優點： The best thing is the free luggage allowance of 30kg each. They had some snacks and entertainment as well.

優點： Malindo Air impressed me above and beyond with their services, from start to finish! I don't think I've had a better experience with an airline before - keep up the amazing work Malindo!

優點： Not sure if I have much trust in the crew. Most of the female crew would walk past passengers who had their seats reclined or in the toilets and other situations and wouldn’t notice (during take off and landing) and the guy would come past later and do her job for them. Ground staff in Bangkok

優點： Cheap flight. Delayed due to aircraft issue, I think. At least they were honest about it and apologized.

缺點： Again, as this is a budget airline, you really can't expect too Much from them. They get you from point a to point b, that's enough. You will have to sacrifice your own comfort.

優點： Crew on Singapore airlines were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

缺點： They had 0 entertainment on an 8 hour flight. Tv turned off. One small meal after 20 minutes of flying. Would not fly with scoot again.

優點： Easy check in and bag drop, staff available when help was needed. Felt comfortable enough to check myself in as every part of precessions was made clear

優點： The crew were friendly, the entertainment on offer was broad and appealed to all passengers. The meal choices were very good, I requested the LFML options and all were good except for the light evening snack at the end of our second flight which was somewhat lacking in flavours and variety.

缺點： The seats in economy felt cramped on the Boeing 700-300ER, with not much room to recline. This impacted on ability to fully relax and rest on such a long journey. This improved on the Airbus 350 thankfully, which much more leg room.

缺點： Food was average Limited entertainment movies etc Seat was uncomfortable and rocked either broken or poorly adjusted - thrilling on landing!! Staff did their minimum job and that's it no drinks during flight etc strange during a day flight they dimmed the windows to watch movie I hate the offset seating configuration I'm 184cm and it was difficult to stretch out.

優點： Delay ex Manila was said to be 3 hours but was shortened. Looking at bright side.

缺點： The reception in Shanghai did not at first permit me to connect on my flight to Rome. If I missed that I have a flight on Monday 11am to Geneva that I would miss. My shortened layover in Shanghai due to Manila delay was still 45 minutes but Inwas being asked to transfer and get another flight through the transfer desk. Luckily After a few minutes in line at the transfer desk, was allowed back on my original flight. However and unfortunately, it was due to another 2 hour delay. arrived Rome 815++ pm ISO 6pm.

缺點： Arrived 2 hours before flight time (1315) but massive queue at bag drop and security. When got to security it was already 1230 and gate is closing in 25 minutes, I talked to people for a quicker access but to no avail. When I got through security, it was 1305 and the gate was closed. About another 12 passengers on the same flight could not board the same flight. When I talked to someone At the end another is arranged at 1625, only delayed until 1900 for boarding, and took off at 2000.

I had chosen not to reserve our seats, and this time that meant that we were in the very back row, so had the pleasure of those in front of us in our laps, with no chance of reclining our own seats. It was a short flight, so no real damage was done.

優點： the efficiency and friendlyness of the staff simply fantastic.the journey was very short but everything from check in to baggage collection ran so smoothly.i will want to fly with this airline many more times.

缺點： The light was delayed and we arrived in Chiang Mai at 11pm. We got penalty of late rental car pick up. And our hotel is a yoga resort so it a far in the mountain. We arrived at the resort at 2am and we had to wake everybody up and the driving was dangerous without street lights.

優點： I'm glad it was only a three hour flight

缺點： I connected from a Cathay Dragon flight onto an HK Express flight to Jeju. At the transfer desk, the ground agent told me I would have to leave and reenter the restricted area despite having no checked luggage. Knowing it can't be right, I checked in on my phone and went through the normal transfer process in HKIA. It was a 0215 flight from the midfield concourse. The last automated passenger carrier left at 0100. After which, passengers would have to rely on sporadic bus services. The captain announced 'cabin crew, prepare for landing' 45 minutes before landing. That woke everyone up and it was not ideal. All the flights I have been on announced landing when the plane was at base leg.

缺點： Extremely noisy announcements, much louder than necessary. Poor boarding information. Incorrect gate info and poor messaging.

缺點： #Delayed for about three-quarters of an hour. #Cramped seating. #Coffee unpleasant. #Male crew abrupt.

優點： It was a direct flight to Phuket

缺點： Flight was delayed for 2 hours, then didn't board for another 45 minutes after that. We were given a mediocre coffee or soft drink in a lounge, no food. Basically the afternoon at Patong was wasted because we didn't arrive until after 5pm. Vietjet is renowned for this sloppiness and persistent delays.

優點： Clean, efficient, new aircraft, very good value

缺點： Plane VERY crowded Although it left Manila on time, it arrived 1 hour late in Toronto

缺點： Cues at T2 massive to go through immigration zig zag around terminal Seats don’t adjust well and little leg room when flat. Food uninspiring. Tv fixed lots of reflections. Toilets small.

優點： Toilets were kept clean through out the flight. New and clean airplane. Good space between the seats.

缺點： Flight attendant was rude in general (serving food, drinks, answering questions), he skipped rows when giving hot towels (I wasn't served a hot towel). In-flight entertainment: limited movie selection, even more limited tv shows selection. Music section was very poor, it needs more selection with variaty, known artists, more radio channels. And music tracks should be in a tracklist form with song information, not only 1 hour-long tracks of back to back music (with no info). Meals - Mains were ok, deserts were terrible in both of my flights. Snacks were also bad, a scone and beef and cheese sandwich. Very blend, white bread only and oily. We weren't served enough bevarages, so oily and high-carb foods made me very thursty. No water fountains, it'd be great to have some around since staff does not give enough beverage and I was forced to chuck my water before boarding the airplane (the water I bought in the airport after passport check!!!!!!!) It was extremely cold.

缺點： Our international flight from Lonon to HK was 40kg per person and the HK to clark only allowed 20kg per person. I thought this may have been ok but caused many shopping plan changes and ruined our initial HK shopping.

缺點： The flight I was booked on late so they changed my reservation to the previous flight which was late as well, still.later than my original flight . But smart move by them. The only issue was the terrible terminal building at Dumagete..

缺點： Transit at Bole International is awful. No gates for aircraft to dock which seems to be a common problem these days, slowing down the boarding and alighting processes.

優點： I was surprised today that they did not bring the Embrer aircraft. When ever that happens, I am delighted. The RJ Emberer is the worse aircraft configuration.

缺點： The RJ fleet is in need to get new aircrafts and an upgrade of their protect is important.

優點： Boarding was no frills and quick, service onboard the plane was an orange juice, however, it’s a 45 min flight and didn’t expect much else. No entertainment onboard.

缺點： This grievance has to do with AMM airport. If you have a connecting flight, you will have to clear customs with your hand luggage and go to departures, you will have to go through security checks again and passport control, our connecting flight was 35 mins from arrival and we had to run to make it.
