優點： The crew were outstanding. They fulfil my needs when I need it and they were very polite and professional. Smooth boarding and flight.

優點： The approach into Venice airport was to the NE so the flight path gave a perfect areal tour of venice out the right side of the plane.

缺點： I am a frequent flyer from HK to Western Europe and it’s a problem transversal to the majority of the airlines. Service quality drops significantly when coming to Asia. Flights to Europe provide exceptional service.

優點： The crew were very professional. There was a very difficult passenger who was very rude to the stewards and I thought they coped really well. I was sorry to see them treated in this way.

優點： The seat was comfortable, the crew were good and supportive but seemed a bit too busy when called upon. Especially with travelling with twins, I had a bit of trouble getting their attention for my own meals as when serving was done I was feeding the kids.

缺點： Give more attention to travellers with infants as they really need your support. Had twins and whenever meals were served, I couldn’t take them but whenever I buzzed, was asked to wait but then nothing came through. At the end of the flight, I had missed all my meals, no hot water for kids milk

優點： Great airline! Would love to fly with them again! :) Polite and friendly staff which is a standard that has slipped with many airlines in recent years! Good tasting wine for airline wine. Frankfurt airport need a shuttle of service for transferring passengers. Keep it up Lufthansa :)

缺點： A delay to unload then reload bags, followed by no in-flight communication of connecting flights, led to a missed connection and an overnight hotel stay.

優點： the onboard entertainment system is poor: you don't have your personal screen, and the only programmes available are the saftey video and airline's ads. The flight was delayed for 20 minutes at the start however it arrived on time. So that was not really an issue.

缺點： The crew are professioanl and the service is OK although you need to ask for your tea/coffee. The food isn't amazing but it meets my expectation about the short flight cuisine.

優點： I did not like anything from this trip. I just learned my lesson not to travel with turkish airlines ever again.

缺點： flight was canceled from previous flight so we had to overnight in istambul and the whole situation was handled very poorly nobody took the time to explain to me what to do and mind this I was traveling with three year old and I found myself crying at midnight at the airport not knowing what to do.

優點： We arrived in Athens eventually

缺點： People were made to wait outside in the cold airport bus for half an hour. The ground crew gave no explanation for the delay. After heavy protests, they let the waiting passengers back into the terminal. Supposedly the pilot was sick, but there was no communication at all from the airline about the cause of the delay or how long it would last.

優點： Boarding and traveling comfort was good .As always staff were very good and attentive.Food not very good snd boring.

優點： The crew were really friendly and made sure we were looked after.

缺點： Better boarding and entertainment

缺點： No TV in the chair ,even no group TV The the crew member in the business class lady was too aggressive in her way as if we are working for her , too tide chairs

優點： Service

缺點： Delay for both leg trip.

缺點： Leg room was terrible in economy and food was poor from the USA
