Staff very welcoming and helpful, especially Edi at front desk, rooms charming, dining veranda overlooks the old city of Siena, great breakfast buffet, attractive evening bar and dining, easy walk to the city. initially given a charming room but overlooking the parking lot, moved to a view room for second night.
Nice hotel with good facilities. Staff were helpful at all times. Room clean and comfortable but rather small, even though we upgraded to a superior room. Further from Siena than led to believe when booking but bus service good.
Excellent food, excellent location for exploring Sienna, beautiful room and bed linen.
Bed, sheets and breakfast Good walk into centre
The breakfast was first class the hotel staff were very helpfull and curteous at all times. The taxi service was very good we did use the pool but it looked excellent we will defently use this hotel again. NO
Location Front desk wasn't that informed about the area and/or didn't want to provide tourist info unless it was about the tours they were promoting
staff unhelpful, location poor for access to city,
Location is good. Front counter staff is not very friendly. However, restaurant staff are generally friendly and efficiently.
you felt like you were in a mini resort, though it was still a bus/taxi/car ride into town . It was really hot when we were in Siena and the pool was great to cool off. The restaurant had a nice choice of food and wine and not too expensive dinner didn't start until 7.30 (which is common in Italy - it's not really a critisism of this hotel in particular) which with a young child means they are tired already when it comes to dinner time :-(
Great location and can walk into Siena if you are up to it! We had a great view from our room in the main building. Very helpful staff. Excellent free parking. A four star hotel should have real glasses in the rooms not plastic.
Free parking and the breakfast was good. The view from the main villa was also good. The room was a little too cold.
Fantastically located hotel, right at the heart of Siena. The hotel is also beautiful and seems well-maintained. Few facilities: For a luxury hotel I would have expected to find at least some - like pool, gym, etc...? In light of that, found the room rate extraordinarily high - stupidly expensive breakfast not included, internet charged at an absurd rate, €45 per night for parking, no facilities and a relatively inexciting and small room definitely do not justify the rate.
All the staff were efficient, helpful and friendly; not just the reception staff but everyone with whom we came into contact (including those who did not have good English). The room was comfortable; the decor very impressive. The hotel made guests feel special. Only one thing. Our room was just above the main street and the noise from the street continued loudly until the early hours of the morning. On two nights it continued until after 3am and prevented us from sleeping. Perhaps double glazing on the windows would help.
Everything was perfect! From the way the old palazzo has been renovated to the non-vulgar luxury around you and from the location to the personnel. It is expensive - but it's worth it to the last cent. The reception / consierge services offered were really good. We think that could be excellent if the the people there knew a bit more about the probable city attractions.
staff location room air conditioning
The Hotel Staff were exceptional. They made special arrangements to get us to our next destination. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel and appreciate all they did for us.
Excellent location in the centre of the City. Very impressive building of great character. Well furnished room. Generally helpful and pleasant staff - but see below. Grubby carpet in room. Concierge gave innaccurate information about bus services and quoted eye watering price of 376 euros for 24hr car hire.
Hotel is well situated in the town. The decor is very plush. Welcoming staff. Buffet breakfast is overpriced
Wonderful hotel with great location in the city center of beautiful Siena small room
Quiet, comfortable and cosy.
close proximity for sightseeing restaurants etc. Helpful staff.
Large room. Large bathroom with tub and shower.
The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The Italian breakfast was superb.
The hotel was in good walking distance of city centre. There were good local eating places that were used mainly by locals. The hotel was comfortable and very good value. No - there was nothing we did not like.
very clean room, newly renovated excellant location ,over all excellant hotel . there is a young man with shaved head,at front desk ,he was a bit abrupt. also the breakfast room did not have room for every one at once. but it is an excellant hotel for the money.brand new, clean.
Breakfast I could hear the other guests while in my room (meaning, the soundproofing could be improved).
Close to city attractions Dining room too small sometimes had to wait for table at breakfast
It gave me a feeling of contentment and confidence that whatever I had at the hotel would be first class. Nothing.
