缺點： The WiFi in most premier inns annoys me in this day and age

優點： 房間寬敞

缺點： 住無障礙房間，洗手間門需用力才能拉動關門！

優點： 這個距離t4很近，適何來轉機過夜，早餐多樣化。

優點： Great value with very comfortable bed and convenient location right next to Heathrow. Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. Restaurant meals were excellent.

缺點： Entertainment facilities

優點： Only a very short walk to Terminal 5, best location for the perfect start to your travel plans. We used the Spa and had great cocktails in the evening for the perfect start to our holiday.

缺點： The internal rooms are dark

優點： Ideal for early morning flight from Heathrow Terminal 5. Did not use it but BA check-in & bag drop would be very convenient if travelling with hold baggage.

缺點： Not a lot!

優點： Honestly this hotel is amazing. Perfectly clean, wonderful staff, stunning facilities and the perfect location for an early flight the next day. It's SO good that I would stay there again in an eye blink. The upgrade to a suite was most welcome and it was classy and beautiful.

缺點： Pricey! I'm being a bit mean here as the price wasn't too bad considering the facilities, but it's still a lot of money.

優點： Sofitel is not a cheap option, but after a long haul flight it’s great to have the hotel right at the terminal. Fabulous breakfast and great soundproofing sets you up ready for the next leg of your travels.

缺點： My case was delayed so I would have liked extra touches expected in a higher end hotel. A bathrobe and toothbrush, comb and hair conditioner would have been nice. Also we were made to queue on checking in as we got stuck behind a plane full of people whose flight had been cancelled. We had a confirmed booking so it would have been appreciated if we could have checked straight in. Staff very friendly and helpful at reception and concierge the following day. I think we were unlucky with a bad patch at check in.

優點： Excels at the two things you need most from a hotel:comfy beds with top quality duvets and pillows, and a roomy, hot powerful shower.

缺點： Decor was bland and unimaginative. While the restaurant was excellent, it didn’t justify the silly price it charged.

優點： Proximity to the airport was just what we needed before an early morning flight. Very friendly staff, a comfortable welcoming room and the choice of 3 eating places within the hotel made for a very pleasant stay.

缺點： Nothing worth putting into words.

優點： Premier inn provides an excellent breakfast buffet at a very affordable price and a very welcoming staff throughout the hotel.I will use the services of premier inn hotels again.I also had a very enjoyable stay at the premier inn at Gatwick airport recently

缺點： Very good value for money

優點： 在booking上看空間不算大，但實際上要大挺多的，目測放下28寸的箱子綽綽有餘。窗戶無法打開，所以靠的是通風和空調系統，但是不會很悶，因為層高還挺高的。我一開始以為酒店在bus free zone（111和105是全天候的）裡，但是後來看了heathrow的巴士地圖發現harlington corner是freezone的最後一站。就下車走了一段，不過也不算遠，0.7公里而已 如果有卡可以直接坐到oxford avenue，下車點就在路對面。 從機場出發路過collection point 出門順著走（要過好幾個馬路）能找到巴士站 白天可以跟著人走 晚上可以google找一下

缺點： 硬要說的話，床有點小，如果兩個人睡的話

缺點： took a while to get a toilet roll to my room after asking politely.

優點： Staff were great. Buffet was good value and tasty.

缺點： Charged for drinks we did not have. Concierge was not around when we wanted our bags. Shuttle bus to airport. Not easy to get to the bus stop from hotel.

缺點： Hotel currently going through refurbishment

優點： The free wifi was great to have. The rooms were clean and modern with a good size tv. Despite being next to LHR runway it was quiet. The breakfast selection was huge, everything fresh, best scrambled egg ever. All staff were friendly professional and very helpful.

缺點： There wasn't anything I didn't like. I did find the ticket machine for the bus service to the airport didn't work with cash (just a minor thing) and I didn't see a business office for guests ( there may have been one but I didn't see one)

優點： Room was beautifully clean and the bed comfortable.

缺點： The queue to check in was too long, the phone in my room didn't work and the airport transfer that I was assured would be available in 5 minutes took 25 making me late for my meeting.

優點： Quiet

缺點： Needed update

優點： Location and good value.

缺點： Not having a spa pool. Could have had one instead of plunge pool.

優點： The atmosphere and the staff were really helpful and really friendly throughout our stay, they made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The interactive text help service is. A really good idea and helps when you have those little questions you need an answer too.

缺點： I didn't like that the bath wasn't clean, there were hairs in it and dirty marks on the sides of the bath.

