We planned on going to New York or Chicago when my wife suggested Nashville. I immediately thought of honky tonks and country music, but I'm into new things and so we set a course to Nashville. There were several Hotel options, and we pick the Hutton because it seem to apeal to us more so than the others when we saw the website. we were not disappointed. We had a great time.
Shuttle Service (Tesla) Early Check in (if available) Great Service! Rooms are a bit smaller
Staff was friendly. Dogs barking. Noise in room above ours at 1:30 am. Food in restaurant was very bad
The Hutton is centrally located and the staff are fantastic. They also also pets and do a great job making the owners and pets feel welcome. Parking is pricey.
Staff incredibly friendly Nice ambiance Clean and modern rooms Very expensive ($500 per night) and breakfast was not included. The room did not have a closet for our clothes (what was there was a closet for the luggage with no hangers) The room was big but not huge, given its cost. The location is convenient for college visit but it it is not downtown, so it is not in a pretty part of town
The ambience was calm and structured which made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. The staff was always eager to assist when the concierge wasn't available. I really appreciated sitting down to check in, it's not something I would normally consider but it is well worth it. The rooms were spotless and I had room 1515 with an outlook on downtown. The sheets were clean and I sunk into the down comforter. The shower and bathroom soaps were to die for, I actually bought some of it I enjoyed it so much. I had to travel to the Java station for a simple coffee instead of allowing for my own in the room. However I'd gladly do it again for the other commodities to be available.
Liked everything. Great hotel. Only complaint (if you make me pick one was the rooms were a tad small.
Staff was very professional, attentive and friendly. Great room service . Hotel was a bit further from downtown than we thought. They do provide a free shuttle, though.
Great service ( gave me a toothbrush since I forgot) happy hour, great design, friendly sincere staff. Didn't have warrior game.
The service was fantastic from the moment I checked in until the time I left. The front desk, bar, maintenance and cleaning staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The fitness center was very nice with a variety of equipment. Very close to downtown!
Extremely helpful staff Hotel car was free to use extensively Good location Nescafe machines on each floor Overall, would gladly stay again Hotel staff replaced out towels, even though we did not need Parking at @ $25/night is a bit steep, especially when the parking deck was mostly empty
First hotel room to have a mobile lighted make-up mirror. One can place it on the desk and sit down to apply make-up. Fabulous! Nothing.
Staff was fantastic and everything was very clean price?
Bathroom had peeling wall coverings. Fridge was in compartment of entertainment console, no ventilation. Poor concept or maintenance.
Breakfast was ok lobby area ok Everything else was bad pool room tv everything else
The staff working there are very accommodating and friendly. I got to the hotel early the first day and was directed to the free breakfast and allowed to store my bags for free. Breakfast was great! Mini pancake machine along with waffles and eggs. The room was large and comfortable. The location was convenient but not as convenient as some of the other hotels downtown. (I like walking around so it was a bit out of the way returning home in the evening by foot.)
Pros; bed was very comfortable, staff was very helpful Cons; bit of a smell in the lobby and in hallways. Industrial district it was located in.
Breakfast, friendly staff, free shuttle ride, comfortable bed Artwork, further away from nightlife
Bed was comfortable, it was quiet. The check in guy at the front I thought was rude. There were random stains on the curtains, walls, and ironing board. I thought the price was too high for the quality. If it were 200 for 2 nights instead of 300 I thought that would've been more fitting. Might as well stay in a la quinta
Rooms/hall ways are in need of work.
Breakfast was good if you get there early enough. Staff was nice. Decor was modern and stylish. Breakfast area was really hot. Ice bucket was dirty. Noisy at night. Other guests and sounded like dumpsters outside were being emptied by garbage truck. Industrial area.
The air conditioner was too loud
Your employees were very helpful and friendly.
Staff was very customer oriented. Quite clean. Good breakfast. Location was not as good as expected but did have a shuttle running every 1/2 hr. To the downtown area. Shuttle stops at 9:00 pm. Early stopping of the shuttle. Should at least be til 10:00. Otherwise, enjoyed our brief stay.