Very good rooms and instalations. Everything clean and new and a lot of space. The staff was wonderful also. The breakfast is good, but nothing special. It´s also easy to park on the street behind the hotel and the best thing is that is free. The only downside is the location, a little distant from the main attractions. You have to walk 15 to 20 minutes.
location, room and tours offered from hotel
The historical aspect of the origins of Il Chiostro Del Carmine are wonderful and very much in keeping with being in Siena which is a town steeped in history and beautiful buildings. The staff were all very charming and helpful making our stay very special and our visit to Siena a very positive one.
The size of room, historic nature of the hotel, and staff. Breakfast is weak.
We had a bueatiful view, the staff was great. It was a little warm. We stayed there on the 10th of May, and they don't turn on the AC until the 15th.
It is in an ideal location and is full of character nothing
Excellent view from room window Rather noisy from next room probably due to a connecting door
Very pleasant experience to stay in an ex-monastery; has kept a lot of its authenticity. Impressive view from the superior rooms over the surroundings south of the city. Although at the edge of the old city, still very close to city centre. WIFI did not reach to the last room (with the great view) so had to sit in the hall for a connection. Room was on 2nd floor at the end of the hall and there is no elevator. Older people should take this in consideration when they book.
very nice hotel something diferent than normal hotels excellent hospitality ,location .
The location was perfect. Even had near-by parking that was inexpensive. Breakfast was amazing and the view at breakfast - incredible! Loved the story behind the hotel and our room was charming and very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very helpful. No lift, just stairs.
An enormous old cloister located right at the edge of the area pedonale. Room overlooking the local countryside. Nice staff, good rate. Bathroom door opened out -- a small point until you try to live with it -- what you get when you convert a cloister into a hotel.
Interesting building with real history. Breakfast served in spectacular cloistered courtyard. Good location for access to major sights in old city.
The location-centrally located. The facility was immaculate and the staff was very helpful.
Staff friendly and always willing to help (not that they succeed but they seemed to try) Caution : Turist trap!. Never wrote this but quite horrible experience. You pay a 4 star hotel (close to 200eur and get the quality of a 2-star Plus Hotel. Bathroom smelly of humidity, Room not properly cleaned once over a 3-days stay, if coffee powder was finished no replace was given, expensive internet, very bad buffet breakfast, newspaper from previous day (only 5 copies left at 7h30). Very far
Location, Price, Transportation A little bit hard to find, but we had never been to Siena before this trip.
Large room, large bed, sound breakfast and everything was clean The fridge /mini bar sounded like and electric lawnmower which woke us up at 4 a.m.
Very friendly staff
Location and cleaniness and especially the courtesy of the staff especially the receptionist. I would advise that cornflakes be added to the cereal list
The hotel had a very friendly staff. There is plenty of parking. Had air conditioning, although sometimes it didn't work very well. The location would not be ideal for anyone who does not have a car, but we did so it was not a problem. The hotel was also very bare inside and our bathroom smelled strange. The breakfast was not the most amazing of breakfasts, but was passable.
Quiet, good staff's English, coffee fasilities, fridge The breakfast...
Location and Parking The staff could have been more forthcoming with city and bus information
I didn't like nothing. This was a very bad experience. To much expensive for the bad quality that it has. The price is to much expensive, very bad breakfast, the rooms have no quality... Is a hotel to forget...
I found the reception staff very very helpful, and very friendly.
Close to town centre and very helpful staff
Good location with reasonable price, rooms were comfortable and quiet, some with nice patio / balconey. Breakfast buffet was great. Storage cupboards in the lobby for our bags after checkout. Complimentary computer in lobby for guest use was old had a tiny monitor. Only given 15 min at a time to use and only one computer.
The rooms were clean, complementary breakfast was good, and the hotel was not far from everything. The shower had no water power.
Courteous staff. Concierge particularly so. good location and price.
The location is excellent! We were able to walk to the center of Siena and felt safe when walking back to the Hotel in the dark. We overlooked the back of the Hotel and sun rising over old Siena was magnificent. The girl that registered us wasn't overly friendly and the fellow removing dishes at breakfast removed our coffees while we were up getting more food. The breakfast buffet was great and the lady making coffees was pleasant and did a good job but the busboy was inattentive.
The location is great, not downtown, but in easy walking distance to everything in town. Very clean, staff was very helpful.
