hotel door. Bar staff seemed a little inexperienced, and bar lacked some stock.
On the outskirts of Florence with a good bus service into the centre. Very good for people arriving by car as the parking is free. The hotel also has free wifi which is virtually unheard of in Italy! A clean, no frills hotel - very suitable for a short stay. Smarter than most of its counterparts in France. Traffic noise was a problem as it overlooks a very busy road.
friendly staff, comfortable rooms
Location is pretty convenient for getting easily and quickly to the airport. Free parking was a big plus. There're some good pizza restaurants nearby. Hotel is standard, and clean. Excellent price.
I liked the convenience to the airport. I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport. When I checked in (a woman behind a counter with a cash register) assured me she would have a taxi ready for me to go to the airport. She did not tell me that there would be 3 huge charges tacked on to the taxi fare: 1) for calling the taxi 2) a call earlier than 6:00 am and 3) suitcases. The taxi for the ride all 1.5 KM to the airport was almost 20 Euro. Whereas the taxi from the airport into Florence was 22 Euro, as was the taxi to the hotel from town. It would be very nice of the "staff" to have told me this fact. I would also have appreciated someone who reviewed the hotel to tell me this. I would have preferred to stay at a hotel that had an airport shuttle.
internet access, tv, nice and helpful staff no shower door, dirty walls
there are TV and PC in the room, well cleaned and cheap! The bath room was public, so we have to wait another customer.
24 hour reception; proximity to main rail station Toilet facilities sub-standard, poor housekeeping in this respect; toilet adjacent to our room was in view of the reception desk; compared to other hotels we used the bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked.
The hotel is very close to train station and city center- so good for the ones who come to Firenze by train and stay a few days. The bathrooms were oldlooking and not that clean. The hotel is not suitable for long stays.
The location was close to the train station, and within walking distance from all the main sights in the city. The staff were friendly and ever so ready to help and suggest places to visit. The room was clean, cheery, spacious and felt like home. Wifi internet access was a definite bonus.
laid-back atmosphere hardly warm water
Location to the train station. The night staff was very loud (watching TV at reception desk loudly and skyping with family and friends on computer and talking very loudly)
too noisy, wind penetrate everywhere
The staff was great. Loved the air conditioning and central location of the hotel and a computer in the room was awesome and a fridge as well! No complaints
The hotel was pleasant and clean. Small refrigerators in the rooms were a nice touch. The location was convenient and interesting. The price was very reasonable. An elevator would have been nice. Twice I found restroms without toilet paper.
Excellent hotel with well equipped fitness room and several other facilities. Good breakfast.
Very good location of the hotel, very nice hotel staff, clean and well furnished rooms fitness was not well equiped
THe location was excellent, quiet at night We both would have liked tea and coffe making facilities in our room. Also an iron
Good location, staff very helpful
very mediocre .basic facilities such as tea coffee provision in rooms were missing.rooms were overheated
Desighn, comfort, prices, location
Very comfortable big room as well as bathroom! Big safety deposit box, free internet.Room very clean.Breakfast area also big and nicely organized and decorated.Very kind and helpful staff .
Proximity to city & all attractions also very quiet n/a
Convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable room.
The hotel is modern, comfortable and the staff are extremely helpfull and friendly. The hotel staff make good recommendations for restuarants, day trips etc. The hotel is about 10-15 mins walk from most of the action. It can be a little exhausting walking the sites, then going out at night. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Not a bad location, rooms are nice and clean. We asked for a room with a bath, and they upgraded us to the executive room for free. No parking.
Quiet and clean accomodations.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Accommodation were nice. While somewhat far from the center of town, walking environment nice along the river.
We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Very comfortable and great staff
Room too hot, air conditioning not working
The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was great, and the breakfast was the best! The location was about 15-20 minute walk from most of the sites. Not a bad walk, but makes it hard to go back and forth.
