優點: The room was lovely - everything you needed and amazing toiletries. The location of the hotel was ideal, a short walk from Southwark or you could walk straight out onto the Southbank. The staff were all delightful and extremely helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

優點: We had a very warm welcome including a glass of fizz when we checked in. The double room was small, but clean and comfy.
缺點: The day was a beautiful sunny day, and I booked the hotel as it had a roof terrace, I wanted to sit outside and read while my other half worked, but sadly not, it doesn't open during the daytime, so had to read inside which was a shame due to the weather.

優點: 這次的住宿體驗讓我們全家深感滿意。飯店提供冰箱裡的免費飲品，且房間乾淨、舒適，離地鐵站很近，到各景點都很方便。因是早班飛機，預定的送機司機遲遲未到，早班人員幫忙打電話詢問狀況，非常感謝。
缺點: 無

優點: 地點便利。附近有超市。 房間冰箱飲料跟餅乾皆免費。物超所值。