The hotel is a twenty minute hike uphill to the center of things but the view of the backside of the Town Hall and it's walls through French doors and a Juliette balcony make it worth it. Plus, if you have a car and can get a parking spot in the hotel garage the ten Euro extra a night makes it very convenient to explore surrounding Tuscany. The only free WiFi is on the lone lobby computer, which always seems to have a line of people waiting to get on. Buy an Italian SIM card for twenty Euro and get unlimited 3G access for a month.
Balcony was lovely and room. Air conditioning was very poor we ended up leaving early because we could not sleep with the heat.
The room was very spacious. I also liked that they had a computer in the lobby for guest use. I was having trouble with my wireless all through Italy, and it was nice to not have to go find an internet cafe. Front Desk staff is not very helpful. I work in a hotel, and I guess have a certain expectation of service. If a guest is saying they are going to walk to the Tour Office to rent a scooter, and that tour office is not walking distance, I would probably advise them. But no, it was a kind stranger on the street who did. Then I had to walk all the way to the train station to grab a taxi.
the location of the hotel made it readily accessable for all tourist spots we liked everything about this hotel. It was recommended by friends in Canada who had stayed at the hotel three years ago.
Our room view and outside area (room 5)
Large clean room, great breakfasts and so handy to everything Staff could have been more friendly and helpful - like give you a map of the town, some information about the hotel, what services and facilities they provide
was a good hotel for our one nite stay in siena. comfortable, helpful people and the location although not in the enclosure of siena it was very close to the centre, perhaps around a 20 mins walk to the wonderful piazza el campo.
Excellent location for central Siena - close to bus station and centre of city. Lovely breakfast room and nice to have in house dining. Staff very helpful and willingly stored luggage until we were leaving later in day. Rooms near lobby were noisy from loud conversations at reception - mainly in morning.
Very friendly staff. Good location. Free public parking 10 min. walk from the hotel. Nice building. Breakfast could be better. No shower curtains, so the whole bathroom was wet after taking a shower. No parking at the hotel as informed.
Traveling as a single woman I felt very safe there. The room was very clean, in good condition, and comfortable. The location was easy to get to by the city bus... or a taxi and you can easily walk anywhere. Breakfast was good. There was only one hotel staff member that was actually friendly but all of them were helpful. The bathroom was over-all clean but, I don't think they have washed the metal fixtures for a while. Plus, were are dirty hand marks on the ceiling from someone opening the access space.
Good location and not too expensive for pricey Siena
Location and convenient access to bus/train transportation. The hotel is comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We will recommend the Chiusarelli to friends and family. Lack of complementary wifi access. Considering the price of the room wifi should be included. Also, recommend shower curtains.
Very convenient location to all sites, museums, restaurants in Siena. Nice breakfast buffet in pleasant dining room. Room was very drab, furnished with old bed, desk and nightstand, no pictures on the wall, poor lighting. Desk staff unfriendly. No elevator.
the location excellent, two steps from the main piazza where the bus from the railway station stops, very clean, spacious room, excellent heating, they let us in before the check-in time and kept our luggage after the check-out, very good price. the breakfast big, everything a little over-sugared,but it's ok
Excellent location, helpful staff, very good food, a hotel with the old world charm yet very modern too
Excellent breakfasts in a relaxing environment Girl on desk when we checked in was grumpy. All other staff were first rate
nice view & brakfast.good location (5 minute to train station ) bathroom could be better.
The hotel was well situated for the town centre with bus connections. The staff where very friendly and helpful at all times. No evening meal, but great Italian resturant was 10 minute walk away that provided great food good value for money. The bed was very hard but the staff provided an overlay mattress that sorted the problem out.
Breakfast was great
The hotel locates at a mountain which is nearby the city of Siena, it is much comfortable if you driving a car. You may see the beautiful sunrise or sunset, a nice place.
Good hotel. Breakfast ok. Furniture not so new and some places of the hotel could be more clean or repainted because they show signs of use or look dirt.
The hotel was located up on the hill so it offer a nice view of Siena. The breakfast was good and a lot of choices The room was a bit run-down and the shower doesn't have a proper base, so water leaks out everytime someone take a shower.
the hotel is poorly maintained (e.g., dirty carpets in hallway, water stains on ceiling in room, loose mirror, etc.) Location is inconvenient for anyone wanting to spend time in the centre of Siena. There is a bus but the last one returning to the hotel is at 8:30 in the evening. see above
Swimming pool, nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Excellent restaurant for dinner close by recommended by the staff. Hotel staff responded quickly to my emails. It was difficult to find the hotel by driving. A more detailed road map on the website would be very helpful. Wireless internet access seemed quite slow.