優點： 整體來說很舒服 就在機場旁邊真的很方便 所以如果只帶小行李箱要轉機的話還是會住在這裡 但是因為房間實在太小了 所以攜帶大行李箱真的不太方便 飯店的員工也都非常熱情 而且有免費提供飲料跟水 最喜歡他們的熱巧克力了ＸＤ

缺點： 真的只有房間太小這個問題 如果獨立一個人攜帶小行李箱 我真的可以前往 但是如果是要帶大行李箱還要整理的話 真道就不會考慮這間飯店了ＸＤ 單人房的話浴室就在床旁邊 空間利用的很得當拉～ 隔音也欠佳 不過如果是隔天早上搭飛機的人倒是可以住一晚 床也蠻舒服的

優點： Easy check in.rooms great.atmosphere good.

缺點： No kettle or tea making facility.

優點： 自備停車場，對自價客來說十分方便。 飯店離機場很近，可以悠閒的吃早餐、整行李，不用趕時間。 飯店附近有好吃的KEBAB ，十分推薦。

缺點： 若房間內有小冰箱更完美

缺點： Not best for T2 & T3 as shuttle only runs e Rey 45 mins Some buffet breakfast items cold

優點： We asked for 2 rooms facing the airport and we got them on the 4th floor. Great view of the taxi way from the window. Rooms spacious and clean and very comfortable.

缺點： My mate struggled to sleep in his bed and we advised reception on checkout. We were not aware that you can request a softer bed.

優點： We expected a cheap budget hotel, but were thrilled at the quality of the establishment, modern quality decor and better than many hotels of a superior nature. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms. Staff were very friendly and efficient, highly recommended.

缺點： nothing to be negative about. First class service.

缺點： Staff the restaurant room is not good service and in room is not water bottle

缺點： 房間沒開水 沒吹風機 沒有免費SHUTTLE到/離機場

優點： 在希斯洛機場附近，區內巴士設有Free Travel Zone，可在中央車站乘搭巴士免費前往，方便轉機/要乘早機的旅客。酒店基本設施齊全，附近沒有酒吧之類，但酒店餐廳可提供飲食。員工亦友善，提供不錯的資訊。

缺點： 早餐在訂房時同購較划算，只是食物質素真的......如果只求乳酪麵包，飲杯咖啡，這是真的可以的，其他的熱吃...就不提算了。

優點： 員工非常親切

優點： Close to the airport but still farther than most on hotel row.

缺點： It's iBis so what do you expect. Some guy who worked there barged into our room and demanded that we unplug our things because he was turning off the electricity on the floor. He literally came into our hotel when we were in bed. They out us in the first floor do to the fact that there was construction on the 3rd floor. The toilet didn't work. The shiwer plugged up and wouldn't drain. We woke up at 5 in the morning to no power whatsoever. After my shower in a plugged up tub I was ready to leave.

缺點： Requested early morning call, never received as result had to rush to airport and very lucky not to miss flight, very stressful morning!

優點： 住這裡的考量就是要離開機場近，terminal 2，3，4都很方便。 空間夠大，方便我們整理行李。 隔壁是油站，方便我們租車在還車子時加滿油。 租車公司Avis和Budget只有4分鐘，離開terminal 4只有15分鐘左右。

優點： The staff were very welcoming on our arrival. Managed to give us 2 rooms at the end of a corridor which worked very well for our party with 2 young children. Excellent location for Heathrow.

缺點： Building is being renovated so rather unattractive first impression. This should be short term problem only.

優點： Rooms were cleaned promptly and the room was expected.

缺點： The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The food was mediocre, breakfast was basic.

優點： hospitality, the spacious of the room.

缺點： the lift broke down, no rubbish bins around the lobby or near the lifts.

缺點： 早餐選擇少、無熱食，只有麵包加熱。預定兩間房間，但是櫃台只給我一間房，後來才又去一樓反應，證實是他們搞錯，最後給我另一間房。其中一間房間的馬桶會漏水，整晚都會有流水的聲音，建議可選附近的一家Holiday inn，幾年前住過一次還不錯.....

優點： The very friendly and apologetic staff

缺點： Air con did not work. The room temperature all night was 27 degrees. In the morning there was no hot water. One of the boilers had broken. The plug for the kettle did not match the electric socket. The hairdryer is tied to the desk so not able to dry cold wet hair in bathroom. Thd bed was bouncy and pillows unsupportive. We used rolled up bath towels. Overall a dreadful night before a 24 hr flight to Sydney. Surely the Sheraton group has the resources to upgrade this hotel?