Excellent for the price and location.
awesome free continental breakfast, the most comfortable beds, pillows, linen and towels we have ever experienced. Clean and up to date facility...highly recommended! too much furniture in the room, three chairs that got in the way. that is the only negative for this place.
Location ... walking distance to downtown sites
Location Not clean, very much a motel. They were also doing a lot of concrete work onsite and consistently lied about when they were going to be done with the work so I spent most of the time listening to concrete saws. Absolutely horrible. I went down to the lobby at one point to beg them to stop and was met by nearly everyone staying there checking out despite just arriving. not a great place. Definitely the worst stay I've had anywhere (and I travel every week)
Great location on music row. Good price on short notice. Terrible Internet. Room was dirty, had previous guest's towels in bathroom. Continental breakfast was bad by continental breakfast standards. Room smelled terrible, a musty/mildew aroma.
Location was great and convenient to downtown. It's an older property and the rooms show it. Rooms need a refresh, felt 80s. There was a hair in the tub and it drained slow when I showered...gross! Bed was comfortable, breakfast was mediocre and the guy who was stocking the bread might as well have been using his bare hand as 2 of his fingers were sticking through and touching the food items. I wouldn't stay here again.
The Internet was broken and the staff tried to help the best that they could. I asked to speak with someone about the fact that it was out all night when I specifically needed a hotel room with Internet post my surgery. I was told a supervisor would call. Still waiting. I lost a day of work and still have not been contacted to handle the issue.
Everyone there were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. TV - couldn't get sound on a couple of channels.
Pool area was very nice, but it was only opened until 8pm nightly. Staff was incredibly rude. At check in they snapped at me for not getting my ID out (even though they never asked for it). First night at the pool, we went to the front desk for towels. They only had enough for 2 of our party (needed 4); he said he would get more and bring them too us; an hour later, still no towels. We asked them for change for a $20 for the joyride driver and the woman was rude and snapped she could not give us all $1s (which we never asked for). We said thanks and started walking out ans she snapped back again "well i didn't say i wouldn't give you change; if you want it you better get back over here and get it". Rooms were small, but ok and the breakfast was pretty good. Just not impressed with the staff.
Location is great. Not to far from Broadway St. There are restaurants across the street from this hotel to eat at, if you want to stay close. The beds were comfortable and clean. Our room was was clean and nice. The hot breakfast was good. The even made omelets for you if you wanted one, no charge. All of the hotels in the downtown area make you pay for parking. Some as high as $30 per night. We only had to pay $10 per night her at the Comfort Inn. I will be stopping here again. The pool was under construction/renovation and the elevator rocks and shakes when it moves up or down. Like a ride at an attraction. You have to book it online to get a cheaper rate. They wanted $50 more at the front desk on a walkin. They didn't believe me when I showed them the online price. They should have just worked with me. So I booked it standing right there in front of them.
Location is great. It's very central and it's good for a cheaper option to the other hotels in the area. Bathrooms are very small and in need of remodeling
Iv stayed here numerous times and I highly recommend it to anyone Love love love it
It was a run of the mill comfort inn. I have stayed in may comfort inns across America, and this was not much different than the rest. Friendly staff, full breakfast, average room for a comfort inn. If you want to stay close to down town than this is the right place to save money and still be close. It is not a top grade top of the line hotel, but it is a average comfort inn. No complaints here, it was exactly what I exspected it to be. Good for value and location, bad if you want a top of the line Butler kind of place. Breakfast, room, staff, enjoyable stay. Its a typical comfort inn. No more no less.
Terrible hotel. Not clean. Bad location. No security!
I really liked the staff and how friendly they were. I also really enjoyed the breakfast that they had. The only thing that I did not like was the ironing board in the room. It was bent on the feet and leaked water.
