Didn't have a car and STILL haven't refunded me
Cons: I reserved and prepaid for a car only to find out when I went to pick it up they didn't actually have any cars available. After the stress of trying to find a different option was over I had to call because I never received a refund. I called back over a week later because still nothing. More than 2 weeks and still NO refund-- it was more than $300! Have called several times for an update but I'm told they are "processing the request"
