優點： Helpful crew Good food

缺點： Our luggage came back damaged and open !

缺點： A delay to unload then reload bags, followed by no in-flight communication of connecting flights, led to a missed connection and an overnight hotel stay.

缺點： We had 4 luthansa flights in a week I appreciate that we were given a drink one up on BA ! However I am trying not to be picky every snack was chocolate 26 grames per 100g not great for a diabetic !!!! It would be lovely to have a savoury option

優點： I loved the upgrade to business class. It was private, spacious, and very hospitable.

優點： Boarding in this time was quick, flight was delayed by almost 45 minutes but pilot made time and we were only 10 to 15 minutes late landing into Singapore. The only redeeming quality was the nice gentleman next to me who was helpful.

缺點： Food was quite mediocre to be honest.

缺點： More comfortable seats.

優點： Crew excellent,food excellent,was very surprised after reading some bad reviews on the net.

缺點： Having pyjama to wear will have equalised Qatar business class.

優點： Our flight was delayed in Bejing, than we loosed the booked flight of KLM. When we arrived in Amsterdam, we get the recheked in flight.

缺點： Food was a bit basic and in-flight entertainment was a bit limited, but on a 2 hour flight not a major problem

優點： Crew were nice. It was a very quiet flight so plenty of room to move to other seats - see below.

缺點： Although the flight was probably less than half full, by the time the trolley got to us there was only one choice of lunch. People in front reclined their seats right back into our faces. Seats were packed together very tightly. Given the lack of space, better to fix seats to only recline a little.

優點： Cozy big leather seats in Business Class, excellent breakfast and good service overall. Turkish Airlines continued to amaze me.

缺點： Boarding by bus - not my favorite way of getting on a plane. Probably not the airlines's fault.

優點： The airplane was quiet My seat did not recline, but was seated in a different place where the seat reclined Bathrooms were clean and plenty

缺點： The remote controls for the entertainment system That you can’t reach the vents when you have to be buckled

缺點： Incredibly uncomfortable, not enough minimum space to fit my knees behind seat in front when front passenger reclined. 6 hours is too long to have a metal rod sticking straight into your knee caps. Shoulders were squished between other passengers and had to sit twisted the whole way and Im not a large person, but am 6ft. Cabin crew impolite and unhelpful. Food was awful and made my friend sick.

缺點： Queue at boarding gate for upper class ticket holders Bus transfer to plane - Virgin is not a LoCo airline! Upper Class Service was slow - understaffed?

優點： Top crew very friendly and professional

缺點： Business class food was bizarre for breakfast - a Mexican taco??? Asked for eggs from economy to be back later up