$5 Uber ride from Broadway district and shuttle to there. No shuttle service back to the hotel after 11 pm.
Great location, clean rooms, good service and great in town shuttle N/A
The location was close to downtown. The room smelled like old wet carpet, the smoke detector went off for 30-40 min in the middle of the night. This was not a good nights rest!
Great hotel! Perfect location for Vanderbilt and downtown Nashville
Staff started slamming doors all around our room at 5am..... This is the second time this has happened at this hotel. We will not be staying there again.
Excellent location and extremely helpful front desk. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.
The room was very clean and nice. Employees were very nice as well. The two women who were the workers at breakfast every day were superior. Friendly, helpful and very cheery. Totally loved them. Your two shuttle drivers Craig and John were superior as well. Had a wonderful stay.
The staff were helpful and friendly overall, absolutely acceptable, but not stellar. The shuttle was very convenient for me to use instead of renting a car for a less than two mile trip to my business destination for the five days I was there. The shuttle drivers were especially friendly and seemed to really care about getting their passengers to their destinations safely and efficiently. The hotel needs renovation, and it lacks several of the basic amenities I've enjoyed at many other Hampton Inns (fridge, microwave, more spacious desk/work area) The carpet was older and worn, giving the impression it was dirty even if it wasn't.
Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful--went out of their way to make our anniversary special. The hotel shuttle was a great resource to get around town. Location is convenient to everything and costs half as much as boutique hotels 2 blocks away. Housekeeping wasnt particularly attentive--our rooms didnt always get completely freshened up from day to day, but it wasnt a huge deal for us.
Staff was super nice. Room was moderate size but fresh and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Overall good value in a town that tends to be fairly expensive for accommodations anywhere near the middle of things. The West End is just a great place to stay. This hotel is sort of on the edge of it but there is a lot in a short walking distance and the hotel offers a free shuttle. Not a thing to complain about!
The staff is nice, the rooms are really comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and when I arrive late the staff provided me with go to menus so I could order food because room service was closed When I arrived a certain person was checking me in and I had reserved a room with a king bed and a whirlpool, as I was checking and there was a gentleman next to me and a gentleman who was checking that person in and they gave my room to him even though he did not have reservations. The woman who checked me and made it up by give me free breakfast every morning but still if I had these reservations at least a week or two in advance why would the front desk guy give my room away as there were any other rooms with the whirlpool available. This was my only negative about the stay and my suggestion is for the front Dess to check all avenues before giving away rooms especially for individuals who have reserve them in advance and not to people who come and stay on a regular basis and check in ad hoc versus people like me who need to make reservations because I was coming from California
Easy access to stadium for the game My bed didn't work
Memory foam mattress was fantastic. Best mattress I've ever slept on in a hotel. Free breakfast and free parking also a plus for the area. Expensive - but probably the best deal around Downtown Nashville.
Good location, ample free parking, large room, clean, minifrig and microwave worked, breakfast was standard Best Western fare, offering fun people watching as the obese line up for seconds at the waffle machine. Ice available on lobby floor. coffee/tea available in lobby most of the day. would have liked breakfast available later than 10;00am. Room coffeemaker is new cheapo/downscale single-cup model that tastes like warm tap water. Otherwise a very good stay.
Location No bar or restaurant, gym or any other facilities I expect at this price. The breakfast was revolting. Those on a junk food diet probably saw nothing wrong with it. To me, this kind of breakfast "fare" is nothing other than a cynical ploy to be able to say "free breakfast" on the marketing material. You couldn't pay me to eat that crap.
they let me use a spare cell phone charger. very helpful!
breakfast was good quality and variety The hotel was apparently pet friendly and dogs in the room next door were barking throughout the night. Also, the room on the other side of us was noisy in a different way. So overall, I would say the walls are far too thin.
It was clean and close to downtown
The Location was perfect, and the place is nice. There is a bit of an issue with the pluming on the shower.