Hacing a room on the 5th floor made access very easy No tea or coffee making facilities in the romm and the bar snaks were limited.
Although the hotel did not have the charm that a smaller or older hotel might have, the facilities were very clean and modern...and met my expectations of a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was extensive. We were traveling with a car and chose the hotel because it had free parking and was within the town walls. Overall we were happy with the choice. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the Duomo...we were traveling with my father who is handicapped (walks) but we were using a wheelchair. It was definitely possible to get to the main sites from the hotel but it was a bit of a chore...additionally, the south side of the city, where the hotel is located, is quite a bit quieter than the part north of the main piazza...I suppose this could be a good or bad thing depending on your perspective.
one of the receptionists, solely on her own initiative and efforts, managed to serve a glass of warm milk at night for our two year old. rooms had no sound proof, basically had to sit up all night to listen to a man next door snooring. the receptionist was rude.
The bed was comfortable, but the shower was rather small. We did enjoy having windows in both the bedroom and bathroom. The location was perfect - walking distance to all the sights, but far enough away to be quiet. Parking was a huge plus!!!
Free parking and easy walking distance to town centre sites
The stuff is very polite and helpfull, Breakfeast is very good, and the location is excellent..
The location and convenient use of the car park The small room
Wifi very poor
The room was great and the view was fabulous.
Hotel was shopping, restaurants and historic sites. Room was clean and quiet. View from room was excellent. Hotel was relatively easy to find - good thing for GPS and parking was free. Staff where friendly and helpful. Internet worked pretty well. Paying extra for internet.
The housekeeping staff was outstanding,we felt safe in the hotel The receptionist lady linda was extremely blunt with us,and with other guests at several times....working in the same industry we found it shocking.... the noise also was disturbing on the corridor fairly early ...also we didnt like that we got billed for Bed & Breakfast, and we've been told that the breakfast wasn't included in the price.....so we never had it....
Loved the size and character - it was huge! We only stayed for one night, but we could have stayed for a week. Great location close to Il Campo and lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was great - fresh cappuccinos and all! There was not a thing I did not like :)
Breakfast was great. The host was kind and business like and they were good about letting us leave our bags for a bit. Also I left something behind and they were good about sending it to me. I don't have anything
A beautiful, unique hotel, quiet, with outstanding views over the Tuscan countryside, Simple, elegant, beautifully decorated rooms. Friendly, helpful staff.
The views from the hotel broken tile on bedroom floor.A hotel of this standard should also have a hair drier and at least on english T.V .channel
the location, and the very warm reception--lovely breakfast as well
The location No air conditioning in the rooms
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was served in a lovely dining room. We had a 'room with a view' at this hotel. Surrounding scenery was spectacular. We had to get a bus to/from Siena as there was not a pavement to walk on when visiting the city centre. However, buses are frequent and fares are cheap. Lock on bedroom door was problematic.
The view from our bedroom - at the back of the villa was amazing. The breakfast was a little disappointing.
Not much at all The room was dingy, the bedding dirty, the soap and shampoo was as if on a boy scout campout, cheap poor quality and shampoo in pouch. Breakfast was poor quality compared to our other hotels
The place. Marvellous view of Toscana all around - you can see beautiful Toscan hills from your window and from the big nice garden terazza, including the towers in Siena. There is a bus stop for the centre of the city just in front of the hotel gate. The room was big and well equipped, but with old floor tiles, some of them - a trap. A marvellous garden - piece of the art with the olive trees and nice flowers - real charming old Palazzo The shower cabin in the very big bathroom was very small for unknown reasons. The water was with unstable pressure (maybe not good hydrophore system)
The Hotel provided very comfortable accommodation for the four of us in one room. The room also had pleasant views across the Tuscan country side. The hotel has a rustic appeal that suited what we were looking for. It is situated on the south side of Siena and just outside the old city wall and so gives quick & easy access to clients who wish to tour the southern villages and countryside of Tuscany on day trips. In contrast with many other locations it afforded easy and free parking which becomes important for people travelling by car. The hotel is isolated from the main road and being relatively small provides a tranquil location with olive groves on onside. Staff were very helpful at all times with excellent suggestions. A good B/fast. Although we did like our room overall you can expect some plumbing noises in the morning. This is not a criticism but clients need to expect to do some walking to get to the main areas of Siena but there are bus services.