Great deal & stay
The staff were very good at what they do and very helpful and eager to serve your every need. Thankyou for making our stay so memerable No English entertainment TV.ie Movies and etc
We enjoyed the Starhotel Michelangelo. It wasn't as close to the sights as I would have liked, but it had good, easy parking and a large room for my entire family of 5 to sleep comfortably. We also have a gluten free diet that they had no problem accommodating at both dinner and breakfast. My only complaint is that it isn't as close to the sights as many other hotels are. This hotel was worth the stay and the price.
Very clean hotel and a comfortable stay.
The coffie at the breakfast table was terrible.
It's a lovely, small pension-type hotel with a lot of character, run by a very friendly & helpful brother & sister. It's very well located & within walking distance of all the sights. Breakfast is good & they serve great coffee!
Fantastic!! Have stayed there several times. Only hotel in Florence I go to.
None The bathroom. There is no separate partition for shower, only shower curtain. Hence after shower, entire bathroom is wet.
Location of the hotel was excellent. Very central but very quiet. Staff were very friendly. Good size room. Overall very good value for money.
Owner was very helpful, hotel was nice & clean, good location for the city & the train station. Difficult to find initially.
Staying at Casa Howard was one of the most pleasant experiences and a highlight of our trip thus far. The room we stayed in, the game room, also known as the terrace room was as charming as could be! The terrace is so peaceful and quiet and is such an added bonus! The location is great, too. Not too far from the train station, yet close to shops and restaurants. The staff at Casa Howard was so welcoming and very accommodating as well. We loved our stay in Florence and Casa Howard and would recommend it to anyone. I will definitely stay here the next time I travel to Florence.
Location Florence is a city with idiosyncratic hotels. I travel a lot. This is an odd place. Almost a ritual just to get in and out. Not for those expecting the conventional. Pleasant staff but this place is "out there". FaultyTowers meets Apocalypse Now.
Our only complaint - the 'erotic book' mentioned on the booking form failed to materialise!
The guest house is perfectly located, feels like being invited in a firenze's friend's guest house, the decor of the room was really perferct and innovative, huge shower in the room, nice wall fabrics, nice bed, very comfy, nice view, we loved the secret room! Very nice personnel le breakfast est cher pour ce que c'est et non compris dans le prix, c'est le seul point négatif pour le lieu, on s'attendrait à avoir un breakfast un peu plus conséquent!
The hotel room is very beautiful, stylish and comfortable, and their air-con work very well. I love this hotel and we have a present stay. I sure will recommend this hotel to my friend. there is around 15mins walk from the train station to the hotel, it is a bit tough for people who with luggages and during the very hot weather.
The rooms and the hotel staff are very friendly, and its close to the center of Florence.
hotel was very clean and staff friendly and helpful. It states they serve American breakfast, unfortunately this is not what I would describe as American breakfast having travelled many times to the USA. I asked for fried eggs, sunny side up as served in USA to be told that would be an extra charge. No choice of eggs only scrambled supplied. No mushrooms or hash browns etc.Dissappointed as this was not what you would expect. The continental breakfast was good.
Good position, good rooms and a nice breakfast. I would expect to have the free wifi/cable internet access in the room package
Excellent room, reliable air conditioning, all facilities new and fresh. Checking in easy, lots of dining choices in neighborhood--and easy access to key Florence sites.
It's cenral location and upmarket clientele Rooms too small and the complementary coffee making facilities need to be asked for. Breakfast too basic.
Very nice rooms, good breakfast, central location (by foot less than 15 minutes to the dome), private parking,... There is no guarantee for the parking, so it might be that it is full and the private garages are very expensive…
excellent position to centrum and very good parking very complicated and expensivve internet service
I enjoyed the convinience of the hotels location and the easily accesible parking area. During our visit the air conditioning was not turned on and the rooms were very hot, and when we inquired about it, the staff told us to open the windows.
Not bad. While it is not a designer hotel, it is still good value for a hotel close to train station and major tourist site. We had a triple room which was spacious enough for three adults. Room clean, breakfast average. Shower is a bit small.