The breakfast was nice, beyond the usual pastry/fruit/coffee buffet. The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The smell of smoke was apparent at once. To be fair, I didn't ask for a room change.
the boy behind the desk was wonderful an asset to your company helpfull friendly and funny enjoyed my stay would have liked a resturaunt to have a meal
location was good (about 1 mile to the main strip, good restaurants within 10 min walk). Staff was very nice and helpful. Good value for they money-not overly fancy but does the trick.
Front desk people were very helpful Close enough to walk to activities TV remote didn't work all the time Door key didn't work all the time
Washing machine facility was very useful for us as we are on a three week trip
The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It was nice to walk around all the property and see all the plants, flowers and shops. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool in the evenings. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not like that we had to walk so far to get to our room. We parked in self park. There was not anywhere close to drive up our car and unload. We had to bring our luggage from the parking lot to our room which was a very long walk. Every time we left, we had that long walk to our car and then back to the room. I would have been lost and not able to find my way most of the time if my husband, who has a great since of direction, had not been with me.
Setting, and scenario was very soothing. Ample check in staff so lines moved fairly fast Overpriced rate of hotel + all eating establishments within. MIght as well join up with Disney on pricing models. Resort fee was add-on that doesn't rate for the 2 bottles of water on day one, and internet service hookup. $40 for 2 days, plus I guess holding our bags for 3 hours pre-airport run. Uber your ride to Airport you'll save 100% of their shuttle.
Lots of amenities but all prices were raised to an extreme also had reserved a king bedroom many months prior and was told on arrival that they were all booked suddenly so had to spend and extra 110 each night for an upgraded room
The place was amazing eye candy. The gardens and water features are so beautiful. We had a great time walking around throughout the place. The headboard on one of the beds had a few places where the vinyl had peeled off. There was no liner for our ice bucket and underneath the bucket was a hair tie, which leads me to think, the room wasn't cleaned properly. Also didn't like the hidden servic fees tagged on to our bill which where explained as, "that pays for the complimentary wifi, 2 bottled water" and what would seem to be our privilege of walking around and looking at the hotel.
We had excellent service in one of the restaurants. Also, the Christmas decorations were beautiful. It was raining and you couldn't pull up to the overhead shelter to unload your car. They made you park (an obscene $24.00 per day to park) and unload your car and walk to the entrance. They had shut down one of the check in stations just before we arrived, consequently we were probably 50th in line to check in. We arrived around 5:30 p.m. The line was even longer an hour later. Directions to our room (the place is huge) were very confusing and the elevator to our room was out of order. We took the stairs. Also, one of the escalators was out of order as well. Only two pillows per bed. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express the next night. Four pillows per bed. Smaller room but more comfortable and much less expensive. Will not go back.
The hotel is beautiful and has lots of ammenities. Way too many kids unsupervised. Kids throwing shows off balconies and jumping in and out of the hot tub.
I did like the beauty of the place. Too overpriced for the hotel. The price is ridiculous. Will not be staying here again. I will get a much nicer hotel for the money the next visit to Nashville. Everything is so spread out and I did not get a chance to even walk to the Grand Ole Opry. Room service for 2 people was around $80. I had men's beard clippings in the bathroom. I have stayed in better resort hotels. This 2 day stay cost over $1000!!! Not at all worth the cost.
Easy to find Expensive!! They tack on extra fees that we were not aware of before arriving, very expensive outdoor parking, resort fees, etc... It's a beautiful place but also confusing to find your room, we had one with a pull out bed only, not a real bed. It was fine but not my first pick.
Parlor room does not include a bed. Just a pull out couch. Shower temps tyre was either freezing or scalding. The smell of whatever cleaner they use was overwhelming. Also charge a $20 mandatory resort fee.
People are nice The room was tiny for the price Poor directions and signage
The new interior decor Staff seemed clueless, didn't know the breakfast place in the hotel wasn't open.