Very freindly and helpfull staff, beautiful surroundings,in a charming building with character which is very tastefully decorated A little bit too far from city centre
It is quite far away from city center. If you dont have a car you have to take a taxi..
Staff was extremely accommodating. Restaurant was very good. Hotel was new, modern and clean. I can't say enough about the staff. NO Internet service in rooms. This is 2008. How can you build a contemporary hotel without Internet service. Manager allowed us to plug my laptop into their office network for Internet access.
Definately a business hotel.
Being a relatively new hotel the rooms are a nice size and very comfortable
Basicly ohne big disaster............ after being travelling more than 25 year on a frequent basis (more than 100 days per year), this was one of my most disapointing experiences!!!! Hotel does not at all reflect to basic standard an/or reputation of the Mercure Hotel chain!!! Unpolite staff without the slightest interest in their work and the comfort of their guests!! Unproffesional attitude and extremely poor quality of as well breakfast as service in general!!
The bed I have booked double bed room and I was given two single room room. It was only one night, so I didn't complain but this was a sign of negligence or indiferrence from the part of the staff.
Location was good, close to the Piazza del Campo but far enough that it wasn't noisy. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and fairly spacious. Breakfast had a fair spread, including croissants, cheese, cereal etc. Our room on the first floor smelled like cigarette smoke. The decor of the room was not great, but I guess this doesn't really matter.
Location of hotel. within easy walking distance of sights. Also quiet at night. The slightly odd decoration of the rooms. The style is psycodelic spunging. Nothing offemsive but delightfully odd.
In the centre. Nice old caracteristic building. Friendly staff. Beautifull room and bathroom with a coffeemaker, water and a fridge for free. Bit noisy, but that's comes with living in the centre
The hotel has no lift, baggage must be brought up on the stairs; breakfast room is insufficient, we had to go outside to a coffee bar to have breakfast at our expense! The hotel has no parking, and it is located in an historical area where car parking is not permitted: the guests must park their cars at public parkings miles far from the hotel!!!
The staff were really moast helpful and a source of much useful information. The room was very clean and very well decorated (with painted ceiling and painted furniture) and the bathroom probably the cleanest of any hotel I've stayed in. The breakfast was very substantial.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location made easy access to the main square. The croissants at breakfast were very good. The shower screen and fittings were broken. I pointed this out to the staff but nothing was done. The paint work needed a refurbishment. The shabby chic look was more shabby than chic and I don't think it works for a hotel.
Spacious rooms with a good breakfast and location
Great breakfast, charming room, afforable, nice staff. highly recommend
Location very central. Bathroom not well cleaned.
Very friendly, easy to find, high quality and in a central location. There can be music festivals in the nearby castle grounds. We were moved to a quieter side of the hotel upon request. There are not many bars etc very close to the hotel, but a short walk away there are plenty.
Good location. No WiFi in the room. Small room.
Good location Poor internet speed/access in public areas
Excellent location close to heart of Siena. Superb breakfast included.
Everything superb, the food with wellness break - excellent, however staff on reception rudwe - only downside !!
Good location, Fair price. Good breakfast. friendly people.
It's well taken care of, clean, modern and has a great breakfast. Its very close to the centric streets so you can have the best of being in the centre but quiet enough to have a peaceful night.
location staff was not friendly, kind of unpleasant
A number of reviewers said that staff was not helpful. We found the staff to be very professional, friendly and helpful. The interior design was gorgeous and the room was very comfortable, lovely, ample breakfast in a very attractive setting. Location was perfect, right at the city center where all the buses meet to go to hill towns, train station etc. Easy walk to Il Campo. Great value for money—we stayed an extra night we liked it so much.
The location of the hotel, the staff was very helpful. The lack of parking place.
the whole setting no
Peaceful location but close to city. Food and service 44 steps to get up to bedroom.
