Situated in an enviable position right in the centre of the City of York, the Judges Lodging is a Grade I listed Georgian townhouse steeped in history and charm. Known for our characterful rooms, locally sourced food and fantastic range of real ales, gins and whiskey We offer the perfect mix of character and 21st century elegance.Our atmospheric Cellar Bar is the jewel to our crown with original vaulted ceilings and lots of cosy dining and drinking areas. For those sunny days we have two sun terraces to enjoy drinks and a bite to eat al fresco- in fact we have one of the biggest beer gardens in York!Food here is perfectly executed, with menus inspired by the great local Yorkshire produce around us. Everything is cooked from scratch and sourced from trusted suppliers in the surrounding area.