Nicely decorated. Great views! Staff were very nice! This hotel was very nice except for the fact that our room was connected to the room next door and we could hear everything that was said/going on in the room next door. This definitely made us paranoid that they could also hear us. Very frustrating.
we liked it because we could walk downtown nashville and have a good time and we got a taxi back.. there was nothing we didnt like...
Beautiful remodel... Lobby and public areas were gorgeous. The room was very cute too Room was a little small, and elevators were slow
The hotel recently underwent a 25 million dollar renovation and it was impressive! The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfy and we had a great view of the city! With such a massive renovation, I would expect fabulous bathrooms. And they were not. At all. The worst part of our stay was having to pay $30 to park our car on top of the $240 we paid for the room. That alone is enough to make me hose another hotel next time I stay in downtown Nashville!
Great location, great view of downtown, very nice facilities I reserved a deluxe suite according to the pictures online. The room was not near luxurious as the pictures, especially the bathroom.
Great location. Staff was very professional and friendly. Went out of their way to make our accommodations perfect.
The location was the best part of the stay for us. The staff was not very friendly and we were constantly having to ask housekeeping to bring things to our room that they forgot to leave. We also felt the cost was pretty hight compared to other hotels in the same vicinity.
very little - it was safe no free wifi in room, inconvenient, no 24 x 7 room service, expensive for what it was.
booked for the distance to downtown Nashville, so very walkable, very safe; however, had we realized that the CMA had just occurred two days earlier, we probably would have booked earlier than we did and been able to find something more affordable and just as convenient. given that we were already paying $350 for just 2 double beds, there was a $15 charge for internet service and $28 for parking (or $32 for valet parking). We parked at an outdoor lot just down the street and so saved $8 a day; the room was not very spacious and just had one chair to sit in other than the two double beds.
Great location for visiting the Ryman and very clean and well run. Will visit again when returning to Nashville for pleasure.
the location the price for the room
Nothing Had to wait 4 hours after check in time for room to be ready. Staff not friendly. Not clean. Horrible parking. Door locked us outside in freezing conditions key didn't work. Awful stay all around. Avoid this hotel.
The bathroom layout was fairly institutional - wall hung sink with no counters and an awkward shower configuration that made it difficult not to get water everywhere. The price was lower than some of the other hotels in that area, but on previous visits I paid less at hotels east of the city with far better amenities. Since I was only staying 3 nights and not planning to eat in my room, the full size refrigerator and two burner stove weren't of value to me.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is located too close to major roadway where you can hear the traffic early in the morning.
Very nice room, comfy, clean the people that work there always go the extra mile to accommodate you... I have stayed in several hotels in the area but this one works excellent and their internet works as opposed to many of the hotels in this area that subcontract the internet to some outside provider and as soon as you have a few people on line in grinds to a halt!!! If you need to work this is your place... Everything was great...
Friendly, helpful staff. Very good breakfast and happy hour. Comfortable clean room. Airport shuttle any time. Free internet.
3 out of 4 showers I took didn't have hot water! Hurt overall positive experience
location to the airport and the staff which were efficient and helpful our stay exceeded all expectations
The front desk staff was wonderful! I couldn't get hot water in the shower.
The staff was friendly and the room was clean. They are still doing remodeling so it feels like you are in a construction zone. I imagine it will be nice but they should have a discount for thhis period.
I was disappointed in their workout room as almost all the equipment was broken.
Due to an early flight, I had to pay an unexpected $11 to travel a short distance to the airport. Unaware and unexpected!
Stayed at hotel for layover to catch early flight out of Nashville. Rooms in serious need of updating. Bed very uncomfortable. Staff was nice. Iconic layout ok if that is what one is looking for. Doors between rooms not insulated and could hear noise from adjacent room. Poor value but stayed only because Nashville booked up for CMT festival.
I literally don't have one negative thing to say. Super friendly front desk. Super cool decor. Super comfy bedding. Super nice toiletries. Super clean EVERYTHING....bathroom floor, tub, sink, linens, carpet, windows, remote control, ironing board cover....EVERYTHING was ridiculously clean (the cleaning staff must be crazy good). I actually miss it...that's weird, right?! Will ABSOLUTELY stay again anytime I'm in Nashville. Love love.