We arrived by car so we were looking for somthing close to the city, but not in it. The hotel was very convenient to the highway, but still quiet, and did not charge for parking. Breakfast was very good, room was big, internet downstairs, easy and direct bus to the city center. If I were going to Florence again with a car, I would stay here again. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Fitness room was outdated, but pool was nice. Exterior is outdated as well but not a big deal to me.
The hotel is too far from the city centre and the transportation is insufficient, the personnel is not enough to serve all the customers with efficiency and finally, the reason why we booked this hotel was only the facility of the pool which was not finally provided. The pool was closed due to the bad weather 10 days before our arrival, and they had not done something to open it again in the meantime. If they had informed us in advance about the lack this main facility, we would have been able to change our reservation and stay in a hotel in the city centre and avoid all the inconvenience that we faced.
The pool area was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Sadly, the food that we ordered in the restaurant was terrible.
Parking space. Proximity to the autostrada. Definetely an old place not worthing the 4 stars, nor the price. Very depressing appearence. Lady at the front desk willing and helpful but desperetely alone for a morning shift.
The best points for this hotel are the location (proximity of the highway, excellent as a starting point for trips in Tuscany), the availability of the 3rd bed (for children) and the free large parking. The hotel looks very outdated and definitely overrated (3 stars maximum). It is mainly used as a transit point for tourists. Breakfast is a nightmare if you don't wake up early in the morning, as the restaurant is completely devastated by the tourists groups, and the 2 people caring about cleaning the mess and bringing new foods are completely overloaded. The pool opening time makes it useless (10-19) as this is the time period people usually make trips. The only day we arrived earlier in the idea of using the pool (18:30) we found out that it was closed as the guy in charge left earlier.
None yes they did not have hot water in my room, plus the tempt. was very high
very nice staff at the front desk the service at the bar and restaurant is absolutely non exisitant, we had to wait 45min after our main course to get the bill which we did not ask for, we wanted a dessert and a coffe but it was obviously to much to ask for. There is no other restaurant around the hotel otherwise we would have left the table after the 20 min we were seated with not even a "hello".
Big pool, Busstop near the hotel to downtown Florence, additional bed for the child was a very uncomfy couchbed, staff could be more friendly
Staff extremely helpful
Hotel location is easy to find. English speaking front desk personnell. Free covered parking. Excellent breakfast buffet and waiting staff, all the expresso and cappuccinos you can drink, eggs, bacon, sausages and baked goods. Rooms are quiet and closed drapes make room totally dark. We booked here because of the advertised swimming pool facility. After we checked in we were told that swimming pool was closed because hotel was taken over by new management which did not know how to sanitize the pool. My kid and I were very disappointed about this and I wish Holiday Inn told us ahead about their pool problems. On first night the a/c on both rooms didn't work, I asked front desk lady for help and she told me all windows must be closed for the a/c to work. Did as she told me but a/c never turned on. Next day hotel engineer told us we had to set a/c control to hot instead of cold for a/c to work...why didn't I think of that? A/C worked fine then, a more professional staff could have spared us the trouble, H/I work on this
Balcony on top floor. No kettle (tea/coffee) in the room. No mini bar. Check out time is too early, should make exceptions and not charge an extra day because you're late leaving.
service at the front desk was great aside from getting up to take a early morning run only to find the doors locked because the guy at the front desk was sleeping in the reception area poor job of servicing rooms, did not replace empty soap bottles or used plastic cups
breakfast a little limited
The hotel staffs were very nice, very good customer service. The bed quality isn't that good. I book for full size bed, but it turned out to be two twin size beds put together and I can feel the line in the middle. Their AC system will not turn on until summer I guess. On the night that I stayed in Florence it was hot and humid but there was no AC in the room. I had to open the window all night.
The location was fantastic - we could walk to everything. The breakfast was teriffic - good choice and plentiful. I think the bathroom showerstall could use better cleaning - too much mold for my liking. Just use a bleach solution in a spray bottle and leave it for a few minutes and it should rinse clean in no time!
Why didn't a member of staff empty the ashtrays in the central courtyard, what a shame it was unkempt and grubby.
