缺點： The food!

優點： Good price, nice staff

缺點： It's always the same food and just one served beef rice! It would be nice if they could vary the food menu.

優點： Just about everything

缺點： I had lower expectations. That's probably I did not dislike anything. I'd easily benchmark China Eastern to Cathay Pacific. Very happy. Will use China Eastern again. For sure

優點： Short layover, very good price.

缺點： Very obvious the crew (at least in my section) have a problem with Non- Chinese people. Their attitude changed to others as well as me when they are asked for something. Very noticeable!!!!!!

優點： Good aircraft. Nice flight with professional crew. No delays.

缺點： Poor snack (one sandwich and mineral water only)

缺點： Without an explanation or apology given my partner and I had to seat far from each other. We were just told that the plane was full and no effort was made to simply apologise or reciprocate...

缺點： Better seats - really uncomfortable with a packed plane and wailing infants even when seated quite a few rows away.

優點： Seat was fine for size of plane and comfortable for a night flight. Food was flavoursome and nice.

缺點： Had a problem with the two socket headphone Jack as it was not seating correctly so only got sound out of one ear mostly

優點： The onboard crews were excellent. The entertainment was good too. However, the HK check in counter staffs were terrible, rude, condescending, unprofessional. They left bad tastes in our mouths and ruined the whole trip experience.

缺點： Cathay HK check in counter staffs need to be courteous, respectful, and professional. They need to be trained not to be rude, condescending, disrespectful, unprofessional

缺點： 2:40 flight delay - terrible food and very limited choice on the entetainment system - a terrible airline

優點： I paid $190 for extra legroom for an economy seat by an exit door, however the remote for the entertainment screen encroached an inch on the already VERY narrow seats - I'm six foot three and 215 pounds and both hips were in full pressing contact against the sides of the seat - TOO NARROW!

缺點： Food was terrible. It’s worse among the airlines.

優點： I really like the Qatar flight from Auckland to Manchester. But beware now that the Akl leg leaves 1 hour later the transit in Doha is officially 1.15hr. But since the first leg is always getting in and you have to bus to the terminal, transit time is about 30 mins. Although they are efficient and i made it this time, i wouldn't want to do this with kids.

優點： Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

優點： quick/efficient boarding - good staff - good food - easy flight !

缺點： the connecting times for klm seem to be very close - if your running late to start - you may not make your next one -

缺點： You don’t need to have seats next to lavatory. The area was stinking even before the plane took off.

缺點： Services of crew very poor specially onboard services in business class

缺點： I bought my seat assignment in advance, and they did not give me this seat on the plane. Before boarding, I asked at the gate if my new seat was a window--which is what I paid for--and they confirmed yes, my new seat was a window. Turns out, it was not, it was a middle seat. I asked a flight attendant to relocate me to a window seat, which she kindly did, however this seat was quite uncomfortable as I was seated next to a large gentleman who probably should have been required to purchase two seats. Overall, there were two issues with Qatar Airways during this trip: they did not give me the seat I had requested and paid for, and then lied when I asked if my new seat was a window.

缺點： Screaming babies, obese people sat next to me, water rationing, not a pleasant experience. Arrived sleep deprived and dehydrated. I have much better experiencs on a visit to Australia - this was my third time this year!

缺點： Checkin at SVO terminal D is total disaster. Understaffed counters, hours long lines, lack of instructions and assistance. On oversees flight 4 out of 6 lavatories were out of service. Cabin crew were in such hurry that they missed our row couple times. They served water only 4 times for 10 hours flight and refused to give a whole bottle for some bogus security concern.

優點： Service was excellent. For this long flight, we chose premium economy. It was very good and a lot more room then standard economy

缺點： Half of entarteinment screens were turned off