Staff was friendly! Cool artwork. Used to be a radisson. Hallways are kinda dim but that's about it.
Stayed two nights, housekeeping didn't clean room.
They have found their niche for having unique offerings like a spiritual and pillow menu. The staff was also very friendly and responsive. I enjoyed all aspects of my stay. No complaints.
The staff was very good and accommodating. We had 3 rooms and they were able to get 2 rooms next to each other and the other down the hall on the same floor. Everything was clean and safe. It is older. They have obviously made some remodeling efforts in the years. There was construction on the same floor as ours (but it did not impact our stay). The water pressure and water temperature was very inconsistent.
- The front desk staff were always pleasant. Asked if everything was to my liking, smiled constantly, and were very knowledgeable. - The décor of the hotel is GORGEOUS. The lobby alone makes you feel like a rock star, but the rooms make you feel cozy. - I recommend using room service or going down into the in-house restaurant/bar. You won't be disappointed with any choice. I ordered brunch to be brought to my room and it was delicious. - They're pet-friendly! For only a small fee, I was able to bring my cat into the room with me. The staff didn't mind that I brought her litter box into the room either. The lovely lady that brought me the in-room brunch even got down and gave my cat some attention while I paid the tip. My minor complaints/suggestions: - I wish they'd provide a microwave and/or mini fridge in the room. That way, if you don't finish your food or drinks, you can store/reheat them. - I recommend to ask if the room they're booking you for is by the elevators. My room (which I booked online) was directly across from them and I could hear them. This didn't disturb me too much, but it might to a light sleeper. Extra tip: They are doing some light construction in the bldg. They let you know the hours that it'll be happening. This didn't bother me at all though. I was more than understanding. - I wish their parking lot accommodated for traveling movers. It was difficult to find proper parking for a Uhaul towing a vehicle. The lot was nicely lit (thank you!) but they may want to consider making a specific area for larger loads. There's plenty of parking for smaller/single vehicles.
The rooms, décor, the art... Basically the environment as a whole had a European vibe which I liked about it. I love that it wasn't a huge chain like Marriott or Hilton. Those places have no character. This one does. Also, it seems to be the place that traveling musicians like to stay (no matter the genre). I'd recommend it to my friends with no hesitation. The restaurant has a very limited menu, is slightly rude when you call to ask them about it and is more expensive than it should be. Not a big deal since Nashville is loaded with awesome restaurants. Their loss.
We had a concern for bed bugs in our room and asked for management to come check out the situation. No one ever came up. They did suggest we change rooms, but never heard another word. When I asked if the situation was resolved, there was no note on our stay and they said the room was rented out the following night. Very poor service with regards to this potential health issue.
Good location, easy access to highway. Clean room, good staff, quick check in, and bar in the lobby. All good features! What?
Location Dirty everywhere, smell bad I founded cockroach in my room when I told them ,they did not even apologize once. I took a picture too.
Cleanliness, soft comfy beds, good food, police courteous staff No frige, not microwave, no hot tub, cable harder to operate
The whole stay was great from the valet parking to checking out. It was the best hotel experience we have had in a long time. The only thing we did not like is they did not have a swimming pool and my son was upset about that.
The staff was excellent. Very nice and welcoming. The hotel was above par. Everything was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
the continental breakfast was awesome. the rooms were roomy and comfortable. coke machines didn't take dollars.
Convenient to downtown area. Noisy area. Especially at night. Loud music.
That they had a shuttle that you could use. One of the employees behind the front desk.
