Staff were friendly and attentive.
Boarding was good - efficient and quick.
Seats were not that comfortable. Aircraft very noisy. Competition offers a much better service.
Transfer in Atlanta was a nightmare, taking almost two hours from landing to getting to the domestic gate for the next sector. only three immigration staff working.
Dutch sub titels on fims would be good
The Delta check-in at RDU was terribly understaffed with only 2 agents handling baggage drop-off for a fully booked Boeing 757. I waited over 1 hour and got to the gate at the last minute. Poorly managed! The flight crew was great though! Very attentive service even in the economy class!
The food could be better.
