優點: Very luxurious, extremely friendly staff and a probably the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. We were there for our wedding night and the hotel very kindly upgraded us to an executive suite. The fact the hotel manager had hand-written a (fairly lengthy) congratulations card, and left us some 'congratulations' sweets and cakes was also a very thoughtful touch.
Would highly recommend for a treat or anyone looking for a bit of luxury in London.

缺點: 門外迺賓的需要改進！太市侩！早上我退房，我有二個箱子，在前台有一個服務生幫忙行旅，結算后出店外，兩個迊賓的來幫忙，（我朋友开曰本普通車來送机，）有一個好車又來到，其中一人馬上扭頭離開，結果我的行旅被地上一放，去幫他人，本來一个人可以完成的工作，另外兩人爭且又沒完成.結果付了兩个人各10鎊，扭头的人5鎊，5-10鎊的事，花了25鎊，還不舒服！其實可以不給迊賓的二人，想想最后一天，代表中國人，大气一些，不和你們這些虛偽的人計較！

缺點: Limited television satellite news channels (no CNN), limited television capabilities or a little bit difficult to find channels especially when one press button number 1. It doesn't recognize the difference between 1 and 11. Also it wasn't easy to find local BBC channels. No channel paper list in the room .

缺點: 地鐵通過的聲音很大, 對於淺眠者應該不好入睡.

缺點: 櫃檯人員服務態度很不好，剛好住到地下室房間，沒有電梯。另外距離帕丁頓車站很近，加上住在地下室，所以列車經過都會聽到列車行進的噪音，冷氣機的運轉聲也很大，房間有很濃的消毒味。