We thought the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. We had to switch rooms midway through our stay due to some plumbing issues, but the hotel made it easy and comped our night. Overall they were very helpful for our very large group! I found mold in the sink which is pretty disgusting. Also, we had an early flight to catch and the formal breakfast wasn't ready, but they were surprised when I simply asked for a muffin togo. Lastly, our room totaled $250 night and for that price I expect coffee to be kept out in the lobby past 10:30am! It's Nashville people, we guests are sleeping in! So, if you're not up and ready there won't be any coffee. Not to mention, they started closing up the omelette and hot food bar by 10:10am.
I used and enjoyed the swimming pool. It was close to a few restaurants. My room was #201 overlooking a roof top with many air-conditioning units which, I believe created a constant 'hum' or 'whining sound' continually.
The staff was so helpful and really nice.
quality and location near airport were great for the price
Staff was very helpful, and provided transportation when needed Didnt care for the soap in the shower, could have used more regular coffee, creamer and sugar, but that is the case in most hotels.
Shuttle service and extremely helpful staff
The room was very clean and inviting and the bed was very comfortable. It was a quick ride to downtown (10 minutes) and the airport (20?). The shuttle was somewhat understaffed and I wound up needing to cab to downtown for a meeting even having planned 45 minutes in advance. And surprisingly the coffee in the restaurant was awful. I would have expected better from the real Maxwell House.
It was in a good location for our needs. Great view of the downtown skyline. The room especially the bathroom was not as clean as I would like. The bottom sheet was either too small or not fit properly. It rolled up during the night and I found myself sleeping on the bare mattress.
Staff members were okay The hotel is not where I would stay again. It is worn down pretty bad. The rooms reminded me of a "Budget" type "motel". The carpet was worn and stained throughout the entire room. I have plans to returned back to the "Hilton" family type hotels. obtw- they charge for everything....meaning the little extra stuff that many other hotels give away. I am on the road about 5 months out of a given. The extra stuff is what makes me come back to those locations when back in that area.
It was an ideal choice for us especially having just flown across the Pond taking nearly 20 plus hours. It was close enough to Nashville airport but not too close. Would definitely use the hotel again.
Nothing The staff were horrid. The hotel is filthy it smells. No carts for luggage no service no help. Disgusting. One of the worst stays of my life.
Not a thing. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The Fourier smelled like sewer and every night about midnight the rooms started to wreak of sewer. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom like it hadn't been cleaned. When we got home to unpack our suitcase and all its contents smelled of the stench. So gross.
The front desk had my information wrong and the wrong dates for my stay. When pointed out they were rude and a first refused to change them. Luckily I had my confirmation email. The bathroom was first as well.
very helpfull staff and pool area
The pool was nice. Everything went wrong. The hotel didn't have our reservation and even threw is out when we got upset that they didn't even let us to use the Internet free of charge to prove that we had a pre-paid (!) reservation. We had to drive to the nearest Starbucks for the Internet and then they finally but not eagerly gave us a room from the first floor with a very noisy air-conditioner! For the breakfast they only give one coupon per room and again we had to fight for our rights to get the breakfast for both of us as we had paid for. Can't recommend this hotel to anyone.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. The fact that there was no restaurant that stayed open until late at night.
Proximity to downtown Nashville and hockey Needs a major update on appearance. Rooms were poorly cleaned, toilet took multiple flushes just to get TP to go down, vending machines only had beverages and shuttle service limited due to a call-off so we had to drive downtown and park on Saturday night.

the only thing good about this hotel is that it is close to the interstate This is an old building, the window in rooms facing the interstate are very small and do dont give you a view on the first floor. The Pool area is a steam bath and unsuitable for lounging. I found the staff to be rude and less than helpful.
It was mostly more or less what I expected, which was good. This particular location is highly problematical whenever the stadium on the other side of the street is in use because of the way traffic is controlled. Need more space to explain.
Location for the price Room was on highway side, very loud. Also smelled like mildew or mold parts of carpet was wet, ceiling above bed must of had previous water damage all night we were worried about it falling on us.