Location. Intimacy. Staff. Breakfast was overpriced
very informative helpful staff we had the cheapest room and it was in need of a makeover - tired looking . Breakfast at 31 euros was very expensive
Quiet, Friendly Very over priced. I mean 31 Euros for Continental Breakfast?? Everything was overpriced compared to other 4 Star Hotels, we could have stayed at a Ritz for what we paid per night.
The food was terribly expensive, small portions, mattress one of the worst ever
-- love the setting -- very nice service; Daniela and Anna both very nice, thoughtful and helpful -- good dinner but in truth I preferred the more casual dining room from a few years ago. This new one had good food but was a little stiff and formal. No room service
Beautiful place, great food, very silent and relaxing. The staff is not that nice. You would expect that in such a fine hotel they would be more polite. After a great dinner at the hotel restaurant Il Canto, we ordered another glass of wine at the hotel library, and first the waiter served us around 30ml of wine (of which we never new the name-producer) and after that the waiter refused to bring us more wine and asked us to leave the nice library of the hotel because he had to lock it. And it was around 11 pm! nevertheless it is a great hotel. They should bemore careful about the staff.
The Villa's restaurant is incredible! A bit expensive, but hey, what hotel restaurant isn't? The front desk was extremely helpful to my finace and I with booking reservations at museums, learning the bus system, and booking tours. We loved our stay at the Villa, though it is a bit far from Siena's city center. The location made getting in and out of Siena a bit tough, but I think that's only because my fiance and I had grown used to the tube in London and the metro in Paris, making the bus system in Siena feel a bit more of a hassle.
The landscaped gardens are beautiful and enjoying lunch on the terrace was an unforgetable experience. There was a safe behind a picture in our room. The staff was wonderful and spoke excellent English. The dining room is lovely and the breakfast buffet was brought to you. Also, you can order breakfast including omlettes sent to your room.
Gardens, room, lounge, pool, sunshine, views, breakfast on the terrace, bus tickets, pleasant hosts and staff, bed was too hard,
Staff were lovely and the terrace was very romantic Double bed not available, despite request
The pleasant family atmosphere. The staff without exception were superb doing everything to make the stay perfect. I liked everything
beautiful villa and gardens, the staff are very helpful and dining experience is fantastic 15 minute bus ride to Siena, however the service is very good.
We stayed for 5 nights and this hotel certainly lived up to what we'd read about it. The grounds are lovely and peaceful. The staff were always helpful and the Head Waiter is a gem! The breakfast arrangement is a little odd at first, but is not as formal as it first seems and the quality was superb. We would go again. For a hotel at this price we would have liked to have had the facility to make hot drinks in our room, but to be fair the hotel does not claim to offer this. Given that the majority of guests when we were there were English or American, it is surprising that there were only two English speaking TV channels.
The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The staff was so friendly and willing to help us with any questions. It was a very nice, yet not stuffy, relaxed environment. It is situated on nice open grounds where our small dog was able to run around freely. Wonderful restaurant!!!
The setting, grounds and vistas are outstanding and though it is slightly out of town, we easily took a bus into old Siena to see the sights. The restaurant food and service were also outstanding and the room very comfortable. There were some stairs up to a loft/bedroom and the bathroom is on the lower floor. It was no problem for us but could be for others. Getting out of Siena by car is tricky - I would advise that you have a GPS on hand and also take note of rush hour traffic in the morning.
The hotel grounds, gardens and view of the surrounding Tuscan villas were wonderful. The common areas were also very well done and comfortable. The continental breakfast was above average. The room layout (small settee and bath downstairs with bedroom in loft) was unusual at best. Loft accessed by steep, slippery staircase. Would not recommend these rooms to the less agile.
The rooms are nice, large and very comfortable. The staff was great, and very accommodating and our room came with Breakfast. In the old city center, which can be a bit tricky to find. The room did come with free parking. The room was pretty hot, and had to leave the window open with the temperatures in the mid 50's. There are new parking restriction in the city, and the hotel asks that you call ahead if you are driving. We never got that message. The parking is near.
Convenient location The bed in room 202 is not fit for use.
Location and Price In need of refurbishment. Hallway carpets very dirty. Also carpet in bedroom well worn.
It was quiet and convenient The rugs were very worn.
Location and staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom facilities were very poor, there were limited breakfast options and final cost was different from quoted price.
Some noise from the street as my room overlooked the raod, may be a problem in the summer.
