優點： The Air France service was ok. Got me to my destination on time and alive.

缺點： I flew out on KLM on what felt like a new plane. Amazing service, seat, temperature, entertainment and food. In stark comparison Air France’s plane was old, too hot, poor entertainment choices and system and average food which for the French was surprising!

優點： Great crew and comfortable flight

缺點： Delayed for several hours after boarding because of a technical difficulty with the airplane. This delay caused me to miss an important dinner meeting in Thailand and cost me extra money to arrange transportation from the BKK to my hotel.

優點： Business class seats are a lot more comfortable than earlier versions.

缺點： We had 4 luthansa flights in a week I appreciate that we were given a drink one up on BA ! However I am trying not to be picky every snack was chocolate 26 grames per 100g not great for a diabetic !!!! It would be lovely to have a savoury option

優點： Crew ignored my existence just because I sat on the window seat, plus I'm an asian, so I'm not sure which of the reason makes her to ignore me for serving my food. Luckily the guy passenger that sit beside me helped me to inform and made sure that she served the food to me.

缺點： YEA, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO TREAT ALL PASSENGERS EQUALLY, NOT ONLY JUST TO CAUCASIAN, OTHER RACE AND ETHNIC ALSO DESERVE EQUALLY RESPECT AND TREATMENT. THANKS. SERVICE IS GOOD BUT ATTITUDE OF STAFFS ARE JUST MEH.

優點： Service and Aircraft B777

優點： It reminds me of school dinners

缺點： Bland, over cooked No thought into the presentation or flavour

優點： All good, just perfect and friendly crew. Great aircraft (B777)

缺點： The crew is the most arrogant and ill mannered from all the other international airlines I have flown with - so please be ready for a very unwelcome experience. I had also worded this out as a complain to them, but received a very lukewarm and uninterested reply.

優點： Clean & tidy planes. Good service. Sufficient legroom for me - I'm six foot two inches tall & the 787 was great. Much more room than the airbus we flew to Athens on from Tel Aviv.

優點： Bombardier C Series. Most leg room and comfort of any plane

缺點： 3 of our 5 suitcases were out of luck to make it.. they damaged our 2 new luggages and the third one.. we only realized at home... now I have to deal with that too so I will be with Swiss on my mind for a while.. never again!!!