The polite and accommodating staff as well as the breakfast and shuttle service
It was newly renovated. Breakfast was good.close to the pedestrian bridge over to Broadway.room was excellent. Loved the gift bag in the room upon arrival! No
Staff friendly and helpful. Area great for walking to check out down town Nashville like a 10 or 15 minute walk. Loved the music close by! Pool little chilly but clean and maintained and not too cold to swim in.
I absolutely loved the location. If you don't mind walking, its like a 15 minute walk to downtown. But since it was raining, we took a Lyft which only cost .55 after getting a promo code from the guy on the front desk! I could have done without the view of the interstate from the bedroom window.
Close promimity to the Nissan Stadium, just a short cab ride or 1/2 mile walk to Lower Broadway area. Offers a nice free breakfast. Promised shuttle but when asked said its not available or not running, called a cab or said we could walk the 1/2 mile over the river to Lower Broadway. for nearly $--- a night was at best a 2 star hotel. Clean ,usable but staff not helpful or friendly
Location was wonderful! Easy walk to down town and right across from stadium! It was really loud. Large gaps between door and floor allowed for all hallway noise to travel into your room..
Very nice accomodations... walking distance to all the activities on broadway street... restaurants, pubs, tourist shops and nightlife! We checked in hours before the blizzard hit and the highways shut down... Hotel staff was very limited, but did their very best to accomodate our every need. The lounge is adequate... a limited but very good menu. And live music at night. Clean room and friendly staff... whats not to like???
Location Booked a king room, but when we checked in they gave us a room with two double beds. I had the reservation confirmation that showed a king room, but they said they had no king beds available. They did not offer to give us a discount, but "upgraded" us to a double room that had two bottles of water, a candy bar, bag of chip, bag of snack mix and two drink vouchers.
Nice room, clean, cookies, and nice staff. Parking was extremely expensive. Also, this should be noted in your booking as it is an added expense.
I appreciated the staff. I checked in the weekend of the Women's Final Four. It was extremely busy. But the front desk was exceptionally helpful and professional. They worked hard to accommodate a change in my room selection, when it did not appear to be a possibility as they were fully booked. Within 30 minutes of check-in they had taken care of my request. I really appreciated their "going the extra mile" to make our stay special. I also really liked the location. We parked the car and walked over downtown. The capitol is a few blocks away and the Davidson County Courthouse. These areas offer lots of green space. We would definitely stay here again.
Location to Broadway, in-house Starbucks and bar. The windows were leaking because they were poorly sealed which leaked condensation and the wall paint was peeling because of the moisture. The room smelled like a locker room because of the mold growth. We paid to be close to Broadway but I expected the room wouldn't smell like a locker room and have black mold. Thank god we didn't have to spend much time in the room. If we didn't have the mold and the stench, stay would have been great.
We loved the quick easy check in and the complimentary breakfast buffet! Omelets were made to order and delivered to our table, and the wait staff couldn't be nicer! They even asked if we were finished eating before breaking down the buffet...for those of us with sleepy teenagers this was a real plus! We picked this hotel because it was located downtown and we like to be in walking distance of tourist attractions when we travel. Location was good, but be aware that this hotel is located up the hill from the downtown area...and it's a pretty steep hill! For women wearing heels it can be a bit of a challenge!
location, location, location great staff starbucks in the hotel parking is a bit high
Great spot. Close to everything. Clean, comfortable room, nice lounge! Friendly staff.
Proximity to downtown and attractions Hotel is a bit worn out
All in Complimentry Benefits. We booked for two nights and enjoyed our nights and had planned to be in the area for 7 days. We inquired to stay an additional 5 nights and the rates available were up about 25% higher. We ended up booking somwhere else for 5 nights right next door. Still highly recommend staying at hotel if you are haapy with price.
Staff was great, very friendly, Jon was the best. Food was good and the drinks are always nice. Beds were very uncomfortable for me, way to soft and sunk in. Bathroom door doesn't lock refrigerator was tiny compared to other hotels of this kind I have stayed in. At over $200 a night I expected better.