Very comfortable room, nicely decorated. Quiet, friendly atmosphere, very relaxing. Breakfast was excellent. Location of the hotel was good, situated in a pleasant riverside area of the city within reasonable walking distance of the centre
Hotel River is a comfortable well situated hotel, putting just the right distance between you and central Florence, achieving relative peace and quiet while remaining within easy striking distance of all the main sights (The hotel is and particularly handy for Santa Croce). The hotel has some character (my room had a nice fresco on the ceiling and generally was nicely designed). On the whole the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and fluent in English which helped to develop a nice holiday atmosphere. Only a handful of rooms have a river view apparently but perhaps you wouldn’t want those because of noise from the road which runs in front of the river (Lugarno Zeccchi Vecchia). My room (facing into courtyard) was very quiet. The breakfast was very poor - stale rolls and terrible coffee (also yoghurts, toast and some not very appealing ham). It is not that difficult or expensive to provide good quality fresh bread, butter and coffee? Within the budget of a 3 star hotel this seems a very strange place to cut corners; it does not save much money and has quite a significant impact on customer satisfaction I imagine. Secondly I would like to ask the management what on earth do you think that loud piped music is achieving? It is not any style of music that I recognise and it was played at all times of day and night. I notice that other reviewers have mentioned this but it seems that no notice has been taken. If you hear this strange noise in your room, dial 9!
Excellent staff, very imprressed with integrity as we left a camera in the lobby and the staff found it and kept it for us until we passed through Florence a week later on our way home
staff friendly and helpful Good location on river away from all the bustle of centre although longish walk for disabled or unfit guests First room assigned was on lower ground floor and was dark Second room was on 1st floor and was good
The staff were extremely cordial and well manered. They were always available with a helpful information when needed and accomodated our every request. The room was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable etc. We spent a lot of time in our room at night resting after a long days of sightseeing and really felt at home there. We liked that the hotel was away from the center. We were able to take a bus to the train station. On a return trip we are considering renting a car because the A1 is down the street and a car park around the corner.
very comfortable bit far out but still easy to get to
fresh and modern decor the room could have been larger, it was a little cramped.
The room was very well appointed and very quiet even though it faced a busy road. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was large. We had to leave before the complimentary breakfast was available and were presented with very generous breakfast bags to take with to the airport. That was a very nice touch.
The hotel was well kept and up to date, the staff very accommodating, the room was very clean, the beds comfortable. the bus to Florence central was very close or a taxi was about $20 for 3people. We stayed one night.
beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds with down filled plaids and cushions. breakfast was ok for italy hotel is on a main street which is extremly loud. Impossible to sleep with open window, no ventilation.
The coffee was very bad and weak. The choice of food for breakfast was poor.
Confort and easy to find it. No.
Modern facilities clean & bright hotel You need to ask why was the hotel restaurant very quiet in the evening although we did not use it.
We loved the friendly and accommadating staff, the shuttle into the city, and the comfortable, well-appointed rooms with all the neccessary amenities. And,of course, the bar with the American coctails!
Beautiful room, nice view, helpful staff, shuttle to city center also easy to reach the city center by bus no.22 witch stops just across the street Breakfast so simple but I think this is the european style breakfast as it was so much the same in other hotels! 10 minutes by shuttle or bus to city center
Hotel FAR exceeded our expectations. Specifically, it was immaculately clean, modern, comfortable, great bed, attractively decorated rooms, lovely bathroom. All in all, a delightful hotel. Two deficiencies: no English speaking TV news channel, and no airport shuttle. Although there is an infrequent free shuttle to and from downtown Florence.
Close to all sites, markets & transport.Very olde worlde on the outside, yet clean, yet clean with all mod cons inside.Easy access to transport. Close to all the markets & tourist sites. A little noisy at times with other residents slamming doors, wheeling suitcases & talking loudly in the corridors, late at night & in early hours of the morning.
bar not open sum nights
Good Breakfast...LOCATION...clean Room was very warm from afternoon until evening...all windows open, but a rare breeze only...and it was mid April !!
It's proximity to everything mosquitos when I left the window open.
When we couldn't find the place he talked us through the streests while we were on the cell phone then came out and waved us down! Location was wonderful.
locality excellent tea/coffee facility in room would be nice
Bathrooms were very nice, room was very clean. great location view was blocked with a scafflin in front of window blocking Duomo
It is literally next to the Duomo and incredibly easy to get to other local sites. A five minute walk in any direction will take you to the Academia, Uffizi museum, or Ponte Vecchio. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. If you don't get a room with a view, spend time on the terrace just off the breakfast room. Do so in the evening when musicians are playing down on the street. The only challenge is finding the front door. It is sandwiched in between shops and restaurants. Look for the name of the hotel on the building, and once you enter the passageway, you'll find the elevator up to the fourth floor where the lobby is.
Location was excellent, right in the city center with close proximity to all major landmarks. The elevator was not working during our stay, and the accomodation is at the 4th floor. They eventually got it to work, but would carry only one guest at a time. Internet would not connect, eventhough it was offered for free. No one to troubleshoot.
The Location of the Hotel and the quite and comfort of the room its great place to stay in Florence in the Center of the city every thing near by even the train station its 7 min walk i recommend
I felt at home. Your system with the lights.I guess if I had more time I could had trained myself to work them better.I think now that I am back home ,I have it figured out but too late.
The room and the hotel interieur it was a little bit too outside
The hotel was clean and elegant. Rooms and facilities were spacious and the service was excellent. The breakfast and gym were top-notch. The dinner, although good, was not as good value for money as I would have liked. Additional recreational facilities (spa, pool, biliard table, other) would have been a bonus.
Outside looking of the building was nice, the fee was cheap as a 5 star.
Quiet location, Senior bar, restaurant and porterage staff were excellent Management were not on the ball. Twice we complained about the smell coming from the waste pipe of the bath and nothing was done. Twice we returned to our room in the late afternoon and it had not been serviced. On the one evening we had dinner in the hotel there was a staffing problem and we (along with other guests) had to wait for ever for our food.
Beautiful room, luxurious bathroom, very comfortable bed, very nice and helpful staff. Very quiet environment and therefore relaxing. The best hotel I have ever stayed at in 30 years of travel. There was nothing I did not like.
comfort I would like the restaurant to have more choices on the menu Food could be a little better
The fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast. The staff really helped when they changed our room. The first junior suite was a loft bedroom, hot and viewless. The second one was lovely It was a little too far from the center. You have to like to walk a lot. It was the most expensive one on our trip and we thought it was overpriced.
Hotel was clean, staff were helpful & friendly. 30 min free wireless a day was useful. Close to train station and I liked the walk to the city centre (either along the river or the back streets which had quirky shops). Hmm the aircon was quite noisy (sounded like it was continuously raining) but it didn't worry me too much.
We arrived to a rude and dismissive front desk. They proceeded to tell us we couldn't stay in our room unless we paid 50 dollars more than what we paid with kayak. I said absolutely not. they said then we couldn't stay and they would still be charging us the full amount of the room. We left and did not stay there and now have to dispute these fraudulent charges with my credit card. Never stay here!!! Worst service ever!!!!
It was one of the places I have ever been ther eis nothing to complain
Lovely old Palazzo with great view over Florence, beautifull interior, beautifull rooms, great food. Attentive staff. Shuttle service to the city. Maybe a bit overstaffed. Dinner at restaurant very pricy. Restaurant is in a separate sort of modern conservatory, attached to the building, which is ok, but not as pretty as the palazzo, and cold (november), nevertheless the pretty heaters. We were wondering why the restaurant is not in the palazzo, would have been so much more lovely
Loved the views ocer Florence, the tranquility, the lush greens and "nothing-is-a-bother" attitude of all of the staff
Very good hotel with very good view and interior design. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent.
very good hotel very helpful staff!everything was perfect no
The amazingly friendly and helpful staff. There was nothing to dislike
It is good located in sightseeing.
Its nearness to all the important sights of Pisa. Not much.
The hotel is beautiful. Great location. Cosy. It reflects Florence at its best. The staff was great, friendly, helpful, knowledgable about the area, restaurants, shows. We had a great time. Our only complaint is Florence is a noisy city at night and that requieres windows that are soundproof. If they change this, its a 5 star for us.
The breakfast was excellent! The bathroom was poorly designed and getting out of the bathtub was downright dangerous! The bathtub was slippery and tall.
design, room, location, breakfast and every thing. Also I got upgrade and a bigger room. nothing
Greater choice for breakfast required
A great location within a few minutes walk of Santa Maria Novella train station and close to all the sights. A warm welcoming service. My single room was tiny although surprisingly comfortable. Street noise on a Saturday night was a major issue so brine ear-plugs.
The price is competitive at his standard. All the serving staf has showed their professionism. Location is quiet as well as easy access to train station. Room is small for triple.
The staff..... They were so helpful. They helped us plan our stay and ensured we made the most of our stay in Florence. And the complimentary cookies were a plesant surprise and was the free Internet service.
Bathroom was impeccable and, though small, what was hoped for and was a relief to find. Room was tiny but enough for a single traveller. Within easy walking distance of major attractions. Worth the bargain. Breakfast was not amazing but sufficient. No wifi in room. LAN plug supplied no longer sufficient in today's world.
I had an upgraded room. Comfy and nice! Kind and helpful staff. Hotel is close to the train station, close to the fiume Arno and main touristic sites. Not so nice area.
very kind and polite staff, cleanliness of room and almost new facilities
The staff remembered me from a previous stay and made me feel welcome
Helpful and approachable staff The room bathroom and shower were very small.
Good location, friendly staff, not big but very clean room. A lot of rent a car company (5 or 7) near, 5 min. by walk. Poor breakfest, problem with internet. A bit expensive.
very good staff, good prise for hotel services, very conviniet city bus to historic centre. the rooms are big, clean, very comfortable. mimimalistic, but pleasent interior.
Very nice modern looking hotel, somewhat in the outskirts of Florence, but only a 10min bus-ride to historic center and very close to airport as well. Nice breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff; overall pleasant hotel.
Comfort and facilities They dont provided dental and shaving kits even if you request it they send you to their shop were you have to buy 5 shaving machines. Ridiculous for a traveller. Not under Hilton expentations.
Professional staff and service and freshness of the hotel No
The room, excellent bath room, comfort and the terrace with coctails. Most of half of the breakfast was cold so we recommend not to pay for it but go outside to downtown.
Very helpful staff. Access to city bus was convenient. The bus ride to city center was about 15 minutes. Rooms were small but clean and well appointed.
The staff was very helpful and the room was really nice and clean. Also the shower was fantastic! The location - really far away from the centre and in not nice area.
nice and clean hotel
it is nearby the city center, and it had a garage for reasneble prices
clean, modern too noisy
only the location was fine. is the worst hotel i ever stayed. is like a hotel of 1-2 stars. the bathroom is a nightmare, it was a twin bed with holes in the mattress and it wasn't clean.
the exellent position in centro storico
The hotel facilities are quite poor. It is an old building which needs refurnishments. Toilets are extremely old. The shower and the WC are put together in several rooms, which provides unpleasant feelings from a hygienic point of view. Howeer, it is not a rare layout according to the hotel staff. We were a large group of friends and none of us will ever repeat the experience.
Hotel very central to the historic sites. Breakfast staff grumpy. Very poor breakfast.
Being close to the station and city center. The bathroom was so small and it smelled like draining.
fairly good location: in the downtown, close both to the railway station and to museums and other sites to visit. They offer free wi-fi Internet, though only at the lobby rooms decoration is a depressing nightmare. Also the first one room they gave me had window right on the backyard of a fish restaurant, was very noisy and smelled. When I refused, they gave a better room, but as I said.. decoration was very old-fashioned and depressing. Dark green walls with pictures of fish
